I bought some stuff like shirts and kurtas for my family and eventually i went out of the country but the thing is that the stuff that was i bought is not fitted in measurement. So I have to change it when I landed here in Mumbai first thing I do is I rush to pantaloons and make a change offer to your employee even after they said me that " yes sir you have go upside change as per your choice" so I had done my change.
When I reached to billing counter then employer of your firm is not so good in talk they said that if you have to change then you have only one month to replace and change its a so called damn policy.and it is so arrogance to
Make a argument with your employee.please be polite and teach your employee how to speak with an customer which is very usefull.

I went to 2nd floor and service for terrible. There were bunch of foolish workers who were busy talking among themselves and no one attended me despite of several approaches. I have been to many Pantaloons across India but never expiernced pathetic service like this anywhere. These staffs will definitely destroy the goodwill if no action is taken against them.

Since when did Pantaloons start with such poor quality of clothes?
I bought 2 shirts and 1 pant.
Washed all 3 separately. All 3 started loosing its color significantly with only 1 wash.
1 shirt is beyond repair since it looks disastrous now. Cant even wear even once.
Waste of 5k.

The billing process is very poor. I stood in billing que for an hour.which is more than my shopping time

The place is good, but the billing counters and the shop layout and stalls of brands in the shop can be properly marked. The staff is very helpful though, but experience wise it can be definitely improved. They do have a good collection of clothing though, so that's nice. If you are not a stickler for a particular brand, then you'll probably wont exit the store empty handed

It's good.good quality cloth. Also ladies ware available. Some offers also available.

Jens are very expansive. Normal cost jens are not that much looks pretty good.

I had to go in twice to get an exchange. The dare denim t-shirt collection are all uneven sized made. Trail rooms were not allowed due to covid situation. Had limited stock.drove all the way from malad to borivali just for an exchange.
My suggestion please increase the variety in clothes. It's the same old repeat.

Good collection of clothes and different procut range, have amazing offers at times the, parking space available, staff is helpful and polite only problem is limited big size clothes collection.

Well stocked just like any other Pantaloons outlet. Staff is friendly and courteous. In case of unavailability of product they are willing to arrange it for you on request provided they are given enough time. Look out for sale and shop early during sale before the stock runs out.

No Doubt about quality of clothes! Those who once try and test pantaloons may not like local boutiques collection. However for a bigger and better collection go to PANTALOONS INFINITY it is the ultimate.

A must go place for shopping apparel's.its value for money. Friendly staff and great billing counters.

No point redemption, unresponsive talking, rude behavior, no proper customer service, high cost rs. 7 charge for paper bag which is printed & own advertising marketing, discount labeling is not showing properly

Variety of clothes is moderate. Men, women, kids clothes are available. Footwear, Accessories, Handbags are also available. Items are reasonably priced. But sometimes the stock is not at all good. The 'SALE' time is worst time to visit the store it's super crowded and huge que for trials.

Would have given more stars but thats not to be as all the time while billing they ask weither you want carry bag or not n if yes they charge for it. Thats lil surprising as they charge for a paper carry bag when u paid for the goods you purchase and that bag has the name of the brand pantaloons so aint that unfair to charge for it when you are already advertising ur brand on the bag.

It's always my first store when I want to buy as it's very nearby.but pantaloons is sinusoidal wave in terms of collection.some times with a pretty decent stuff and at odr times it never miss a call centre to disappoint with the collection. Overall it's staff is warm enough.

Good variety of brands and styles. They offer decent discounts during national holiday/festival seasons.

Horrible arrangement for billing, only one counter is operating even when there is a long queue of customers to check out, there are many idle shop assistants standing at the check out desk chit chatting but not willing to open another counter to assist customers in checking out.

This is very fantastic mall. In this mall their are many types of fashionable clothes like casual, formal, etc. And the quality of the clothes are best and the price is also in tge budget. In that mall season time their are many discount offers in clothes. So the best way is to purchase a clothes in mall is better than a shop.

Sale is going on rtnw Cz of Christmas. Collection is very good. Also sale is really good but they charge 5percent GST on saled items and not on fixed rate items which is very wrong. At cash counter we come to know they are charging GST on saled items.

Great service, great maintenance, the collection is occasionally good. The billing is quite slow. The place can easily be spot from a vehicle even in traffic. There are 3 floors for western, traditional and men's collection. The brand selection is good. There's a lot of waiting for trials, not enough trial rooms arranged. The offers given during festive seasons are quite interesting.

Either they indulge in mis-selling or the staff are not briefed correctly about the offers. I brought this to the notice of store manager Mr. Rajesh and also the floor manager on 2nd floor. They have accepted that the staff are not aware of the exact nature of offers and hv apologised. Will never visit this store again.

Now the rates are increasing day by day and varieties are getting less. Now i feel that pantaloons is only for rich people
