This is not a review for the pavilion mall rare rabbit, this is a review for the online store. I saw something that to me looks like either fraud or day light robbery. I bought a shirt from them at 2799 however that same shirt on scrolling down further was priced at 1979 inr! I called them and asked them how one product can have two prices existing at the same time.the person on the phone was dismissive of my concerns and kept ranting about offers being dynamic etc.which I can agree to they can be dynamic but there's no way the same product can exist at the same time at different prices.there should only be one price on a product at one time! Rare rabbit disagrees with this argument of mine and therefore I find them to be dubious operators! Clothes are nice but some are over priced
Worst customer service ever. Ordered for 6 trousers.got 5.and it's been a month i am still waiting for 1 trouser or the refund.customer care not reachable.delay replies to emails.no one frm Rare rabbit team responding on instagram. Comments are disabled on social media.hoping some day my refund will be processed
