Very bad.un hygiene.spelling bad.bathroom is not good.j have not taken even bath.very bad experience

WORST COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMER CARE STAFF. NO ONE WAS PICKING UP THE PHONE AND ALSO NOBODY REPLIED CLEARLY AT HOTEL PHONE VERY RIDICULOUS WHEN SOMEONE ARRIVED EARLY MORNING WITH FAMILY AT STATION YOU PEOPLE MUST COOPERATE. PLEASE NEW PEOPLE DONT EXPERIMENT WITH OYO

Average and below par in all aspects. Only OYO tag is helping them in their business.

Only plus point this hotel has is it's near central bus stand and Shivaji chowk.
They need to work on cleaning and maintenance.
Ac water outlet is left in Balcony creating water pool. Also make sure it's a sunny day if you need hot water as they have solar water heater and if it's cloudy you will have to take bath with cold water. They don't have any backup for that.
No restaurant, non working lift, dusty fan, broken cup for tea and the list goes on
