OYO 9778 Aster Hotel

Great location, great room service and hospitality. Rooms should have been more bigger and mattress quality needs improvement however saying that nonetheless it's worth the budget

I stayed here during 27- 31 March, 2023. The behaviour of Staffs, cleaning of the room, room service, family respect and regards, all what one has to see while booking a hotel, each mentioned points were of excellent level.
The place is very good to stay with the family. I personally recommend each of my beloved to stay in this hotel on visiting Mumbai.

The only thing positive about this hotel is the location.
However, think before you book.
1. The hotel is infested with cockroaches. At night, the cockroaches crawl all over the room, including the bed. I emptied several cans of insecticide, yet, they were just more and more.
2. There is no room service. Rooms are not cleaned and beds not made.
3. The bathroom is not clean. I had to buy cleaning products and clean it myself.
4. The beds are worn out.
5. The rooms are not sound proof.
6. The worst is the owner/manager who is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. He never greets anyone.
This place is best avoided. There are much better hotels in the same street equally centrally located.

Guys agar apako achi service chaiye toh ye hotel me stay mat karo aaju baju behot achi achi hotels hai. Hum 3 days stay liye the. Manager ka behavior behot kharab hai. Midnight me aapko niklane bolenge. Room me water supply nhi hai. Door lock ho jata hai washroom ka.extra pay karne bolte hai. Rudely baat karte hai and ekdum unprofessional hai staff. Sirf cleaning staff acha hai. Owner bhi unke manager ko support karte hai. And apologize bhi nhi karte hai.

Need to pay extra as they don't allow at MMT Or OYO booked offer price. You need to pay extra to as per basic rate.
Worst is TV is there no Dish TV connection.
Table was there no Land line connection.
Bedsheets and mattresses very unhygienic.

When you reach there, they will be like at this price we can't proced for check in.
Are. You don't have facilities inside than how you can ask for extra money even paid money doesn't fullfill the at least basic requirements.

Don't book with them. Pay little bit extra somewhere else and get better services

It was night time and i booked for 990 but they charge me extra five hyndred rupees so bad experience

Worst experience ever! I am going to take this up on major platforms.i was denied entry into 5 hotels which had Oyo rooms signed up under them. I was battling heat, dust, sweat and hunger for 4 hours. This and other 4 hotels didn't accept one saying that they don't accept paid through in app booking because Oyo doesn't pay them back. The receptionist here was rude of them all. I hated every minute of this time. I never face such a situation in life where I kept waiting in the lobby where the customer service didn't help me any bit to get me accommodated to a another hotel. I am never booking through Oyo ever again. The hotel said they will charge me 800 extra even though the hotel was cheaper than the one I booked and paid for. Please don't waste your time by booking through OyO.please choose make my trip, goibibo and other platforms for booking. Trust me, you will regret your experience on OYO. None of the hotels tied up with OYO will accept you in as there are conflicts going on between hotels and Oyo as Oyo has delayed and doesn't pay the hotels back.

Don't Go There, They will Charge Extra After Your Booking From Goibibo, MMT Or OYO. They Simply Say We can't Provide you Room in 800-900 so Pay Extra Around 600-700 or else talk to Goibibo, MMT or OYO customer care. Worst People.

The room is very next to the saki naka metro station so we can easy transportation was available to entire city the service was also preety good they provided almost everything when asked

They done accept online booking by oyo when tried contacting the mobile no available in website it's always switch off a smoking smell was coming inside the room which they solved by puting extractor on after we enquired with them, they provided soap extra towel bedsheet n matress when asked
I don't why they took photo of aadhar as privacy matters me (they could have gathers details of one guest in room but they done for all) they could have manualy writen adress in enquiry book but y photo

Very Delightful Experience.coming first time in Mumbai but find place feel like home.very good quality rooms and staffs are excellent.specifically staff on reception is very polite and helpful

The receptionist lady is very rude. We reached the hotel at 10 am out entry was at 12. As per ola customer care, they said it had 24/7 check in. Even if there was vacant room, the receptionist said bcoz the price is low.if they give us early check-in they will charge 300, which i paid. There was another girl who also wanted early check-in but didn't want to pay 300 extra. Her logic was that if room is vacant why can't you give her early check in. There is a lone girl sitting at the counter and they don't even care.
Absolutely trash treatment! As someone said before there are no water bottles, no towels, no set up boxes, nothing, also no ventilated rooms. Terrible terrible hotel!

The least one expects is warm hospitality! And it is missing by large extent.

Very Poor Service, My enter was denied first, and asked to go to some other hotel, later I was allotted a room, it didn’t have even basic amenities like water bottle, towel, soap, floor mat, tv was there but no setup box.

Location is not really good. Hotel rooms are big but not clean and staff here are not friendly.
