I had the worst experience with this place. They made promises that they couldn’t keep and it was clear that their main focus is making money. The management, event planner, staff, and services were all terrible. They knew exactly how to manipulate the emotions of a wedding family. There was not a single positive aspect to my experience. On the day of the wedding, they had booked the property for three different wedding families and it completely ruined the events. There was no professionalism, no ability to handle last-minute issues, and they couldn’t even deliver on their own promises. I would never recommend this place to anyone for a wedding, corporate event, or any personal event. This incident shattered the emotions of my family. They charged exorbitant prices for decorations and couldn’t even properly attach a carpet to the wedding stage. These people are deceiving humanity and I urge everyone to be cautious before committing to anything with these fake individuals.
The rooms have 2 categories one is the normal rooms and other is cottage type or row house type rooms, the former is okayish and the latter is the best and worth it. It also has private swimming pool for row house
I had the worst experience with this resort. We had choosen this resort for our wedding and it was a destination one. I had dreamt a lot of my wedding and thought it would be amazing but these people made it my worst nightmare which no one could even think of it in their dreams as well. These people looted a lumpsum money from us for all the decoration, other arrangements and stuffs but nothing was provided as agreed upon. It was my wedding day and we had to sit and argue with other families at the venue as the venue was also booked by other families for their wedding. Such a worst and poor management these rain forest resort people have, no professionalism, no proper ethics and more over UNHYGENIC FOODS. I would have attached the images for proof if I had the option to do so. I don't know how these people give the same venue for 2 to 3 marriage events on the same day. This clearly shows how these people lack in terms of professionalism and management. The event planning (in terms of location, decoration) which we both mutually agreed upon and finalized was not being provided to us. They used to make last minute changes to the planner for which we had to forcefully accept as we were left with no other options except acceptance. The only thing which they used to say is " WHAT SO EVER WE ARE GIVING IS THE BEST FOR YOU and WE ARE DOING OUR BEST IN EACH AND EVERYTHING".
My dear friends, who so ever planning for any events or stay at this resort, please do think twice, thrice before you choose this place! I would never recommend this place for anyone ever.

Worst experience ever. They will promise you to provide every damn things and when u ll make the full settlement of the amount they wont do things as promised. I have experienced in my own wedding where in i have paid them money well in advance and at the time of wedding nothing was similar. They cheated on us especially wedding coordinator and owner. After showing them all the proofs they are not ready to return our money back and also have blocked us from everywhere. Less and untrained staff is also a major concern here. Rooms are dirty and what they promise and what they give you is totally different. I would not recommend this to anyone and please if you are planning to book this for your big day never consider this as a option as they will give nightmares to you. Very bad experience. Never book this and take a chance to spoil your big day. I made a mistake but would request everyone not to choose this and no one ll be there once money is being paid to them
Worst services third class arrangements Management is making fool to people's. They takes Money in lakhs with all advance and services they give in penny. Everyone is blaming to other there is no responsible person available at resort. And they person who take care of event and decoration is arguing and misbehaving when we complained about his worst services. Everyone is making fool here. They are unable to give services as per their commitment. They change all according to their comfort without informing us. Please read all reviews before booking in this resort. There is nothing good about this resort. We were family of 5 and booked 2 rooms well in advance by paying beforehand through Gpay. Rooms: - When we arrived at the resort we were allocated two room out of which in first room window were broken bed sheets were not clean, tv was not working in another shower was broken toilets were not clean. When we complained they were like all the rooms are booked we cannot do anything we fought as well owner was sitting there and laughing. Food: - Meals here were pathetic there was no side option taste was bad also we went there in summer so we expected at least there would be aam rass. Nope nothing this resort just loots you and provide nothing.

I had my best trip at rainforest. The food was delicious and the services was top notch. The rooms were clean and cozy. There was Adventurous activities which we enjoyed alot. Swimming pool was also clean. Highly recommend this resort

Misleading data while booking, making customers stay in some random MySpace igatpuri while booking is of Rainforest resort. Upon bringing it to the reception, we were threatened with physical harm and were forced off the property. It's upsetting to see @makemytrip allowing a goon @AtRainforest to list. Mr. Jain at the front desk attacking a woman guest, putting her physical safety at risk & @makemytripcare take no corrective steps. @tourismgoi @maha_tourism. Value for money resort, villa was too good and spacious overall best expect ever love the food and the location espically many game zone activity, swimming pool was clean and spaciy, best stay ever must recommend to all especially solo.

Staying at Rainforest resort was very Comfortable. Rooms are well maintained and cleaned on daily basis. House keeping staff is very polite. There are all essential Amenities and facilities like safety Deposit box, free wi-fi in the room. The food is really very tasty and affordable. One must try dal fry at rainforest resort.it is really too delicious. The best part of the rainforest resort is that staff is always they are always there for their guests. I was with my son for three days of stay and resort staff took care of my son when i was busy in my Business Conference. It was worth it Staying at such a good place.

Overall we enjoyed the trip. Things I should mention 1. Food is awesome including lunch dinner and breakfast. 2 staff if loyal- we left our phone on table and after 30/40 min came r back to staff nd got our phone back. There area y types of roomd available lilr tent, villas, wooden villas, deluxe rooms etc.charges are decent. Receptionist asked us to pay 12per extra if we dont pay in cash that was unacceptable so we called a sales staff who actually booked rooms for us and sorted by paying with upi only. Fan and geyser stopped working when needed. I called emergency nob and that got sorted in 10/15 min. For Reception im rating 4 rather 5*

Rainforest resort is the best place to visit and stay, if planning for a trip to igatpuri, the rooms are really spacious and comfortable, staff members make sure you have comfortable stay, food is really good, each rooms have private pool and big Swing which really makes it unique. One of the best resort in igatpuri named as RAINFOREST RESORT. Such a pleasent stay. The room was so big and comfortable, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The view was so beautiful the mountain and fog. Food was tasty, in the evening the chai and vadapav was topnotch. Had a really great memories. Would definately come here again.
It's overall bad, Don't travel if you have a family or kid, Food is below average, Rooms are pathetic. In my room intercom was dead, staff are too less and they are untrained local kids, Food is very bad in terms of choice & taste, surprisingly in lunch they don't have chapati or roti in buffet & in dinner they don't have any pulses, Check out is 10 am and every single staff will remind you that, I have seen an uncle yelling at waiter "अब जीवन में दूबारा इस जगह नहीं आऊंगा " Strictly No, to this property for any further.

Firstly it's situated in the interiors of Igatpuri. The road leading to the resort is also narrow and very bad. The tent rooms are the worst with no cleanliness. No house keeping staff. Food is OK. And plus they don't accept digital payments. Only plus was the swimming pool.
I visited this resort for attending a wedding ceremony. The resort is located in the heart of Igatpuri, at the foot of the mountain. The Rainforest resort is a stunning location with villas that include little private swimming pools for you to enjoy with your family and friends.
However, the maintenance is very bad. Their service and staff are equally pitiful. The rooms were not cleaned and the bedsheets had stains on them, indicating that they have been used. We multiple times requested the staff to clean our room and change the bedsheets so that we could use it, but they didn't responded which was really frustrating. Because of all these we spent most of our time at swing in the villa. The water from the tap also comes muddy. We were very dissatisfied with service offered by the staff. Overall, the resort is fantastic, but requires more maintenance and excellent service.

Starting with a one star because i dont have an option to give it zero or minus stars. It's nothing but a ugly lodge. Okay, I don't mind living in a lodge even provided i pay for the same, but here they charge you for a luxurious resort, promises you best services and than when you enter the "RAINFOREST LODGE". Boom, it feels like your all dreams of a luxurious vacation has been shattered and feels like being cheated big time by showing beautiful photos online whereas in reality its so filthy that you can't even imagine staying there for a day. Their sales team is located in Mumbai, and they stopped receiving my calls once i paid 10,000 Rs.of my hard earned money as advance booking. We were so frustrated after looking at their 2 bedroom villa (Which they said they are selling for 25,000 per night) that we decided to leave the 10K advance booking money and move to another resort immediately.
Reception itself is so ugly that you dont even want to stay there for 10 minutes. While i was arguing hard with them to see the rooms before paying the rest 42K of my payment, (and they were asking full payment first than they will show me the rooms) i saw at least 5 customers came there to complain about filthy rooms & leakage in bathrooms & Intercoms not working or reception not receiving the calls. At Reception, there is no responsible person, and they keep on calling to someone for one or other issues, and he/she doesn't bother to appear at the reception, at the same time the lady named NEHA who took my booking stopped receiving my calls.
So My request for all of you people is please don't get fooled by their online photos and sweet talks on the phone, dont do advance booking at all. Respect your hard earned money. There are so many Resorts there which provides best possible services and food at so much less than this LODGE charges you.

1. No cooperation from the staff, specially Mr. Manish Jain (resort manager) who asked us to bare the nuisance of construction going on just outside our room and on further arguing approached to hit us.
2. The Entire resort garbage was dumped outside our room window and balcony area with very bad view, foul smell and insect flying around. Due to this we could not open the window and door to enjoy the awesome weather.
3. False promises made of doing things like, we will get the garbage clear, but was not cleared till our checkout.
4. Online booking was done based on the cottages and villas photos, but gave us the stay in a building (which seems like OYO rooms), whose photo was not uploaded on the site.
5.lastly, No cleanliness inside and outside the room. Corridor full of spider web, foul smell, various insects flying around.
Pethatic, worst.actually I am not finding the (Bad) words to explain our Family weekend Experience over here (3 rooms). Simply Regret for choosing this resort. Never had such horrible Experience ever.no cleaning/Hygiene.used and stained Pillow covers, Beds and Towels were provided. No pest control was done as found lot of insects inside room. Bathroom were so dirty that even city Public Toilets would have been better. Rooms Lights were Partly working. Intercoms were Dead so unable to contact Room Service or Reception numbers. Resort management is just interested in collecting advance booking amout and looting people by offering zero Hospitality service. Moreover with all this worst experience, they charge you premium for Accommodation aas well as food which is totally worthless. Only Positive Point was Restaurant Manager, who were humble and atleast putting his efforts for his duty. Plz avoid this resort if you are visiting Igatpuri. Else you will be Cheated. All the services provided by the hotel were extremely poor

No precautions in corona period. Visiting Public don't wear mask. Restaurant is over crowded. No cleanliness, no social distancing. No temperature or vaccinating record checking. Lack of amenities. No room service. No morning tea. Food quality is OK.bad for old people. Restaurant is not clean. Don't go in this period.
I Urge any one planning any major Function or activities at this resort, or even a vacation should not pursue it, this is a horrible Resort, it promises something else and delivers nothing. It will embarrass you in front of your guests, Rooms are filthy, washrooms are horrible, nothing works. There is no Housekeeping no one mans the Phone at Reception. Management is pathetic. Local Workers are Goons from Village nearby you can not even complain. Its Horrendous!

It was pathetic, no room service, room was full of mosquitoes, washroom was not cleaned, no COVID safety measures were followed by the staff. Though the property is good but there’s no room maintenance. We had booked 2 nights for more 8k but we had to move to another resort (Mountain Shadow resort) which was nearby and much better than rainforest.
If I could give it a zero rating I would. We had booking for 2 tents on 3rd-5th of July. It was great to first wait for an hour to get checked in by 1, no toiletries in bathroom and dusty bed sheet & blanket. After following up 2-3 times around 6: 30 in evening we get clean towels and bed sheet. While the bed sheets were being replaced we were just outside the tent. Our first mistake was to not be present in the room while the bees sheets were being replaced. At 8: 30 when we enter the room, realised my watch was missing, which was placed on the bed. Went to reception to speak about it the staff comes to check my room to check if I was telling the truth or not. Post realisation that watch was not in room, none of them said anything and left the room.
We waited over night to see if they react on it or not, and clearly they were not interested to find a solution. Next day also we followed up to check if there was any solution or if they found the watch with any bed sheet laundry or anything. At 5 in evening when we went back to speak to them for 3rd time the senior manager Suraj Mishra uses amazing words in front of us to his staff (indirect way to us) ye Kya time bigaad rahe jao apna kam karo (sans the cuss words), this is the hospitality that we get. Someone else connects us to AGM (Manish), he says sir hamare bande Aisa nai kar sakte. And people refused to give any more service to us in room (informing us in loud manner). That they would not come near our room or even give any form of service.
The conclusion was that since the people servicing did not take and we can’t find the watch we don’t want to waste anymore time of this and the matter would be ignored.
Now when u come to this resort bodh valley - rethink, research & come with zero valuables including watch, speaker, sunglasses or even cash in that matter.
And yes I do feel someone flicked my watch. This review is only for customer awareness and not for framing anyone.

We stayed last week between 1-3rd July 2021, Request all to take serious note of below points before going ahead with booking. Reception Experience: People setting at the counter doesn't have any respect for the customer. Very absurd rules and regulations. In the name of rules take 100% money on Check in and don't give receipt for same. Rooms: Rooms are very very poorly maintained, untidy & uncleaned. You cannot imagine the conditions of Washrooms & Toilet. Room Service: Very hard to find any. You will have to wait atleast 60 min before someone arrives. No Intercom facility working in room. You have walk down to reception to request as there is very limited mobile network. Food: Same menu every day with same Gravy used both afternoon lunch & evening dinner.
In short I would not recommend any one to visit the place.

At reception We meet Mr. Parashuram He was least interested in giving rooms We traveled almost 200 kms We still insisted to give rooms We called resort before reaching there We were told they will severe food in rooms upto midnight Once reaching there they immediately denied They were not ready to serve tea and bread also Instead of apologising They were rude and directly suggested us to visit other hotels
Pathetic room service. Stains all over pillow which was not changed in our 3 days stay even after multiple requests. They never did room cleaning/change of bedsheet during our stay.
The worst experience ever of staying in a resort. It’s a shame to even call it a resort. The room conditions are worst. Totally opposite of what shown in images. Geysers r not working, AC IS not working. Fan works at speed of 1. The dirty bed sheets r even better then what they have put on their beds. A complete package of trouble n harassment is Rain Forest Resort igatpuri. Total waste of money. I had 2 nyts booking done. We left in one nyt. None of the staff is even bothered to ask for early checkout. The people here just want money. They have No service to give u in return. All the items are sold 50% more than MRP.

Below average resort with poor quality of service and long waiting time for food preparation (waiting time not due to following covid precautionary measures).
We have visited this place earlier also but this time they don't have any management. In place to tackle with the issues and problems which the guests were facing also the person in-charge in reception were so rude and not at all helpful to solve the booking realated issues. Lastly about the rooms and amenities they were also not upto the mark the AC and fans were not working properly inspite complaining about the same it was not taken into consideration and it got fixed almost in the evening after calling several times at the reception hence overall a not to visit place after such incidences.

First of all there is no proper management in this resort. The management staff is not very helpful. No customer service at all. Even bands for food were wrongly provided and we had to walk all the way to the reception area which was a large walk for a family (specially oldies) whereas they cud sent some staff with the bands since it was an error from their end. Food was average. Activities were closed and we had to just sit in the resort doing nothing. This was not informed to us earlier. The stay was not worth the amount paid by us. Rooms were also not very clean. And most of all, they askd fr our mobiles and wrote their own review giving 5 star rating to evrything (perhaps they knew that we would not give good rating aftr the stay)
Visiting this place is a waste of money, as there is no help from staff and manager, I booked luxury rooms for us but I think highway lodge is better and clean then rainforest rooms, food quality were pathetic, no taste, no desert, no fruits, even milk were like a water, I wasted my money visiting this place, I would never suggest anybody to visit, socially if people are travelling from different city.
