OYO Flagship 23096 Laxmi Residency

Our experience at this hotel over the past two days has been disappointing. The service was subpar, with breakfast being served at 9: 30 am without prior notice, even though it is typically available at 7: 00 am. Additionally, when we requested tea or coffee before our 9: 30 am departure, it was not provided until breakfast. The lack of communication and service has left us dissatisfied, and we cannot recommend this hotel due to its poor management.

Excellent hotel in lonavala. Hotel owner is very customer centric and staff is very nice.
Very clean rooms and entire hotel maintained very clean. Hotel is good for family.

Rooms are nice but Restaurant managed by other people is the worst. Food is also expensive without any taste. Even after doing complaint there is good replacement.

Worst possible staff. Staff is very rude and doesn't entertain any queries or concern of the guest.

Best service and amenities specially in lonavala city with reasonable rates. Recommend to visit there.

A simple hotel, with comfortable rooms. Nothing to shout about but good for a night stay. A little pricy though for the facilities.

Every thing was here chargable and there is nothing complimantry even they chrge for water over all room were ok and also they chrge 600 for etc bed in same room

They have nice clean rooms staff is also good but there response time is very slow if you tell them to do something then you have to wait for 30 to 50 min to get it done

Worst experince one can have in the Hotel, no accountability no caution no clean ness, all bed sheet were torned, bad restaurant with pungent smell in room. Waste of hard core earn money

I stayed with my husband the place is so much nice better then I thought food also good breakfast also good staff is friendly all over the place is very nice I prefer to stay again

Decent property for short stay, economical, secluded and clean. Rooms are not very high standard but at that cost i think its manageable. Staff is very cooperative and cordial. A bit disappointed with the free breakfast options given. But the room service food was very tasty and value for money. Ample parking space and obviously a lot of greenery around. Overall good experience

Being in OYO, hotel should provide clean rooms and food.rooms were not clean, balcony was untidy, if due to rains you can't keeps rooms clean, then you should reduce your rates, food quality was not good, tea was not good found cockroache eggs n cockroaches on table n even in rooms.pathetic service!

A place at good distance reachable from both Bus Stand as well as railway station. Breakfast not upto mark. Stay is ok ok.

Nice, budget friendly hotel in Tungarli area. The rail station is very close. Nothing as such from view perspective but stay is peaceful. They have their own resturant with tasty food optuons and room service. The staffs are helpful and friendly.

Rooms stinks landline didn't worked only good thing was they have different able staff working with them food is good parking is also there and staff is very nice and friendly

Pathetic Stay. Room quality is worst, there is a electricity issue, no generator facility, even they don't have water to drink.but only good thing is near by a market

Hotel is quite good. If booked from oyo do choose 4x suit, its the best. The2x is clean, simple and neat. The staff is cooperative, however you will have to ask upfront without hesitation if theres anything lacking such as wifi, tv, geyser.etc. The location of the hotel is also close to kumar resort junction.
First timer? Do go for nearest buvachi misal if you somehwhere here.
Food- Inhouse hotel food, I ordered from them in order to skip the rain. It is expensive than the regular hotels outside. Quantity is way too less (literally less).

Nice ambiance and staff was also good.receptionalist was very kind and helpful. Very nice location easy to reach railway, bus and Mumbai pune Express way.

There's scope for improvement here and bring it upto Oyo experience. For us breakfast was very slow and hence disappointing. The room cleanliness could have been much better. Rooms are spacious enough and hotel is well located at walking distance from the main road to Lonavala. Check in and checkout was a smooth experience.

Very nice hotel situated just 5 minutes from Lonavala market.rooms were clean.bathroom was also clean.staff was really very helpful.food was awesome in taste n rates r also reasonable.in all I enjoyed staying at dis hotel.

Our room was a suite. It was fairly clean, but the room overlooked a sewage stream, which generated some smell.
