A single apartment with 5 flats on each floor. This building is at the perfect area for residing in wakad. Once you step out you have everything at just a couple of steps. Evening times this area becomes a popular chai/gossip/food area. You get chai and many food items to try. Grocery and vegetable shop is ahead of the front gate. Bus stop is near. Flat is also nyc with spacious master bedroom and balcony. Others rooms might differ.

Pathetic place.their watchmans literally abuse the outsiders. I wanted to visit Ashraf hence parked the car in this society as they are located there.there is this old watchman who came running and denied me parking the car there and said mujhe kapde utarke jana padega. I mean how cheap are these words i still did not say anything considering his age later this north eastern watchman asks me where do you want to go wherein he was in the conversation with the oldie.and I said why are you askinge he said mein kuch bhi pooch sakta hoon.what cheapstters what rubbish language not safe for women for sure I wish both of them are thrown out incase these people are there the ladies in and around and visitors especially are just not safe.
