Worst experience!
Pls don’t fall for the customer ratings.
As I entered into the room, was really shocked to see the room quality.
The whole bed was bent in the middle with hairs on the bed sheet.
There were mosquitoes and the room doesn’t even had basic facilities.
The service providers were very casual and didn’t even care about the room conditions.
There were no hangers for clothes in the room.
They didn’t even provide towels and fresh blankets.
They charged me extra for early check-in. But, at-least expected a proper service.
They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Worst ever hotel staff. They changed me 700 extra above the online booking amount.
The staff doesn't even know how to talk and is absolutely rude. Doesn't even provide basic facilities. No corporation at all. Geyser issue.

>>I booked the room but when I arrived at the hotel, his phone app cannot checking. His app was showing full paid but the customer care number was saying that no payment made. Therefore end of the day instead of paying 2356 rs, I have to pay 3030 rs for same room.
>>The room was physically clean, but the toilet had insects coming out continuously from the sink.
>>I had cockroaches on my bed. I informed the staff next day morning. But I didn't find any enthusiasm to do anything about it.

I have taken OYO rooms in past in Kolkata and there were never any such problems. Even in Mumbai I had once taken room in Navi Mumbai and rooms were excellent.but this time it was very sad experience.

This property has 2 types of room deluxe and standard, deluxe is very nice and they do not offer that room usually and the other one is normal standard room which they offer everyone.
Deluxe has wooden furniture and standard has steel furniture, deluxe room is designed gracefully and is very cossy and enjoyable on the other hand standard is standard nothing to speak.
Air conditioner present in both the rooms and lift is not in working conditions.

Pathetic. Don't even think of booking this Oyo.
Rude and mannerless staff, Bad location very poor service.

I had booked it online for some of my guest and visited the place prior to booking date just to ensure that everything is as expected.

The useless fellow didn't even allow to have a look at the room and said it is as shown in imagine.

Decent hotel with fantastic ambience. Also the staff here was great and very much professional. Rooms and reception looked great interiors awesome interiors all over the hotel. We had a great stay here, looking forward to have another one.

Had a amazing stay here for a day. All things were great, starting with staff, they were awesome. The rooms given to us were the best aswell with all the facilities given. The connectivity of the hotel was superb as all the public transportation was easily accessible. A good hotel in a reasonable price.

A great place to get spacious and comfortable rooms with good quality furniture. Commuting to this place was easy by public transport. Cleanliness is maintained strictly. Had a great time over here.

This oyo room were good at its price with all amenities it doesn't has Parking space and they are also bulding a lift its a 4 tower building cleanliness is quit good staff is polite this hotel is comfortable for anyone
Every room has ac and window
And you will find resto, bar, etc is 540 meters away from hotel.
The stay was good and shops near hotel was good too.

Reached here through cab easily as hotel is in middle of town. The staff made us comfortable by giving us room quick and easily. I would definitely visit this pocket friendly hotel once again

A beautiful room was given post a quick check-in. Rooms are budget friendly are clean. Proper hygiene is maintained by the hotel. Staff members are friendly and soft spoken. Thoroughly enjoyed my time over here.

Had my stay in this wonderful hotel. The first impression of mine seeing this hotel was good as the staff gave a great response. Adding to it, the rooms were also good and big. The attractive part about the room was their dressing area. Overall, it was a good stay, comination of both good staff and good rooms.

Room service and room are very good but the location is not gud bcoz they are in residential areas

Rates was normal before as the ratings of the home increased the rates also increased.

An amazing place, especially when you are on business kind of visit & need a place to get around quickly.
Starting from, such kind & helpful host who supported by the onsite house help. The host even helped get quick support, when I wanted someone to clean my car. Haji Shaik, housekeeping support, was so resourceful that he even gave me direction to local eateries & assistance to make my stay comfortable.
Though the stay was only for a day, have developed a great affinity to the super clean rooms, comfy appointment along with the hospitality of the host & support staff.
Looking forward to my next stay, as surely plan to avail a few short stays. Even open to reschedule my trips, based on room availability.

The property Owner is polite, but who was attend from OYO side, hopeless, no manner how attend to customer.
