Would never suggest someone to buy or even visit this showroom. Here till the time u pay money u r god for them. Once you do the payment it’s customer who has to run behind them. Sir go up n get the form. Sir go up and get the number plate. Infact the sales person (Sikandar) didn’t even bother to give correct updates. Even in service center it is customer who has to get the bike inside to the mechanic. Its really pethetic n unacceptable.

Waited for 1 hr due lunch timing to give my bike for servicing.
They don't have arrangement or extra staff to attend to customer in lunch time. Very Pity.

There service advisor came late and told us to wait instead of taking our bike immediately and behaved rudely and kept on provoking by his arrogant behaviour.

Did not give my bike for servicing and will do service henceforth from another service station but not of KC Enterprise.

Tried to escalate but no one took my complaint seriously.

Bad behaviour of employees in the showroom, not interested to sell their products, Asking to go to another showrooms, lack of knowledge, least interested in explaining the product details, specially Mr Rakesh Gupta.worst experience one can have.

Worst Experience - No value for customer once they got Money. I took delivery of Jupiter 125 at 6th March. They lost first week in online registration and it was not happening so I told them, go for offline. They took complete month to give me registration number. I got number 1st April. Selse person giving false promises, which frustrated me. To escalate this i called manager but he is not ready to accept mistake. Also when I called 2 nd time saying, don't call me. They do not have value of customer so don't prefer this showroom.

Mayur and Girish were assigned as the service advisor. They were too supportive and also co-operative. Final inspector Kunal is really helpful and full of technical knowledge. I was happy.

Excellent service by service advisor Girish and Mayur. Vehicle was serviced and cleaned very well.

For bike service we need to wait for 1 to 2 hours only for creating documents.very worst experience.

We waited patiently and still no call no acknowledgement, We were taking follow up but no one was even receiving a call, After 2 weeks we called again as it was not that simple to visit there as distance was long, they said yes we have received it please come and take it.after reaching they said you are late service centre is closed. They didn't even inform us that till what time we need to come.after reaching they were like we thought you would be coming earlier.sales person Amar+, I mean this guy was the one who was assisting us.we buyed IQUBE in urgency but was of no use Because of this person his not even professional.
I DINT RECEIVE MY CHARGER OF IQUBE YET ITS BEEN 2months and my two wheelers display is also not received yet
So my personal opinion please do not visit or even if you are please have someone else for your assistance rather than (Amar).

My mother goes showroom for enquiry of jupiter 125, but sales staff not represent any activness about customer she didn't know about lot of how to purchase vehicle so if customer want some information sales team have to tell them or maybe showroom doesn't want customer

It's like they cheated with customer.

Poor service and wrong information given by sales person.also they made many mistakes on sales receipt which are not solved till date. The quality of the Jupiter was too poor that in first servicing only we found speedometer was not working. Also service centre (for free servicing) are worst. After first servicing found so many issues. Overall not happy with TVS purchase and after purchase service.

Thank you soo much team for the smooth and easy process and a very special thanks to Mr. Rizwan who assisted me from the very first day when I had booked TVS Apache RTR 200 4v 2022 model on 13th August. The time I entered the showroom till I received my bike Rizwan was there for me anytime, as we all know the eagerness of new bike and we keep calling but this man has assisted me in each and every process whether it be the quotation or documentation and everything else, if any supervisor is reading this I request you to highly appreciate the efforts and time of Rizwan, also a big Thumps up to the whole KC TVS team, if someone willing to purchase any TVS model I highly recommend KC TVS as the waiting time depends on your vehicle model but you can approach Mr. Rizwan for any assistance Also, a big thanks to the service center team Mr. Aniket handled the PDI and delivering the bike from the service center to the showroom. The delivery experience was great as the team knows the customers feeling against their new vehicle.

I had the best experience from KC TVS. Great staff and Amazing service. I recommend to go and visit KC TVS if you're willing to buy new ride. Salesman VIKAS was throughout the process and helped us with everything.

I was with my family inside the showroom. Neither of the sales person were bothered to attend me. They doesn't feel like Customer as King. If this is the case when thinking about purchase, what will be the attitude while getting there for service

Its been 1 year and 10 months i bought TVS apache 160 4v BS6 from this showroom and I haven't received my RC from RTO due to thier failure to communicate the required data with the RTO. For my cause i have visited RTO and showroom for multiple times although there was no duty of mine to trouble for this.but still my work is not been done yet.showroom is doing nothing about it and playing delay tactics.
Suggestion- If you are ready to face so much of trouble and more then you can go for it.

Very quick service in booking, registration, number plate and vehicle delivery. You will get original bike here. But after the deal is completed and took bike to home, you won't get any help, so before getting delivery check everything. OK good for dealing with this showroom. Staff is cooperative. Thanks for giving me good service.

I bought TVSJupiterZX 2months before. Battery is not working. Requested 10 days before for new battery but still not solution yet. My bike is in service center from 6 days but they have not worked on that till yet. What they doing don't know. Every person giving different reason. Worst service ever.

माझे 5,000 रुपये बुकिंग amount 3 महिने पूर्ण झाले 20 फोन, 15 वेळा चकरा मारून झाल्या 2 वेळा अर्ज केले त्यात 1 वेळा बँक डिटेल्स घेतले तरी अजून बुकिंग चे amount परत करत नाहीत. कितीही फॉलो अप केला तरी खोटे बोलून पुढची तारीख देतात.

Totally unprofessional and fraud Outlet. They don't follow their commitment what they have mentioned whilst selling the vehicle. They have lot if internal decoupling issues within accounts, finance and service department so eventually customer has to suffer it. I have still not received Rs. 5000/- coupons on my vahicle purchase after 10 months. Mr. Owner (Chedda) is too careless about any customer complaint and has zero belief on Customer Delight. You can see at least 1-2 customer always around to showroom and asking for justification on their complaints. Advise - Don't buy any vahicle from #PanchjanyaTVS #TVSIndia #UselessShowrrom

Update 1 (13th Nov20) Enquired and paid booking amount since I didn't had the specific bank card for which the current offer is going on, will be paying full amount in next few days. Over all good experience till now with good sales staff. Looking forward for a good experience. Will update post I have vehicle in hand. Thanks.

Update 2 (30th Nov20) - Finally I got my Jupiter bike, all paperwork done in 14 days as I missed getting it a day prior. The mat was missing which they said the stock was over and assure it will be fixed during my 1st servicing. Overall good experience.

I purchased TVS Jupiter ZX disc varient and RTO RC has information about Jupiter ZX. After enquiry giving ans lke it will be same, how two varients will have same model name? Does all Jupiter ZX disc customer facing same issue? Or showroom doing something?
Insurance company information also given wrong on RC. After purchase they are not concerned about customers. I have changed my rating.
Good Service given by this showroom. The sales guy Varun is very prompt and given proper response. Booked tvs Jupiter and got delivery on time. Coordination was good. Satisfactory experience with this showroom. Showroom takes extra charge for card shopping. ICICI credit card 5% cashback is available, but 2% card charges are taken. Overall only 3% offer is available.

A very good TVS franchise, staff was so co-operative and helpful. They also provide instant discounts as well as exchange your old two wheeler hasle free. Easily spotted by main road.

My brother owns an apache RTR 200, whose servicing was done worth rupees 3000/- on 9th march 2020 (6th service paid) on 12th March 2020 the rare brakes slender kit was damaged, these people asked him to visit the service centre again, checked the slender kit and accepted that it was damaged and they assured him to REPLACE the whole unit. They charged him 1000/- again for the slender kit as he expected them to REPLACE it, but doing fraud they just REPAIRED the unit and told that the vehicle was good to go now. But the money taken from him was for the new kit. These people are just sweet talkers and they only be good to you on your face and do fraud things behind your back. Please dont buy any vehicle from them because later you will regret.

Update 2 Nov: Now here is the latest update. It was a pleasant surprise to us the way Panchjanya handled the reviews and had shown their commitment to not leave a single customer unhappy!:) I am happily forced to change my review and number of stars (1 to top 5). We have received our promised voucher - which has actually worked! Order is placed:). One thing surly need a mention is that - In the whole process of follow up, the politeness was always there from Mr. Varun and Vikas. They made sure to at least receive our call and tried there best to answer. Eventually they have kept their promise. I was very skeptical and angry in the beginning but now they have changed my view by fulfilling the 8 months old promise! Thank you and kudos!

Update 27 Oct: Post this comment we received a call from the Manager of this branch. Story is still same. Promised vouchers would be given on "some day". We keep getting a new date and time. We have decided to keep asking for our deal which was made during sales call.

These guys are just sweet talkers. While selling the vehicle they have promises and they boost their service. Post that they won't even care to respond back. Not a good experience with these guys.

They are good people who keeps you well informed and answers your every questions about bikes. They even suggests better suited options and complimentary accessories too.

I bought a scooter here last year. Sales person was a good guy. Did everything that he could to make delivery at the earliest.

Initially there were some issues while talking to one of the executives, as he did not respond back for the query raised. This was highlighted by me on their FB page, which was immediately taken care by Mr Varun. He is a sensible and polite gentleman and we had good time interacting with him. Our initial bad experience was compensated with some goodies, and during the whole buying tenure of around 10 days (from booking to number registration to delivery of vehicle in good condition), was taken care properly. Updates were regularly provided by Mr Varun during the whole period.
As TVS Ntorq is in the market for quite some time now and the highlight of the vehicle is its digital meter console; would expect the person to be more knowledgeable and guide us about all the functions accordingly. Nevertheless, this can be self learnt from other websites as well. Location of the showroom is good, though four wheeler parking can be challenging sometimes. Overall excellent experience.

Writing my experience from Panchjanya tvs.

First talk about bike, Purchased Apache 160 4v bs6 from Panchjanya tvs pimpri.
Bike is absolutely stunning and made a real racing machine by tvs, also a daily commuting bike.
Looks is more approaching then the previous version of tvs. Bike has good power enough to cruze long distance very comfortably with pocket saving mileage.

Talking about Panchjanya staff, staff is more attentive and helpful towards their customers. Their executives are very friendly in nature and professional too.
Executive Mr Mayur help me to guide which bike is more suitable, as per understanding my daily usages he suggest me to purchase right bike.ie 160 tvs 4v bs6.

Mr Varun the manager he is very great person with very good nature, he actually help me from start purchasing bike till the registration of bike.
For my any query he was their to make me to understand, that it take time for good things.
Just I was bit upset for the registration process, coz it took long time to get a number, i know its pune RTO it slow in process, but in that also Mr Varun worked hard just for me to get my bike registration fast.

Purchased TVS RTR 160 BS6 model from Panchjanya TVS pimpri showroom on 2nd Jan 2020. Got same day delivery. I Appreciate Mr. Varun who responded and delivered vehicle as quickly as possible.
However getting a number was turned out to be nightmare for me. It took around 20 days for me. Followed up a lot and finally got number plate on 22nd Jan. I understand there are delays happening from RTO side now a days.
I suggest there is a scope for improvement here. If Road tax payment done timely then there will not be delay in getting number timely.
Otherwise overall good experience.
Mr. Varun was very responsive throughout the process.
