It's a nice old property.the wooden theme and the antiques makes it very unique and mesmerizing. Food quality is also good.

This suit resort is the best to have parties or gatherings. I enjoyed every bit of this place, the food, ambience, vibe check.

We had been to this place in May’23. Amazing place to have your relaxing vacation with family, friends. The food is awesome and you will have variety. Only concern is if resort is fully occupied then sitting in restaurant is big concern. We had dispute on this with management but they immediately resolved this issue. Overall worth to spend the money for relaxation. They can add few more games or make the place available.

Don’t go and visit this place with your kids the staff never gives you first aid while your blood is running they ignore me like they don’t need costumers. I too apologies for this review the cleanliness and amenities are too good please improve guests Medical assistance that’s what I feel

It's a good hotel, it is located on mumbai pune national highway 4, Easy to reach here, luxurious rooms are there, well maintained, hygienic environment, staff are very polite in nature, Service is good, ample space near reception.once accommodate here.

We were looking for a safe, relaxing and hygienic resort for us and had a 10month baby with us travelling for the 1st time in this pandemic, Rhythm was the best choice. The staff is extremely polite and hospitable. Special mention to the Chef. Ulhas and his team who arranged for baby food as demanded. Food and rooms are good. We had a memorable stay and my little one enjoyed the indoor play area a lot. Only thing I did not appreciate was that, when we entered the property, temperature check was not done (I guess that person in-charge was on leave. But that's not an excuse). I think this should be done on priority and guests on the property should be told to wear masks compulsory.

Stayed here for one night. Very convenient place for a stay in lonavala. Staff is polite and freindly. Room was clean n well maintained. Dinner and breakfast buffet was good with good restaurant service. Enjoyed my stay here. Would definitely visit again.

A very cozy retreat that is 1.well appointed, 2.modern, 3.caters to all possible needs and is very accessible from Mumbai or Pune. Restaurant serves food of the best quality. Slightly expensive but, quality comes at a price! They have Sohum Spa which is a huge plus! Must try once and you will be addicted to Sohum for life. So, overall, a great place to have your escape from your work and travel stress in the big city! Do visit.

It's literally over rated, the restaurant The Treehouse cafe, the food was good but got infections from it, to all three family members, suffered massive diarrhoea, the hygiene is literally pathetic, took the banyan suit with deck, the polish to almost all surfaces of the room is dented off, sofa cum bed was literally worse, had backache cz of the same, room service is kind of slow, rest all is ok, ambience is awesome, but genuinely banyan suite with 10000₹ per day, is literally & extremely over rated, would have been worth it if not for above mentioned complaints! Especially the hygiene of resto!

Well maintained and unique designed property with courteous staff. The location is just close to main Rd. Good food, professional staff, clean and hygienic pool view rooms.
They give u glass inhouse bottles (no to plastic) and also have dispensers attached for shampoo conditioner and bodywash to avoid plastic disposal. They also do have a library

Food was great. But room service was not up to the mark. We had to call them multiple times to take away the used plates and all from the room.

It's costly, crowded, not upto d mark, though food is tasty, there is no view from this resort, it's in d city and very crowded, service could have been much better. It was an Ok experience.

Restaurant inside the resort is good.so food is good.
Open space inside the resort is limited. Rooms are clean and well kept however room flooring does not match five star rating.

Staff and room service is superb hence I rated this place 4 stars.

Value for money. I would say I found it to be on marginally expensive for the level of amenities and range of activities it offers.

What to say about this place.it's quitely situated near the main market with polite-well mannered staff with properly wear uniforms. They treat us like very special guest for them. Will maintained structure room and pool too. My only suggestion is to please improve Fun zone games quality and please start Loyalty program because this will work as a brand reminder for consumer. And I loved the branding on all over the place including washroom. I attached picture also. So big thank you to owner of the property and all the staff for making my break from work life beautiful safe and satisfactory.

The property is good and all but it isn't value for money. The rooms especially do not live up to the 5 star standards. The beds are quite repulsive. I had to sleep on the couch because the bed was giving me a bad backache. The air conditioner and tv did not work properly. I was staying at their highest room Banyan suite and it was NOTHING like what you expect from the highest room of a property.
The food al a' carte' was good but the buffet is a major let down.
I would strongly suggest seeking better options before booking a suite here.

Amazing place this. We had been here for a one night stay for my wife's bday. Booked a upper deck room with clear view of the garden along with breakfast, dinner and lunch. All of it was just amazing. The hospitality as well pretty much bang on. It was definitely on the expensive side but I think everything has become expensive in the post lockdown phase. Would definitely recommend this for a quick getaway to replenish your juices!

I stayed in room 204 for 29/09 - 01/10.

Bathroom was clean but stinking. Despite multiple Mantainence request no improvement. Seems some construction problem.

Food was average and over priced. Breakfast menu was 2 star category.

Staff was courteous and well trained.

Overall, it's not value for money.

It was a great time spent there.staff was good, polite. Services n food were good. Rooms were good ambience was great. And the most great thing was there was separate children's play room. Like for toddlers it was very good I would say.

We stayed here for 4D/3N with Family. It was relaxing. Food and staff are great. Gym service is also good. It was raining most of the time but Fun zone being covered, we had pleast stay and lot of fun. Library is also maintained, I feel more books can be added to the collection. Overall great experience and would definitely visit again.

Had lunch yesterday at Rhythm Lonavala after visiting the picturesque Tungarly Lake. Seafood Rissoto and Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was very tasty. The service was very prompt and the staff were very courteous.

Hotels room are very nice. Good place for photography shoots. Food quality good. Indoor games available. Has library. Place is good for any function like birthday, wedding and engagement. Very good weather during monsoon's.

Very bad experience with the management. We had booked for two days but my wife got fever in the morning. We decided not to travel in such conditions and informed hotel as well. But still we got no refund or revised date. Very disappointed with such attitude.

Great place for a staycation. My thing to look out for was good food and the restaurant didnt disappoint! There are a lot of good things but the best thing I felt was the lasagna. The restaurant along with chef Vinod Kumar customized the menu as per our requirements which was great. The food is pricey but I feel the quality makes up for it. Overall, a great experience!

Had a fantastic stay. Well maintained and very well managed property. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very courteous and cooperative. Food is good. Breakfast is well spread. Thank u Ms. Kulkarni for being a warm host. Will keep visiting RHYTHM.

Over priced. The tariff they are charging is equivalent to big hotel brands but service and facilities are not even close. Not value for money

Pros: -
Beautiful property, nice rooms, great food. Reception and restaurant staff were very nice.

Coming to cons: -
All the corridors are constantly wet due to rain making it very difficult to walk. They should lay out a mat or something to prevent slipping.

Housekeeping was horrible, maybe there aren't enough staff to handle the crowd. They didn't even give water bottles without us calling a dozen times. No towel replacements. Immense delay for luggage pickup. So lot of improvement needed.

It's a good property and pleasant stay, in house restaurants are expensive, but good quality. Would have personally preferred a flat bed mattress instead of spring one because I am not comfortable sleeping on it.

Hospitality here is pretty good. Staff was courteous at check in. We went there for birthday celebration and they upgraded our room as well as arranged a cake in evening.
All the rooms are spacious and have a view of the pool from balcony/ window. The pool was closed due to current restrictions but spa was operational and we really enjoyed their services. The food was ok for room service and breakfast buffet.
Overall it's a good place for short stay if you just plan to relax on your visit. The resort is well done and there are many places for photos.

Not a five star definitely. Property is amazing with nice Greenery around pool. I feel this hotel is struggling to tagged as five star. Breakfast management is poor. Food taste is good. Rooms are cleaned. Spending time in property was overall good.

It is a good hotel with good food and rooms. Giving just 2 stars because no covid protocols was followed, no temperature checks no social distancing at the time of break fast or dinner. Very crowded at the dine in room.please maintain slots for guests during breakfast /lunch/ dinner to avoid crowd.

I visited the place recently for a night. I liked the room which was huge as it was suit. It had drawing room, bed room. The view from deck was nice and felt like near nature. Parking space was decent enough.
Buffet Breakfast was okay.
Service overall was good.
However, it claims to be a five start hotel, I somehow didn't find the standards good enough.
Nothing special about the hotel, garden is very small and artificial, pool was just okay.
Food -both at restaurant and room service, it was very expensive and nothing special at all. But taste, presentation and portion, everything was poor. The restaurant is located on 1st floor and again is no where the standard of 5 star. They should have it on ground floor rather with some nice sitting Fun zone- poorly maintained and we did not get access to it as some cleaning was going on.
At the end, overall not so bad but nothing great either. But no value for money for sure. Especially the food was pathetic.

Had food at their Tree House Cafe Restaurant. It is amazing.more essentially amazing service by Hrithik Sinha (Restaurant Associate) & Satish Sagayam (Restaurant Manager). One should definitely meet them when eating at their Restaurant.

Brilliant place. It's a small campus but well maintained rooms. The service levels were exemplary across all levels - extremely well trained staff.

Not at all 5 star. Ambience and campus was good. Food was below average. Buffet breakfast items were stale and not fresh. Buffet breakfast spread is too small, not even near to 5 star standards. Room cleaning and maintenance is poor. Food quality was below average, any random restaurants in lonavala serve better food over what rhythm serves. Not at all value for money. Why they are charging so much, quality of food and overall service doesn't at all justify the prices they charge. This place just looks good on Instagram. Reality is different. Everything that glitters is not gold. Please spend your money at any other better place in lonavala. I regret.

We stayed at rhythm for 2 days and had wonderful experience.
Very friendly staff, specially Mr. Jitender incharge of tree house cafe took great care of us.
Property had very intensive cleanliness protocol for COVID.
Best part of the property is lush greenery all around and quite a unique pool engulfing with trees.
We stayed at banyan suite, rooms were big with drawing room and attached balcony overlooking pool and abundance of greenery.

Basic amenities provided.
They have a lounge on 3rd floor called CEDAR, with both indoor and outdoor sections and the menu was spot on.
Fun zone area for those travelling with children can have good time there.
Overall fantastic experience, keep up the good work and we look forward to come back soon.

I checked in yesterday and my check out was tomorrow but unfortunately I discovered I have fever and vomiting so i decided to check out today itself because I didn't wanted to disturb other guests so we asked the management if they can give us refund or any credit note but the staff declined and suggested us to stay back even when they knew I had fever.
We don't expect such co operation form five star resort like yours.

I am currently staying at the Resort, unable to check out because they won't refund the money, they took full advance on checking in by the way.
To begin with, It's NOT a 5 Star Hotel, please stop fooling people, it is a very average 3 Star hotel where basic hygiene and service is not maintained.
The size of the room is good, that, being the only plus point of this Hotel, apart from that it's way too overpriced.
The Breakfast and Dinner Buffet both had extremely limited options and to worsen it, the service is non existent. Nobody comes to your table to ask anything, instead, when you ask them to clean the table, they will vanish and never return only to make you run after them for little things.
Believe it or not, but their Breakfast Cappuccino (THE BASIC) is chargeable. The Small Water Bottle they Offer in the Game Room (THE BASIC AGAIn) is Chargeable.
In short, Highly Overpriced Hotel with pathetic Service and a Basic 3 Star Motel.

Called today to enquire regarding the cancellation policy. The staff who spoke was extremely rude. Eveb before coming to the resort they were so rude!

3 stars only for the property.

The property is beautiful. Even after being situated in the city it doesn’t feel like it. The lawns and swimming pool is well maintained.

Room is spacious and clean.

Now coming to the underwhelming aspect, the food.
They claim to be a 5 star hotel…it’s evident by their pricy menu.
We ordered À la carte lunch- Penne pasta, sabzi and roti.
The pasta had no taste and 0 veggies. It tasted like it was made just in tomato purée.
The sabzi tasted just of spices.

Dinner- (Buffet)
The restaurant was sooo crowded! Seemed like a marriage reception buffet instead of a 5 star hotel restaurant! All covid precautions were gone for a toss! The food was very average. Not that bad not horrible either.

Breakfast (buffet)
Nowadays even 3 star hotels serve hot beverages by order at their breakfast buffets.
Here all we had was hot milk, water with ₹2 Nescafé coffee sachets dumped in a corner. I had to wait forever for a coffee mug so that I can MAKE my own coffee at a breakfast buffet!

The dosa counter was extremely slow. I had finished eating by the time they got me a dosa.
The sambhar was too sweet.

I would suggest you stay here and have all your meals in the city because I really liked the property. Wish they improve their restaurant soon.

It was an amazing location. The staff here was so welcoming friendly. Breakfast had a great spread of food. The view from the room was amazing. It's at prime location.
