The Third Class Service.
Today My Father Visited the Showroom and 4 persons working there and no other customers in the showroom but the staff was much busy and didn't showed the variety to my father and suggested we don't have much variety. Please visit our chinchwad branch.
My father is the regular customer of Raymond, but feels like nowadays they don't need the business.

Terrible tailor. Screwed up all six sets of pants and shirts. The pants have become ultra low hanging with baggy style. Shirts are too tight and can’t be even tucked in. The owner wasnt even ready to listen or see what could be done to resolve. The cloth later on confirmed wasn’t even raymonds. Worst owner and tailoring experience. Do not buy and use the raymonds tailor. I have visited the showroom twice after that to complaint and if possible repair the terrible tailoring. The store owner refused to even acknowledge that his tailors had stitched it. They blamed me for bad fitting!

I contacted them online for ties. Not only did he go the extra mile by sending me the images of the product for me to select and shop but also facilitated the delivery process.
The quality of product and service was great.

Very less options available. Mostly costly options even when considering the brand name reymond. Don't value the customer time.

I brought 2 suits from this store but both had not been ready on the day of trial. Even after paying 7.8k for sewing they can't get it ready in time then we can go to different shop which values its customers more.

Yesterday also they said the suit will be ready in the morning but it was way past 5pm when it was ready and still only the coat & jacket was there they didn't made the pant & shirt.

The 1 star I gave is for the way they have shown us the clothes.

I haven't seen variety at Raymond store nigdi. Quite costly. Sales person hesitate to show the clothe material.

Update: The stitching is not upto my expectations. Although it seemed ok at first glance, when I started wearing it, I realized that it's not correctly stitched. This is despite the fact that the store had asked me to come in formals to have my formal clothes stitched owing to which I had to make another visit to the store (since I was wearing casuals on my first visit). But despite the hassle I went through and wearing perfectly stitched formals (from another Raymonds store) for the tailor to take the measurements, I am dissapointed with the stiching that I finally received.

Very rude behaviour to people.love the brand but they should value the customer.branded company should have polite behaviour people and cost the value of people
