Cleanliness not maintained.food was good but serving very poor.not satisfactory against what they charge.

I appreciate their safety and hygiene protocols amid Covid. Courteous, sensible and helpful staff, Especially Mr. Dinesh (manager of the hotel) and Ms. Kesar (Sales manager). I relished their food.
I highly recommend if you are going to that side of the city and looking for a nice and warm place to stay. Please consider hometel.

Inspite of the lockdown situation, the hotel was very considerate towards safety and excellent service. I spoke to a gentleman Mr. Vishant Desai, I did call before the visit as I had couple of questions and he was very patient, friendly, helpful and professional. He made sure all my questions are asked and he also went out of the way to help me. I really appreciate that highly. I really didn't have to worry about anything as everything was smooth. The services were great, there were measures taken to ensure that the environment is safe and healthy. All the staff that we dealth with were very professional and humble, customer centric. The breakfast was delicious. The in-room dining services were good as well. I would definitely recommend this place and would wanna visit soon.

Service and Hospitality is excellent but the food quality is not up to the mark. I was really disappointed with the food.

Location is convenient enough, however the food and service was not upto the mark.
I had been here for a wedding and the service was quite bad.
The food too was lack lustre and ordinary, not at all what you had want on your special day.
Plz do not choose the venue for any events.
Rooms are nice but a little bit on the expensive side.
Cant comment on room service as didnt ask for it as I was only there for the wedding.

Good banquet hall for wedding and other functions with good ambience and beautiful lights.its a very convenient place easily accessible from Dahisar as well as from Mira road. Food is just awesome here. They have very different varieties in their menu. Very clean place nice staff.

I visited the hotel last week when I was in.mumbai for business trip. I found this hotel is very nice and they are maintaining the proper protocol of covid 19 and following the social distance also. The food in the hotel is really amazing as well as the rooms are very clean and well sanitized. Mr sarkar was there to provide a helping hand to the guest and making them feel comfortable. Strongly recommend from my side.

I ordered food from the hotel through zomato. I am.not really happy with the taste. It's very average taste food and if compare taste and portion the prices seemed like 20% higher assuming it's a fine dine restaurant of the hotel. However the saving grace of the food was that it seemed clean and hygienic. That is the reason I am giving it 2 stars which is okay but not giving 1 star which is bad.

We went Today for valentines buffet, it was far low quality. Food was not up to the mark. Panner was stale, hard and tasteless. None of the food item was hot and simmering, there was no taste at all. Overall very bad experience with food.

Hometel royal suites in Dahisar is a very customer eccentric and respects customers taste, their staff is extremely polite and worthy of a review apart from the location and the most up date technology and rooms their hotel has really taken good care of me
I suggest everyone to visit to experience them it's the best hotel in Mira road.

Good ambience. Fresh look interiors. Infrastructure is also OK. They provide valet parking service, since the parking is not inside hotel premises.

I have booked deluxe room but when aI checked-in they gave me superior as complimentary. Also room is very nice and it also has good highway view from top. Amenities I liked were gym, swimming pool and open terrance (all were well maintained). Would don't mind visiting again

Budget friendly hotel and you have mall nearby and railway nearby so good connectivity even they have place where you can organize different functions

Bad dinner service. No one was bother to take orders. We had to remind the waiters about the orders. Food is average, few dishes were good. Cale was kept open for long despite of telling them to pack it.

Flavours restaurant was good, staff are friendly. Service was on point. Overall experience was great.

This hotel was impeccable, very clean, excellent service and very professional staff.

I wish to personally thank Valencia from the front desk who helped me organizing my transport from Mumbai to Goa. She basically saved my trip contacting the travel company multiple times and communicating directly with them as I am a foreigner and speak no Hindi.

I visited the party hall for a ceremony and the place really is awesome. It is a good hall for a family. Gathering just incase you have deep pockets.

Next to Singapore International School and new property. Small rooms but good for business stay largely. Leisure stay may be a struggle with the tiny space. Neat and clean and breakfast is largely indian with a continental twist

Best hotel in Dahisar Mira- Bhayander Road. Little bit coslty but its ok. Beautiful rooms. Feal like 5 star. Nd one important thing.its my Site Project as an Engineer.so i know hozzz is this?

Disappointed experience on Christmas day. Had gone with family for dinner but were blunthly told by staff on arrival that any order will take minimum 45 minutes unless we go for buffet dinner. The restaurant was not at all crowded. Have no idea why we were told so maybe the hotel was more interested in selling buffet packages. We chose to leave and had a good dinner with our old nearby club which is known for its excellent service

Elegant hotel with pleasing decor. Good for small events upto 400 guests. Also for weddings.
