I rate you a single star for my overall experience, suggest NO to this institute for treatments

- My Problem was not sorted at all, doctor were not able to understand the cause though I have been admitted in hospital for 3 days, Medical Insurance could be the reason to hold me increase the bills.
- I have been advised to go through multiple specialist doctors, unfortunately none of them have patience to understand my problem causes or they might have done the formality to support increase the hospital bills
- Poor Communication within the staff
- Poor medical claim staff it takes whole day. No proper documents submission
- Your staff should require proper undergo trainings before on work, lack of knowledge

Third class doctors.if you mentioned you have Insurance then even if patient have minor pain they will turn into major deceased like if you have normal stomach pain they will turn into cancer. In our experience doctor even dont know why patient have pain but they are ready to start treatment for cancer. I will not refer this hospital.very worst experience. They dont understand families emotions.we took discharged and concern other doctor amd now everything is fine.

Absolutely pathetic. The staff are extremey uncooperative, rude and lackadaisical. Unreasonably Expensive, lack of communication between doctors and staff. Medical claim takes so long. Just a money making racket to loot the patients. Wouldn't advise going here to anybody.

One of the renowned Hospitals in Pune. All kind of treatments is available in this hospital. According to some people, this Hospital is more expensive than other big Hospitals.

I'm very pleased with the physiotherapy team, especially with Dr. Anand. He has lot of patience and he provides comfort to the patients. In total the entire team is very good. Thank you physio team.

Good facility. Small suggestion, "try to provide details of how much time the PET CT SCAN takes". Patient and others can prepare accordingly.

I was admitted in this hospital for abdomen pain. They kept me 4 days, performed all kind of possible tests on me including ct scan, sonography, X-ray, still the so called experienced doctors couldn’t diagnose the simple case of stomach ulcer. They kept me on pain killer, wasted my 4 days, poked injections all over my body instead of just performing endoscopy which they surprisingly missed.

I consulted another doctor, and he diagnosed with just 10 mins of endoscopy.

Very bad experience, they just want to make money and use you like a rat if they come to know that you have cashless insurance. Be aware!

Excellent hospital. They have special love for CGHS patients, they will ask us to purchase stuff which is not covered under CGHS as it is better for treatment.

Amidst when things don't go right on health it's a time when we seek medical attention and that's how we came across Ruby Hospital the doctors here are very highly specialised to treat the patient to utmost best the OPD team, Emergency department, Reception team, TPA team, admission and billing, Pharmacy team, casualty ground staff and all department to that matter has done a commendable work I sincerely thank each one for for their support and walking extra mile!

I have never had such a terrible experience they delayed everyday for discharge purposely to make us pay more Money.the service was extremely poor and the staff was careless they cursed at us when we asked for medicine and were constantly confused about what medicine was to be given. The took 2 days to give discharge. Wouldn't recommend this hospital DY patil is probably much better. Go here only if you want to waste time.

Dr Anand is extremely knowledgeable, and provided great tips, exercises and treatments (vibration, heat) that genuinely helped my lower back pain. 0

Excellent cooperative service from all staff members. All staff members are very polite & good co-ordination amongst them. We got good service.

Very much expensive and they do pure business of hospitalization and medical field. Unfortunately most of the good doctors are serving here. So the poor people cannot afford this hospital.

The Ruby Billing section is not very cooperative against CGHS patient and all the time we have to ask for nurse for any queries and counter section is not at all cooperative and language tone they speak is really hatefull.

I've been treated in Ruby Hall Clinic under Dr Minish Jain and Dr Sumit Basu and I'm completely recovered from cancer now. I give them highest respect next to God for saving my life!

The hospital is very huge and this results in running around a lot. There is no one like in other big hospitals to guide patients. This results in a lot of hardship for senior citizens.

Recently visited for visa medical.helpful and considerate staff. Only found some ramps had no railings making it difficult to use. Also some kind of signs to facilitate the process instead of going back and forth to different sections would be appreciated.

Top hospital in Pune and most experienced doctars ans management team available here. I m highly recommend for everyone

For taking the sample of Swab for RT PCR Test it hardly took five minutes. But for biling it took one and half hour. Only one counter was functioning. Please try to reduce the time taken for biling.

They take more patients than they can manage. Staff is pathetic and prioritise patients with references. They are in business and take deposits upfront before admission but service is more pure than government hospitals.

Staff is very rude not at all co- oprating. The nurses from kerala they take decision on there own without consulting to the doctor. They shifted me to the general ward without asking me first even when we were ready to pay for extra room charges. I had a terrible experience at ruby i won't be able elaborate the whole thing happened to me. I just say that i won't be visiting this hospital in my life again.

Worst Parking in Ruby Hall Clinic
My i10 magna is damaged by them, front Fog light cover is missing, scratches 8n front bumper & front bumper is loosen by them.

Visited Clinic for the Visa Medical. There is no proper management of the people who come to visit the clinic.

People who are waiting are kept waiting and the people who come afterwards get their work done at the earliest.

Bit high on the cost side of business as well. Unfortunately we had no other alternative rather than visiting the clinic for the Medical Visa Process.

Management needs to think how best and efficient to manage the people visiting the Clinic

One of the most confusing hospital I have ever seen. And I have seen fair share of hospitals in my life especially for my ailing parents.
No guides or markings to any place. You enter and there is a reception in another annexe
. So you enter and immediately u r lost.
There is entry for every vehicle that can enter, but for Limited spots of parking, becz most of the parking is reserved for their staff (in the main building) along with the seperate parking arena near building 2 dedicated only for their staff.
You reach the reception, they don't entertain anyone, u have to approach the dedicated doctors personalised reception. What's the use of the general reception anyway?
Waiting are for 6 doctors is the same. So patients are cramped in a small place.
The passage to OPD passes through the cardiology IPD patients testing centre, that is common for all. How are we going to maintain sterility of patients going to pre-surgery tests?
I could keep writing on and on.
But it doesn't seem to be going to make any impact on excel sheet managements.

Quality medical care, though slightly on the expensive side. But it looks like some of the money collected is going into acquiring medical and other facilities, such as parking, etc.

Till date good experience about this hospital.we wasted 6 hours in other hospitals and came to Ruby and thanks to Dr. Pramod Kadam patient got immediate medication

2. No proper management.
3. Staff are not supportive.
4. As committed no action accordingly.
5. No proper guide channel in the hospital.
6. No person available at night for taking any complaints.
7. As given estimation 2.25lac, and billing section was asking to pay 2.2 lac immediately after 1 hr.admission.

The services are very good i was in sr3 302 A the handled me in execllent way nurse's are very goog in behaviour, they are very polite with us, and pantry food services are very good and the pantry staff too

Worst experience to be here. They make you run from one counter to another. At any given point of time there would around 100 odd people moving inside ruby hall to find something or the other. Then if it's at the MRI counter, you never know when your turn will come.your number would be next but it never comes. No priority for senior citizens especially if you are a CGHS card holder.

This hospital is Way to graveyard for your loved ones. Care less staff in ICU. Bouncers are kept to safeguard rude, careless doctors & to hurt patients relatives.

I came here for treatment of kidney stone. The treatment done by Mr Himesh Gandhi was quite good and the nurses were also very supportive. However, the Mediclaim and Billing department is not cooperative at all, in spite of telling them my maximum coverage they exceeded the bill which could have easily be done within the limit as confirmed by another hospital. I even have to negotiate with the accounts team so the overall experience was definitely not good on the financial side.

Amazing and caring staff. Dr Ganeshwala and Dr Rahoul from Cardiology are outstanding experts. They were very helpful. Ruby Hall is one of the best hospital in Pune.

As noticed, there are no female radiologist for color doppler and sonography which makes the lady patient uncomfortable, Ruby Hall management kindly look into it.

Worst experience, coordinator and admission department not helpful, treated badly to working govt.petient. Doctors are excellent nurses, brothers are good but Admin staff is rude.

Very poor management services. Patient availing mediclame facilities are treated like sleves. Rubby hall management is not helping mediclam patent for smooth discharge.

I have visited the clinic for annual health check up. All staff are cooperative except Mr Sanjeev Singh an Eye Specialist. He is very arrogant and not cooperative at all. At the outset of interaction, he has started with a medical terms for a simple decease usually called motiyabind in hindi. He was so egoistic that he has lost to perceive the state of mind of a patient. Being an empathic peroson would be the first requirement for a doctor to start treatment but Mr Sanjeev Singh is lacking with such merits. All aspects of clinic was okay except Dr Sanjeev Singh an Eye specialist, due to which I have given 2 star. Clinic must ponder to continue his services further to save its image.

Service of the staff was very good and the Doctors team also supported very well. But one thing I found that the bed provided was in a very bad condition and the stand provided for hanging the salain was very much shabby. Above two things are not good to the reputation of Ruby Hall.

The staff members of Ruby Hall Clinic, Sasoon, Pune have become too rude whether it is at the admission counter or at the OPD counters. This is happening with all the patients or patients relatives who come to Ruby Hall Clinic. The kind of service and politeness we saw in them way back in 2019 is no longer there. Visited Dr Manoj Shrivastav for my father's liver surgery. He is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He knows what has to be done, tells what will be done and does what he tells. The kind of confidence he has because of his rich experience is really very comforting for the patients and relatives. He listens very patiently, understands and responds to each and every query of the patient. Very much accessible and responsive doctor who takes care of his patients personally. Everything went as per his plan and prediction and the surgery was successful.
We are very much thankful to him for providing the solution ultimately.
The kind of clarity he has is exceptional.

Before giving the sample for RT PCR, I had asked the enquiry section staff wether the lab is ICMR approved or not and wether ICMR SRF number will be mentioned on report or not.
I got the postive response but after receiving the report the ICMR SRF number is not mentioned on it.

I'm trying all numbers but no one is responding properly. After knowing my query no one is attending the call either they are transferring my number to some other desk or keeping me on hold.

Not a professional approach.

The hospital is very well staffed and has good technology and infrastructure. Highly qualified doctors and staff. I have been suffering from chronic back pain and after my consultation here I underwent physiotherapy. My back pain has reduced considerably.

Ruby Hall Clinic is one of the Finest Hospitals in Pune. My father lately had a mild cardiac arrest and thank god we approached Ruby Hall. They quickly suggested we get a few tests completed and to our horror we found out my dad had 90% of his arteries with blockages during the angiography.

This news was very hard on us and my father was totally baffled. The nurses here were very kind. They were very concerned for the patient and my family closely bonded with one of them as she was such a nice lady she made my father feel like family member and not like a machine being treated. Good Emotional support is necessary to instil confidence in Patient and Speedup recovery process.

The Doctors in the Cardiology lab were very sharp and they instructed not to have stents to be put up in his heart as 90% blockage would lead to a stent being routed to another blockage and also cause discomfort and tears in the heart further aggravating the already delicate situation. They suggested a change in lifestyle and daily patterns of work.

It's been 3 months to this and when we did our testing again with the cardio department of ruby hall we were amazed with the results that my fathers heart now operates with 57% Ejection Fraction vs the earlier 41% (which is severe).

I am so grateful to this hospital i could not resist giving a positive rating and sharing my positive experience. I would like to express my appreaciation to the doctors of the cardiology and cardiac sciences department and yes the nurse who made her family for the 7-8 days my father was admitted for his mild heart attack.

It's was very bad situation not able to understand but Dr Anupama Mane guided very well and handled the situation and surgery was done successfully, have me new life thanks to all the support.

Ruby hall is a very reliable brand. I have been visiting ruby hall for past 3 years now. Lately I had an injury which wasn’t healing so I decided to visit this hospital. I was asked to get a blood test and vitamin B12 test done which I did not get done from ruby. When I got the report and gave it to the doctor at ruby he quickly diagnosed that I have a haemoglobin problem. I was instructed to take certain medications and my wound has now completely healed it’s been 6 weeks. My experience of ruby hall has always been a good one I believe the staff members and doctors are very cooperative and the infrastructure and technology is state of them art.

I was admitted in your hospital on 21/1/21 for breathing problem. Suspected covid, hence was admitted to ICU unit 3. All reports were were found negative and was shifted to special room after 24 hrs.for further investigation. No serious problem found hence discharged from the hospital on 5 th day. This was my first visit to your hospital and had a very nice experience experience. All the sisters and the other staff were very polite and helpful. Cleanliness was maintained. Food quality was also upto the mark. Over all my impression was good. However I would like to highlight some points. 1) When all my covid reports were negative I was unnecessary kept with the covid patients for more than 5 hours. 2) I was asked to bring CGHS memo at around 6 pm when all the govt.offices closes at 5 pm. To This was a shocking for us. We had produced the necessaryCGHS card. 3) Finally it is observed that there is a lack of communication between the departments. This was observed during the follow up also. If these points are taken care this will be one of the best hospital. Thanks and regards.

One of the best liver surgeon available in Maharashtra. My father was diagnosed with HCC, we have consulted many doctors with no hopes before meeting Dr Shrivastav. He explained us the the cause of HCC and the line of treatment to be followed in details. Every time we visited him, he was co-operating and consoling towards us. With a consistent follow up for almost 1.6 years, finally liver resection was done. Post operative care was also taken care very effectively by him. I would recommend him to all those who are suffering from liver ailments. He will always guide you and suggest the best treatment available.

Only nurses are careful about patient not doctors. My family has a experience of 40 days. My dad enter in hospital by walking and after 40 days we got death body of my dad. Dad was facing with cough i informed to doctor they replied it's normal and finally cough leads to pneumonia. My mom saw stomach is swollen she informed to doctor, doctor said that it's normal finally it leads to kidney failure.

We were blessed to have a successful liver transplant surgery by Dr. Manoj and his team. The team has an excellent record of conducting successful liver transplant surgeries through years. We are very thankful and would suggest all the undergoing patients to do consult Dr Shrivastav for liver transplant surgery.

One of the worst Hospital in Pune. I visited this hospital many times for one of my relative was cancer patient. Doctors are not even bother to tell about treatment, future plans. Only they want is MONEY. They are bother about how we manage the Hospital charge, treatment charge, donor charge. After some time, I visited this hospital for blood pressure issue to my mother-in-law. Dr. Singh (from OPD) is not even know how to talk with patients. He doesn't know how to give respect to other BHMS/BAMS doctor (previously treating doctor). Pathetic hospital with bunch of useless doctors.

Dr. Manoj is excellent Liver transplant surgeon. His expertise is so good that even MRI scan reports were not able to detect transplant operation. He was very supportive throughout the post operation of my father. We were really lucky to have them as a messenger of god who saved my father from his critical illness. I would like to share my experience with Dr. Manoj Shrivastav and his team, my dad was recently diagnosed with Ca colon and needed immediate medical attention, Dr. Srivastav was was quite prompt and suggested my dad to undergo a major surgery which was quite necessary in his case.
