Third class service. Bus was faulty. It took 16 hrs to reach to Pune from Nagpur. Worst stops. No clean washrooms and toilets.
DO NOT GO FOR THIS

Its very very bad bus.just don't do it again, it is late by 2 hr on the stop and its very uncleaned and everytime drink smell is coming.just its a suggestion don't do this bus again after all it's price are also high as compared to their bus and facilities.

Star for 3rd class service ac vent not working charging point breakable. And rude behavior.

Driver banged the bathroom door of public toilet in Aurangabad for a short halt within few minutes after stopping, abused passengers, pathetic travelling experience from Amrawati to Mumbai we will never recommend this so called bus service to anyone

Bad service. They have not a good hotel to stop. Also for middle stop halt for only 3 mints at such place where have no washroom. Stops at sandy ground. Charging ports was not working overnight.calling for charger point 3 times then they started.matress was dusty and there uncleaned under matress.bus notmaintained hygine remaining time was ok

Worst bus. Completely unclean, full of dust, beds are unhygienic & unclean. But is 1 hr late on stop. Mobile Charging points are not working. And facility wise cost of ticket is extremely high.

Government should take some action on such travels. All comments on google is negative about RLT. I have my own experience during Nagpur to Mumbai journey. Clenner and the driver are arrogant. They don't know how to talk with elder persons. Also I observed that there are 14 local traveler in the cabin of the bus and the bus does not stop for 5 hours because the people in the cabin have to get off. We are request them plz stop for a minute but they stop bus after 3 hours when local cabin passanger reached there destination i.e. Aurangabad. They create critical health condition for senior citizens.

All dirt and spit around
Flies flying in the bus.
Rude behaviour of staff

Worst bus you can ever go with. Didn't had any option. But to travel. Never opt for this bus. Better u travel late.
