Horrible experience. There is some guy called "Mr. V. D*the" who forced a travel plan on my wife just to fill up his pockets since money was paid in advance my wife couldn't do anything. Everyone Please take precautions when dealing with them. #Capetown in May 2023
Very unprofessional bunch of executives on support helpline. They don't even greet, when asked for visa processing related enquiry they straightaway put you on an extended number without letting you know, or complete your question. I had keep repeating the same sentence over and over and my call was transfered multiple times. The sending time I called, the same instance was repeated. And when I finally got to the visa department, she just began the call responding "ya, ya" said a no for my question and hung up. No professionalism no courtesy? What a shame

Pathetic service, their agent keep on giving task between them, for a normal flight ticket they take more than 1 days by just sending mails without any reason and you will surely miss the good flights, rates, seat options. No not recommended them.

Most of the travel agents can do your visa work ONLY if you buy your ticket or are on a group tour. For a solo traveller like me, I like to custom design my own itinerary. Thus people who wish to meet family friends and travel are stuck with time consuming visa process well, you can get just the visa done through them in case if no other travel agent around can manage it. They can manage to handle passports with care through post and you will be assigned some staff member to communicate all your issues over the phone.
Great pre and post sales services. Timely co-ordination with their customers. With Expertise staff at the desk helps their clients to assist as per their requirements from start to end of the trip.
They have riped us off our money.went for a group travel. Made us pay extra for the travel even when it is understood by airfare that if there is a group of more than 20 travellers we get a seat free. We were a group of 74+1 and they riped us off our money with below average services. Cheated us of our tour. Stating they would only provide 4/5 star rooms. And plus changing the itenary as per their convenievce so as to loot us at souvenier shops where they were getting their vommission. SAD AFFAIR. Dont make a mistake of going through them for a group trip. U will surely be looted by these crooks.
If one ever wants to go with an unprofessional and crooked agency for a Holy Land Tour, then it has to be Riya Travels and Holidays, based in Mumbai. They are so unprofessional that one would wonder how they survived all these years! Our group booked the Holy Land Tour with Riya Travels about 8 months before the travel date. The meeting was attended by the owner of Riya Travels - Mr. GMJ Thampy (the father) and Nitin John (the son) and they promised the moon to us and took premium pricing for the same. We agreed to the price assuming that they will do the best as the same was promised by owners themselves. However we were cheated as we were put up in inferior hotels and the itinerary changed to fleece money.
In case you want to have people with really unprofessional attitude and pathetic work ethics you should go to Riya Travels, else look for someone else. There are many good ones in the market.

We were part of a group to Holy Land nov. 3.2018. Our experience.hotel Kinar at galilee and holiday Inn Cairo were good.but hotel Grand park Ramallah bad location.far from tourist sites, Daily time wasted in travel.lunch on 2 days was at 4 pm. Riya tour guides.in Cairo.took us to a useless perfume shop, 2 hrs wasted.then 2.5 hrs at papyrus painting n Tee shirt shop. During this time we could have gone to famous, National museum Cairo. (we were told old museum being shifted to new so not worth visiting.but we came to know from other groups that they visted the museum and were impressed.)
I was a group of 75 members who went on a Holy Land trip in the first week of November. Heard a lot of Riya Travels and was looking forward to the trip but at the end of the day totally disappointed due to unprofessional and don't care attitude of the organisers of the tour. Though some of the arrangements were good but certain experiences left a bad taste. The group was treated like cattles herded together in hotels that cared very little for the customers need. No bath towels, no kettles and very strange no water in the middle of the night and that too in supposedly a "Five Star Hotel". Worse you are herded into restaurants like refugees given left over food as lunch and that too at 4 pm not once but twice, or woken up and asked to start your day at 6.30 am not for sight seeing but to spend time in a perfume shop for almost two hours so that the tour agents can get hefty commission from the shop. Imagine the condition when you are treated with pancakes for lunch on your flight just because Riya Travels changes the dietary preferences of all travellers in the group to vegetarian food on an international flight. If you travelling with Riya Travels please see that you get good hotels to rest, (Don't be misled by the stars) where you are treated like a guest and not herds, convenient travelling iternery where you get time to refresh in midst of hectic travel rather than being taken to shops where the tour agents get hefty commission. Normally every travel agents give one ticket free with every 20 to 30 travellers on Holy Land tour. Which means in our group three members could travel free or the total amount of three members could be deducted from the total expenses incurred. I believe this was also not done and hence our tour cost was exhorbitant. I hope Riya Travels tighten up their socks and make travel with them a pleasure for life and not a pain to be nursed for ever.
