Rooms are clean actually but Wifi and Ac are not working for room no 404 which costs 3k+

Room ambience was great.and location was very peaceful. Enjoyed the stay. However the only negative point here is the mattress. It was 2 mattress than one single so even if u sir n move they both created a gap which was very uncomfortable while sleeping. Thanks of the hospitality.

Rooms were pretty compact and still ac was not able to cool the full room. The bathrooms didn't have any kind of latch and hangars to hang the clothes. These are basic things one would expect from the hotel room.

Rooms are a little conjusted, but clean. No kitchen services but you can always order from Swiggy and Zomato. Bathrooms are very well designed.

I booked it for for 3.5k for one night which I find to be overpriced. The room was spacious for 2. They didn't have many food options. Room was clean. It was couple friendly as well.

Initially booked for a day solely based on location preference, I must say this place was a pleasant surprise! Great vibe, superb staff and beautifully set up rooms - I was happy to extend my stay (well, I missed my bus from Pune) and was almost sad to leave.

The stay at RA Residence was pleasant and it's definitely worth the money we pay. Staff is very supportive and their service is par above the excellence. Only things which I feel should be there is - Guests may need any additional goods for which there should be an dedicated staff member so that guests won't have to do it by their own and also the in-house restaurant will add more value in the stay with pocket friendly prices

Bad Bad Bad… I stayed on top floor for two days… Please please do not trust them on cleanliness factor coz they dnt change linen…when I reached the room was not ready and the housekeeping guy was downstairs he said we will call u upstairs once the room is done…trust me he called me on 4th minute and told me room was ready.i could see all hair on the sheets.also all ash in bathroom window…please take care while booking with them.

Worst hotel waited for several hours disgusting not even a guest room for the people who are waiting to check in

It was very dirty. The room is smelly when we entered. The sheets were not clean. We got two single beds joined instead of a twin bed. My hand got stuck in between, and my shoulder almost dislocated. The area outside of the room was so dirty. There were unwashed plates lying around. Won't go back ever. Water bottles are not free.

Worst hotel ever which i have seen in life. I had stayed for 3-4 days but at each night there were no light and even hotel staffs always says that "Generator doesnt work and its faulty will be resolved tomorrow" actually they dont resolve at all, in fact every night they tell this reasons and every night there were no lights and fan, even in rooms there were not proper showers and tap working and overall it was very worst experience. If you are night insect then you can definately checkout this place. You can get better other rooms at this location and even way more better place.

Basic things missing:
1.) Handwash (they provided soap, which wasn't able to create foam)
2.) The mattress wasn't good. I had backache the next morning.
3.) Linens too weren't clean enough. Yellow spots were visible in day light.
4.) Floors were not clean.
5.) Brand of shampoo provided in Hotel bathroom was missing.
6.) Bathroom slippers missing.

Verdict: Not a 4 rating hotel. I will give 2 considering location.
To the owners I would say, there's a great scope of improvement. If you can manage improving few basic things, you guys can compete quite easily with good budget brands in Pune. By budget brands I specifically mean a 3 star+ hotels & not a 7 star hotel!

We had booked Ra residence for my brother's wedding twice, with a gap of 1 day! We had a destination wedding - 50mins from pune - and hence we decided to lock Ra Residence! The first thing that charmed us was the PROPERTY! Amazing concept, well structured and bright rooms. The property is made with such a great thought and efforts. THE THEMED HOTEL was one of the highlights of the wedding. All our guests were so happy with the stay. Post a year of wedding, we still get to hear the good-stay stories from our guests. The staff is friendly and helpful too. We had unexpected guests that night, I called up the manager if he can arrange for another 2 rooms at the last moment (11pm). He was cordial and polite enough to accept our last minute demand. The entire staff also helped us to arrange hampers for our guests even before they handed over the rooms before check-in!
The entire family is grateful to the team, especially Mr. Abhir, for being so generous and kind.
We look forward for many more such stays.

RA Residence has a unique interior for the room. There are various beautiful themes which you would love to visit again and again. Great place for a staycation.

A very Lovely Atmosphere at RA Residence. The Rooms are bit small but comfortable & each room has it’s own theme which is great to watch as well as to experience it.
One who is looking for a Good safe hygienic & Pocket Friendly Room should Definitely try out RA Residence.
& Not to Forget the Guy at the Desk Named Vedant is a very Humble & Helpful Person.

The stay was not great as the property does not have a restaurant where you can have Breakfast or dinner.

Here's the experience -
We booked via booking.com where we have already updated the check-in checkout timing
As we entered the room the room was too small not expected as shown in the picture
No food service at the hotel
Even if you order for tea or water you need to follow-up multiple times

They had Tv but remote was without a battery they took entire one day to share the remote battery

We stayed here for 2days but terrible experience no phone network poor wifi connectivity no proper service

Also, they news work on their customer service

Apart from that without informing we had our checkout timing at 2 PM we can a call at 12 asking us to check out within 10mins stating we didn't accept your checkout timing. Such a pathetic customer service

It was very good experience here.they have good service. Only issue I found here is the food service. They don't have food service.for meal we need to go out.

Stay was too good.rooms were well maintained just like a Home.staff were very polite and friendly. Mr vedant told us about the property theme

Extremely seamless process from start to end. We had a big party coming in and Kumar was extremely helpful. Great rooms and service. Highly recommend
