Recently we stayed in this hotel for 2 days. Referred by one of my colleagues at Mumbai. The lobby of the hotel is small and the same way the rooms are also very small. Not worth for Rs. 7000+ cost. The breakfast spread was average and the taste of the food was decent. Staff and services were courteous. Overall as I mentioned not worth for the cost since the rooms are very small.

Ruined the stay of my guest. Pathetic rooms. Disgusting service, very arrogant. And don't bother to rectify their mistake at all. Left the hotel without staying.
The place is overpriced and has very small rooms.it barely fits a queen sized bed.the place serves some average choices in breakfast buffet and is priced at RS. 450/- per guest. Room is clean but toiletries like dental kit etc will be missing.
After reading online reviews I booked a room in this hotel. The room was fine and the bathroom was also pretty clean. However was not able to sleep whole night due to Air-Conditioner stopping every 30 minutes. I called the front desk two times to get the issue fixed, but no resolution. Hotel did not had courtesy to say sorry and give me another room with functional amneties. I will not come to this hotel in future. Very bad experience.
Really good, clean & comfortable business hotel. Everything was great, restaurant was well priced & food was tastey. Staff were friendly & approachable.
It's a nice and tidy place at reasonable price, only if laundry can be improved it's more like giving to some local shop for laundry other wise it's really good.

Cons Seems lack of staff (could be my perception) Only 1 front desk guy n operator (both roles played by one) answering multiple calls, hardly has time to look after you. Nobody to attend main door.no security check. TV is far from bed.in another section of the room. Its wall mount stand doesnt extend to have a nyc look.
Anyways.it was right in frnt of my ofc. So would like to revisit again.
It was a wonderful stay at residency near witty international school in sundarnagar. They serve breakfast with a variety of dishes from south india, north india as well as those items suitable for non indians. It was not noisy around the hotel. Uber auto and taxi both were available in the area so travelling was also smooth. In ten minutes you can reach goregaon railway station, or a local market natraj.
Rooms are compact if compared to other Sarvovar Chain of Hotels. They repeat the breakfast if stayed consecutive days. Though majority of food served had indian flavour. The hotel lobby and premises are also tidy compared to their other chain of hotels. Expensive in compassion to aminities and ambience.
Comfortable and cozy place in near vicinity (Goregaon and Malad) in mid range. Rooms are neat and clean, hygienic but are but smaller in sizes.washrooms are also ok but again smaller in size. Staff is cooperative. Food is good and maintain standards. Services are however slower in peak times otherwise good. Location is bit tricky and needs better signages/hoardings for easier and faster identification.
I stayed with my family. Stay was very comfortable and peacefully. Room was very nice and clean. People at reception were very friendly, cooperative and understanding. Chef prepared very light yet tasty food. Manager along with his whole team at dinning hall was well behaved and had very nice gesture. And the best is prompt housekeeping services. Overall I had very safe and peaceful stay.

Front desk staff Not so friendly and they are weird they are too strict they are requesting me for advance at early morning
Rooms All the room numbers which fall under C category they are too big and too spacious for two members and they have two individual separate beds Rest and all are decent enough. Toileraties and other stuff they are well loaded in advance
Airport pick up and drop from the hotel team is too expensive they need to have a relook on it
Good place. Nicely maintained rooms. Good spacious rooms with very good views. Staffs are nice and go that extra mile to help you. The dining hall is a spacious rol out. It's very nice to have dinner with friends in this place during celebrations. If you want some special preparations including sizzlers, all you need to do is to explore possibilities for the same before hand.
This hotel made our stay. Warm & generous service. The breakfast was fresh and delicious even though limited of items, the best start to our day. Upgraded room from superior to Deluxe without adding any extra to my wallet (No extra holes:),

Even though the hotel is good but I will rate it as 1 star because they don't believe in humanity. There are security guards who stand on the main gate entrance of the hotel and hotel doesn't even have courtesy to put a fan for them. They salute everyone, give smile, represent your hotel always with a smile. At least they deserve a fan. I will not book any such hotel in the future who can't give basic facilities to the security guards (darbaan).
Very well done up rooms. Do not be fooled by the surrounding areas where the road can be a little narrow. The hotel room is clean, spacious and we'll lit. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is well stocked.
It's a nice place to stay. I stayed there as I had my exam at prometric centre. Building is right next to the centre. Very convenient. I found it to be overpriced but distance from centre was a big relief. Breakfast was also good.
This is a 4-star property that we have used to conduct several Strategy Building Sessions for our Clients as well as own Strategy Review Sessions. Our Strategy Sessions are typically 2 or 3 day intense affairs with Owners and Directors of Companies that begin in the mornings and go till late nights. The best part about Residency Hotel is their 2-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchen and a huge drawing room. These suites are so so comfortable, most of our clients insist on coming back here. And we regularly use their ground floor banquet hall for many of our training workshops. We booked the banquet hall as recent as day before yesterday for a session by Michael Podolinsky of Singapore. As always, the experience was good. The food is lovely, the service is very good and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.
Rooms are little smaller but food is really good. Specially their Chicken Fried Rice and Chilly Chicken gravy that was my favorite at Uncle Kitchen and now I'm liking at this hotel.
Overall, everything is nice. The staff, food everything. Just one problem, the rooms are way too small and they do not even provide you with a bathroom kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap etc). The television also does not have many channels and the remote too is faulty. So yes, it is a three-four star hotel. बाकी सब तो आप पर निर्भर है।
Good hotel. Staffs are friendly. I stated their for 35days. It was good and clean. I loved the stay. Price are high. Anyway company paid the expenses. But over all it was good hotel.
Good ambiance, great staff, nice food, away from main road so no traffic sounds and disturbance. You can have good food, good sleep, good staff, good rooms.what else you need as a business Traveller? I was not well and seek for a medical assistance at around 3.45 am in the morning. The staff immediately took me to the hospital and stayed there with me for 2.5 hours till all tests and medication was over.they returned back to hotel with me and took updates from me on the health improvement for whole day as I was resting at room on that day. What else you need? Great experience.
