Hotel is good near to marine drive and has best in class services. Which you expect from Taj in Mumbai

The vibe was genuinely very good. The interior designing ver appealing and gave comfort. The staff was very polite and humble.

Went for dinner at the Italian place. Food was amazing. Missed having pizza (kids didn't share with us). The service unfortunately was little less that day. Had to call them again and again, waiting for simple orders to be addressed. Once i complained, it was rectified.
Will go back again

It's super fantastic hotel. Food of Trattoria is awesome.it's in the heart of South mumbai elite crowd and ambience. The pool is very clean and hygienic. Rooms are fantastic so over all its a must visit.

President is a fair hotel. I have been there 3 times. There the rooms are quite big. The breakfast is not that good as it is with few items only. Though there taste is great. The pool is also average. The main thing that makes it worth is the sea view. There is recommend taking non pool view with higher floor as from there, we get better sea view.

The rooms was sufficient, slightly old but still good. The lobby is great and so the complementary breakfast.

Sad to see the good old hotel President in a marooned state thanks to corona a drink or two at Gulzar n for Italian fare at Trats with lush garlicky aroma of oven fresh bread welcoming guest

We stayed there for institutional quarantine before signing into the vessel. Nice hotel and rooms are good. Team of executives and the staffs are kind and polite.

I usually dont leave bad reviews but I think this should be publicized.

Last week, we booked a two night prepaid stay to help a Covid positive family member in the nearby hospital. Post the first night, my wife ended up being positive herself so being socially responsible and per law, we check out early for home quarantine. Having a pre-paid rate meant no refunds and in regular times that is OK however these are "not normal times", the management refused to refund the unused (2nd) night. Pretty poor customer service and will definitely wont be coming back here. I expect more from a brand owned by Tatas.

Recently visited the Hotel President at Cuffe Parade in Mumbai with my sister to experience ‘Bombay Chai’ at their Lobby lounge and dinner at The Konkan Cafe.

They have recently redesigned their entire lobby. It looks absolutely exquisite with lights everywhere, classy selection of colour combination, comfortable seating and elegant decor. Every space in the lobby is beautiful and artistic Loved the hospitality, their staff is extremely courteous, friendly and will take care of everything you need. They follow all safety measures as per the government guidelines with proper social distancing.

Nice facilities. Enjoyed the stay of the wedding. But rooms are small. Otherwise all equipments are there.

I was part of an event today and it was pathetic experience.

A/C was not working and every time they tried to show that they are busy setting up this issue.
Food gave me another bad experience that I felt like i am having food at most miserable place.

The place is good to host corporate event. The washroom stinks some and food has got options but the taste is ok.

staff is friendly.had mrng breakfast here.good options for vegetarians.we got upgrade to sea view room.if u r looking for peacefull stay.it's preferable.if u want some fun. Taj Mahal Palace is better

Great service, reasonably well appointed rooms. Breakfast buffet is fast and well-tasting too. Love the bed and pillows - I slept really well here. Would have liked the place to have a North Indian or Chinese cuisine restaurant as well

Its a great hotel to stay. Food is delicious and you will find alot options there. I would give a 5 star for Ambience. Staff is very helpful and polite.

Trattoria has very good service and lovely salads. The John Dory fish was lovely for a business lunch. The central cooling was a bit too cold though and we had to shift on the reception area to finish the meeting as it was more comfortable there.

This is a beautiful of the scale 5 star hotel. I personally love this hotel and would you recommend anyone else looking for 5 star stay in Mumbai City for nearly 10000 rupees per day. This hotel is worth every penny you spend here. If you have to move around Colaba, Malabar Hills, Mantralaya, etc. This hotel highly recommended to stay as it will see what time while commuting. It also houses beautiful restaurants and a cake shop. The view from the room is beautiful. Beautiful swimming pool and spa. Staff here is very Cooperative and friendly.
I would love to stay here whenever I visit Mumbai Again.

Pancake in the breakfast is must. Hotel rooms are nice. Lifts Are slow.
Coffee is also really good in breakfast. It just somehow uncomfortable rn to get into hotel due to metro work and staff outside does not guide properly

Very business like and efficient as almost all Tata Enterprises. These guys know their jobs and make you ultra comfortable

Excellent service, partial sea view rooms, small rooms, located in Cuffe Parade - South Mumbai, good restaurants and a bar.

The coffee shop Trattoria has the best Pizza in town by far. Service is superb and extremely friendly staff that goes out of the way to help you out with anything.

It's a fabulous property no doubt as it's Taj but unfortunately due to the metro construction right outside it's horribly difficult to get inside the main gate. Neither has Taj made efforts of putting up clearly visible sign boards of diversion. So be careful of that.

It was a great week in Mumbai and stay over this hotel, good service with food, room, travel & bar.
Everything is good but there is not available pool, when we booked online they showed up pool available infact it's not. We stay for 7 days there neither they informed us that the pool not available it's under construction nor they have any information after our check in, after 6 days we got to know that we can use The Taj Mahal Palace Hotel Pool without any restriction and pick up and drop off complimentary (We got this message from Driver after 6 days Not From Lobby).
So it was a disappointed stay there except that all things were better with Trattoria Restaurant delicious food enjoy a lot.

This hotel has Excellent staff and hygiene Rooms, but no nearby options of good restaurants if you think of eating out?
You may walk or take a small cab ride to Colaba or Kala ghoda for options of some fantastic Restaurants.

Vivanta President has an amazing ambience and feel to it. The lobby is very well done and the service you receive on entering is amazing. The restaurant has good food with good variety and i will surely go back soon.
