Very bad experience. It's just limited to buying. No response after that. I bought from their official website stating that it has 7 day return policy and a number was attached to it. But no response to it and trying many times.

ड्रेस मंगवाई थी और इसी ड्रेस इसी प्राप्त हुई जिसे पहन भी नही सकते ।
चलो जो मंगवाई वो तो भेजी नही लेकिन पहनने लायक तो भेजना चाहिए।
किसी और साइट से मंगवाते तो अच्छी ड्रेस मिल जाती।
और कस्टमर को पागल बनाना बंद करो।

Staff is worst doesn't even know how to speak to customer neither they have any product knowledge 24*7 busy over phone, and always they will see you with quirky and judgemental eyes. Least bothered about customers. Worst shop ever visited.
Doesn't really matter you open 20shops or more. If you don't know how to speak and treat your customer then god bless you'll. No source to complain. Buyed few things couple of times after that i never even feel like going. And i was forced to write this review after couple of times they treated bad to me and all customers around it is worst.

Visited bhayander west store, took one joggers, there salesman was polite and we travelled from long distance ghatkopar to bhayander. But i recommend not to go for bhayander east reload, they act like they don't want to sell. Don't bargain we have high price so if you think for low budget then don't waste your time to come here. Thank you jai hind

Insta पे एक price होती है। वहा पे अलग price बताते है l और तो और customer को support नहीं करते ये लोग। वहा काम करने वालो को कुछ जादा ही jada hi attude hai
