Pathetic service, No AC, the whole building is like a furnace, out of 12 billing counters only 1 active, the executives can be seen roaming around talking on mobile phone, totally mismanaged.

Very bad service.would give zero ratings.staff is not polite, they dont know how to behave.lifts are blocked with trolleys.only 2-3 counters are open so have to wait for long. Paymets are also getting stuck where they are asking to do pay again wait for refund of stucked payment.

I will give -9/ 10. Had worst experience. Temprature in city was 38° and There was no Ac & even No fan in this mart felt suffocated. Staff was careless and rude towords customers. Will never going to visit this place againI Never had this much of bad experience in my life. They do not fold trialed cloths Every trial room was full with triled cloths by consumers there was no place to stand and try garments. WORST STORE

Visit to ahmednagar branch. I gave only one star because i was very upset with the atmosphere, temperature was not at all according to the requirement, there was hot temeperature in every floor and after requesting about the temperature the staff didnot listen to it. And it was not the first time experience.

The staff wasnt providing good service. During the time of checkout they couldn't provide bags. After shopping for Rs 8000, i had to carry the stuff without a bag to my car.highly disappointed

Its good store and having variety of groceries but some how many times offers shown at Mart and during billing was different and that time response from team was very poor.

Mess everywhere. Boxes blocked the lift. For travel bag mrp was 11000 rs but system showed 12,000 so they didn’t want to go with printed mrp. Lack of management and staff is untrained. Will never visit again. Whoever visiting make sure always check mrp and offer prices on receipt otherwise may get looted.

Please be careful when you are going to cash counter.if u pay and some offer not work that time they are not refund anymore.cash counter boy smartly make hurry and call to pay you.be careful before you pay. Otherwise u get trapped

It's essential for a town like Ahmednagar where you need to keep on moving for small little things around the corner this gives ease of accessibility to the people where you can find everything under one roof.

Please don't buy any things from reliance.
There is a lot of fraud going on until the rate changes from taking it to the cart and going to the billing.
Very negative experience.not all things available at that place. In short not settle well. Nothing any guy avilable to tells the offers there.

I purchased a refrigerator from here on 1st August and I got late delivery after various follow up on 6/08/22 with damaged product.

The replacement process is still going on till today, I blame myself for purchasing the refrigerator from this store.

There was a offer for purchase of 499 and above sugar or onions 1kg at Rs 9 but counter billing person refuse the offer. This is very bad experience at smart bazar. Ahmadnagar.

Very nice experience. Staff is polite and cooperative. Almost every thing is available at one stop and with exciting offers. But vegetables are really expensive. If management could workout for cheap vegetables will be major contribution towards society.
You can sell vegetables at very low rates if u wish. I can also suggest u how u can sell. But u have to makeup your mind.

Very bad experience. I purchased goods worth more than 3000 rs on 23 Rd July 22.bill no 22 location savedi, Ahmednagar, MS.in that there was a consealed tube of Philips costing nearby 269 rs. After taking delivery, we asked to check it in counter. He checked and returned without brackets for wall mounting. Immediately, after reaching home, I tried to call center to get their no or email.but, patiently they refused.they even didn't gave ll or manager's mobile no.but, they raised complaint on my behalf.after 2 days, there was all from R Fresh employee requesting not to raise such complaints in future and said, you visit anytime, we will issue.today on 27th July my son went there. They took 20 minutes and refused.unprofessional, unethical young staff without having knowledge of markets or store's responsibility.

Useless.people visit there as there are no picnic spots nearby.hence, people enjoy fun rather than discounts. Big bazaar was thousand times better. Nagarians are missing it.

But no such difference in price with other stores. They sell same suger in 2 price. One 39rs per kg and other is package pack 44rs per kg. I'm never understand the logic behind it

Store is so huge and its joyful to be there staff was well behaved and kind also the products are easy to find well maintained also place is hygienic there are two floors ground and first on the ground floor you can find all edibles (food) products and on first floor there is electronics, wearable (clothes), cosmetics and daily use appliances like broom, mob, bucket, etc

Store is Huge, They give Very good offer for purchase but when you will go to cash counter for billing, we didn't received bill with offer price.
