If you want a peaceful, serene, nature friendly place with an enjoyment of star gazing in Mahabaleshwar then THIS is the property you must stay.

The best thing here is the home cooked food! The taste, quality, freshness of Veg/Non Veg dishes is very good.

The Bungalow has 2 floors. Each floor has 4 spacious rooms with king size beds and a Living room. Overall Bungalow is also very well maintained, washrooms are well cleaned. Wifi available.

It felt more Homely rather than a hotel/resort but in the amidst of nature.

Free Wi-Fi, separate kids play area, huge surrounding space to enjoy sports live cricket badminton etc. Service given by the owner was really appreciable staff was polite, well behaved.

Rutubandh is situated at Machutar village, at Satara-Medha Road, in. The Bungalow provides an excellent valley view.

We stayed here for 2nights and we were a group of 9.
Had booked ground floor rooms which had 4rooms with a huge bed (to accommodate 3) along with attached washroom and a common area. The property also has huge parking space along with enough space for outdoor activities.
We had 2meals and 2breakfast here; the Taste of home made food was just overwhelming. The service during the meals by the owners was a cherry on the cake.

Will highly recommend it to Groups & Family.

This was our second time stay at this bungalow. If you are looking for a quite and calm place away from city pollution, this is an ideal place with all in one. Beauty, nature, space.

Ideally for a big family stay with ample of place to stay, having good 4 rooms on each floor with a stunning view from one side of the valley.

Homely food and ambience goes definitely without saying.

A small kid area with ample parking space.

Slight away from the market area but if u have a car, you will reach in no time. But that's the beauty to be away from city if you are a nature lover.

We have seen good renovation of rooms been done from the last stay we had.

At times wifi n electricity might b an issue but understandable it tend to happen as it's not a big city. But will surely improve over time.

Last week we stayed at Rutubandh banglow. Clean & Very nice stay with Mesmerizing view, and great hospitality. The dinner was very pallatable.wish to visit again and again.

Amazing 2 night stay! We were a group of 7 with a child and all of us loved the experience there. With wide open spaces and a play area there was more than enough space for us to play board games, badminton and chill in the evening. Our host arranged for a barbeque on both nights with a variety of food. Nice homely food made to our taste with excellent service. We will definitely visit again!

Situated on a hilltop the bungalow has a warm and welcoming appearance. There's a lot of place to walk around and play. There's a kids play area as well and swings for the elders. The property is well maintained with a lovely variety of flowering plants. The food is homely, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend a stay here for a home away from home kind of experience. We spent 2 nights and 3 days here and visited Venna lake, Pratapgarh fort, Mapro outlets, Mahabaleshwar markets, Hastkala handicrafts.

Tip: Use your mornings here to walk around the trails filled with lush greenery & butterflies and if you're lucky you'll spot some exotic birds too!

Also, you can ask the staff to setup a barbecue in the night with your choice of veggies and/or meat. Adds some warmth to the cold nights!

Definitely recommend this place, impressed by the hospitality and homely service offered by Mr. Maruti and Mr. Santosh. Clean rooms, kid friendly environment with play area and great a view. Nothing short of a great experience.
