Prasanna Purple

I mostly travel by prasanna purple, but once it's A. C.stopped working in the middle of the night, everyone was suffocating, but driver refused to keep the doors open. We had to change bus in Amravati, pathetic experience.

From nagpur to pune the best bus i have ever traveled. The volvo comfort and less fare. The good combinatio. Must travel.

Poor service specially picking up from Pune to Nagpur instead u can go for Saini travels at same price with better service

Always on time and comfortable seats and a very helpful staff. You can send extra luggage through parcel.

O. K. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. BY IF ONE WANTS TO READ ;INSTEAD OF WATCHING SAME MOVIES. (PER THE PAST FEW MONTHS SAME TITLES - HINDI & ENGLISH BOTH). THERE IS NO LIGHT AND THERE IS NO BUZZER TO CALL ATTENDANT, SO THAT HE PUTS ON THE LIGHT.
HOPE THE NECESSARY FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED.

Prasanna purple Platinum is an excellent bus.prasanna purple Grand is equally substandard.poor ac, lcd dont work.no ergonomics taken into account for the seats.in alla very poor user expereince in case of prasanna purple Grand.a request to the management, please disband the old fleet of purple grand buses

PATHETIC experience, I lost my wallet in one of the trip, and the customer care service is not entertaining and denying the misplacement of property.really disappointed!

3 stars because of the maintenance issues inside the bus and sometimes the failure of buses.
Most annoying fact of these buses are having a blue light themed interior, which is absolutely ridiculous. Blue lights are not good for eyes specially during nighttime. But Purple has blue lights in every compartments and they don't turn off.

Travel is smooth, their mattress is okayish.

Instead of purple bus they just provided some another bus. And there is no facility for charging and many other porposes.

Best place for travelling. Staff is really polite and well mannered and secondly cleaniness is maintained by them.

The best part of prasanna travel is that you have a remote of TV while travelling, unlike other travels in which TV is just a show piece. Also the stop they select are very clean by this I mean washroom are very clean.
Only thing is that the place where they stop for dinner is expensive, I mean forget about the food 80rs for panipuri is too expensive at least for me.
Travelling with prasanna travels is really very safe and also if you are having birthday they will give you a surprise gift as well.

For nagpur pune it is one of the best travels to try for.majority of bus staff is very good as compared to other travels.the buses although being in good condition but from outside they are not that good.but i always prefer purple over others.

Really a very good bus service, onlybthe reaching time to Pune is quite late like 6pm (Nagpur - DP) to 9: 30am (Pune - KP)

Very bad service. Gps os bus is not working so cannot track the bus.all the time smell of diesel is coming. There is not enough space in upper single berth. The staff is not at all polite.

Service is very good but quality of bus is declining as buses are getting old. Purple's USP has been service, punctuality, bus quality.need to maintain
