The hotel is constantly listed at a lower price and upon check-in demands a higher price, they though do not ask the guests to pay, but guests have to call Oyo support.
They are not in hospitality. I booked the room for 1200. They didn't respect the booking and i had to struggle at the middle of the night. Pathetic attitude. I was ready to pay little more but they were stuck over their price which was double of what i paid.
The worst experience ever, no proper room service, costly food, through my stay the electricity went multiple times and the wifi which didn't function properly. I regret going here and I suggest not to visit this hotel
One of the most pathetic stay I have ever had with oyo! And this hotel actually sucks food is nice but the hospitality and the hotel staff apart from the guy who got me food is rude and help less there was no electricity for half of the night and no room service provided
The stay was budget friendly but there were lot of problems with amenities. First room we got had a defective door lock. Second room we got had water dripping from the AC and there was no lock in washroom door. When you order food, you have to pay it then and there instead of during checkout.
Good hotel with services just fine. Location is good for those who would be going for work or office at nearby MIDC area, not for vacation purpose as there are no visiting place nearby or stores and shops.
Facilities are great; however, they have denied complimentary offers provided by Oyo. But they compromised during check-out time. But who needs offers for next time. I felt no priority to their customers. Guys beware, no outside food is allowed there. The hotel is situated in an industrial area, therefore, the surrounding is a little bit noisy.
Rooms in the oyo was cleaned and fresh the stay was good here for us. The staff here is very friendly and co-operative was available at anytime if we face any issue. Thanks to this hotel IVY for making our stay comfortable.
They charge for a water bottle. I have experienced this in every hotel. Water is a complimentary gesture from the hotel. But they charge 30rs on 1 bottle. Great
Very poor service I booked some anothing room n thy gave another. Thy almost took 30 mins to give me keys.very bad service, rooms were clean but even after booking AC room AC was off, TV connection was removed n list just goes on
1-Good for package tour hotels 2-Staff is very supportive 3-Food quality is good taste is also nice 4-Delexue rooms are good 5-Only online booking is only acceptable.
Restaurant staff and front office staff is good. Rooms are basic with sound passing inside/outside the gallery. Bathroom is also basic but nothing to complain. If nothing better is available online, you may consider this hotel.
Pretty clean rooms. Great but slow staffs. Food was good enough, based on breakfast they provided. Looks like a new hotel. Rooms are really basic for the amount they charged No refrigerator or electric kettle if you want cold water or black coffee. One of the best at that location Doesn't have too much outside hotel Food options/Restaurants are nil. You wouldn't like to go outside the room as it's industrial area. You can smell chemical and see smokes & that can be irritating.
It's an average stay. Not bad but not great. Rooms are good. Staff is good, supportive.
But, it's not worth price value.
Food is average. Breakfast buffet is usual south indian & doesn't have much options or spread. Otherwise taste of Food is Ok. Prices are slightly on higher side. A little Hygiene issue.
Their Wifi is very slow & doesn't have great network, your network may not be great & so TV also doesn't have channels, it's more like a show piece.
So if u have long stay of > 3 days, like me, prepare yourself to be highly bored after work & as theirs no entertainment!
Food quality is so worst as compared price of food as well as Ac is not working properly, i called to room service regarding ac problem but its not resolved.
