Bike servicing was also not done properly and the behavior was not good.

On 10/04/2024, I had left the bike at the showroom for servicing in the morning. On the same day at 5 pm, I got a call from you that the bike has been serviced but I did not go to the showroom that day. Today I went to the showroom in the morning and was told that the bike has been serviced. I said, okay, I didn't even wash the bike.
You are requested to behave properly with the customer and what happened to me should not happen to anyone else.

They will welcome and behave good upto you gave payment. When you come to take bike they will treat you like hell.never visit this place.
NOTE: if your are taking bike as cash, don't give HRA money. They take from you without asking.

This showroom is very worst and even the manager and workers don't know what is the problem in bike from 5 month iam taking my bike to show room but they even not done any work on bike they scam pepole by removing parts from bike and tell that you have show your bike outside if any warranty is there they will find the way how to get money from customer and they will remove part from bike from 5 month my bike isin showroom not taken bike manager is so rude and staff also sunil waghamare and mahesh Batalwar showroom should be ban they spoiling whole hero Moto corp company

Customer Service is very bad. Bike stopped working after 1st service. No proper response received.

Adviser and financer totally fraud hero showroom and third class services i recommend please no purchase bike this showroom India's first frauds prathibha showroom and staff.

They don't have skilled and sufficient no. Of mechanics which causing 2-3 days to deliver vehicle for a general service.

Worst experience from advisor, supervisor and customer care manager of service centre, general checkup and other bike servicing not giving on time though you handover your bike for 4 days.

Worst servicing please don’t go there and please don’t contact them these are worst in servicing people.

Pathetic hospitality, took more than one hour for wheel delivery, no one to look after the customer, you only have to chess them for everything as if you are getting vehicle free of cost.

गाडी सर्व्हिसिंग ला दिली असता संध्याकाळी देतो अस बोलून call उचलत नाही आणि manager सुद्धा कामगारांन मध्ये सामील होऊन कस्टमर ला त्रास देतात टोकन सोडून ओळखीचे असलेले गाड्या पहिल्यांदा घेतात आणि सर्व्हिस करून देतात आणि फ्री सर्व्हिस असून सुधा (ऑईल बदलणे आणि गाडी वॉशिंग करणे) एवढेच काम असून मला गाडी ३र्या दिवशी भेटणार अशी यांची पद्धत आहे. ९०११०४५२६० हा नंबर आहे. पावती वर १७/९/२०२२ १८: ००: ०० असा delevery टाईम दिला आहे आज १८/९/२०२२ तारीख आहे आणि गाडी शोरुम मध्ये आहे. आणि आज रविवार आहे म्हणून शोरुम बंद आहे. आम्ही आमची काम करायची कशी? गाडी भेटणार नव्हती तर आम्ही दिली नसती ना. देतो संध्याकाळी अस खोट का बोलायचं manager नी. प्रत्येक सर्व्हिंग ला मला प्रतिभा मोटर्स नी त्रास दिला आहे. मला त्रास देण्याचे कारण लेखी जो पर्यंत देत नाही तोपर्यंत मी गाडी घेणार नाही.

Not recomand for anyone, I had done my bike engine work very high rate and after 3 months they told me need to replace block piston of your bike.
