Before sales and after sales behaviour is different. They don't set clear expectations. I will not use their service again.

The most important aspect I liked was strict adherance to norms and cleanliness. Driver was professional and kept the speed limit under control. I do recommend this service.

Driver dinesh is polite and very cooperative. Super guide and very joyful in nature. I must recommend this service to all family and friends who are coming to Lonavala.

All false reviews first there is nothing as sightseeing in lonavala the can be covered by auto by bargaining with them.now the amount the they charged was 1500 and the total running was 40 km u can imagine what's there as sightseeing or r s travels was a cheat driver was also no good very rude as good fight was there had I been like him.they said it would take 5 to 6 hours but was completed in 4 hrs that too when we took an hour at at every 4;points we visited else an hour was sufficient to wrap up the sightseeing.very bad experience.

Their driver named Dinesh has provided excellent service during my stay in Lonavala. Was very friendly and polite all the time and was available with suggestions when asked. Special thanks to Dadarao! Will refer them to others in future.

The hospitality and decency received by them is unmatched!
Very reasonable charges for local sightseeing in a very well maintained car. That offered water bottles and all convenience one can wish for.
Sagar has been a real great guy, who helped us all through and patiently made our lonavala trip entirely worth it!

Services provided by them was good but their driver Mangesh was not at all good, he's very rude and don't know how to talk to women.charges were also high compared to other travels.

Excellent service and the driver is polite in nature. Affordable prices they will give the maximum comfort. Suggestable if you are going to lonavala.
