Ruxmani lying-in Hospital

Zero rating. Improper Medical management. My sister Died yesterday new born baby in children hospital now many places baby got injuries because of there surgery. The innocent people blindly Believs the Doctor. Please Don't go to this Hospital.

Very very bad service. Paisa itna late hai or fir dusre ward me shift karte hai jaha bed ka koi thikana nahi na bathroom clean hote hai na ward clean hai. Na koi staff ko bat karne ki tamiz hai. Charges bhi itna lete hai Plzzz take a strict action.

I have rated 5 stars to Ruxmani hospital only because of Dr. Divya Agarwal. She is the assistant doctor of all the consultants there. She is a great doctor, with an amazing behaviour. She did my normal delivery which was impossible. She took care not as a doctor but as my mother. And not only during delivery but after delivery also she has been taking care, guiding, explains everything very well, solving all the problems and a very helpful nature. During pregnancy in the OPD, during delivery and post delivery she was very calm and had positive approach so i was very much comfortable with her. So i would recommend to consult Dr. Divya Agarwal in Ruxmani hospital.

One of the best hospital, great staff & nurses and nice coordination between patient & staff, cares about cleanliness. Doctors also very helpful and supportive.

Worst staff. Also doctors don't care about the patients. If anyone looking for good hospitals and low budget try for municipal hospitals e.g Cama, or general ward of Bombay hospitals

The nursing staff in Ruxmani hospital is so bad. They are so rude with the patients.they even do partiality with the patient and they are not even bothered with patient issues.

Operation krne k liye jaoge to yeh khud bolenge ki private mai jao. Or khudh ka hospital mai bulatey hai. Bad experience

Dont go. Almost 90% comment is negative and all comments is true, i face this experience. All nurse behavior is arrogant they treat like a we are nothing for them, they ignore patient and their specility is opd waiting time is 3 to 4 hours. And thos people's who post positive comment they all are staff peoples.

Except Anjali Mehta.all Staff and nurses are very bed behaving.they scream alot on patents and not even listening to them ignoring problems and nurses are very bad behaving never visit this hospital I have experienced very very bad over there

Doctors and other facilities are okay only have issues with the behaviour of the nurse staff. They shout and quarrel so much all the time. They should know how to speak with the patenits. No need to show agression all the time.

Very worst experience. The nurses discriminate with caste. They always yell and shout at the patients. Manner less staff. The nurses don't know how to control their aggression and end up shouting and yelling on patients. Had to move my pregnant sister to another Hospital because of how they treated her in this hospital. They don't pay attention to the problems the patient is facing. Don't give proper medical attention worst hospital staff ever.

My nice was delivered in this hospital on 15th April 2021. The baby was delivered through c section by the experienced Dr. Sujata dalvi here. My aunt Aashi Ankur Shah faced postpartum hemorrhage which is fatal if no treatment is provided. Postpartum hemorrhage causes execive bleeding due to some impairments in uterus. She bled there for 5 hours. They didn't even have curtosy to let family members know what was actually happening so that we could take quick action. And the doctor couldn't even identify what the problem was. And finally at 4 o'clock they washed their hands off the case and told to take to some other hospital. She finally died of the lamest medical condition

I took experience on call only of worst and rude staff who was on call for answering queries, God knows how they treat to patient who getting treatment in their hospital, one star given but no option for 0 hence only.

Don't go guy's I had bad experience in this hospital staff and doctor was very rude without understanding they give different treatment very bad experience

Very bad hospital. Nurses are very arrogant. They dont do their job properly. They dont answer well. Horrible experience.
And 2nd think hospital mavshi asking money every time and if u not given them money they will not do your work very sad experience

Extremely bad experience! Staff (from cashier to nurses) is unprofessional, so rude (and loud) that you do not feel like talking to them and behave as if you owe your life to them, helpers keep bothering and begging for money. (Note: I am only giving 1 star rating because i cannot comment without it. Consider my rating as zero).

The worst staff in this hospital they don't know how to talk with patients how to handle their relatives and talk to them also. They don't care about patient.

I have experienced a perfect and comfortable surgery and aftercare from ruxmani hospital under the experienced and expert hands of Dr. Neeraj Mahajan. The support and courage he extended to me and my family is exemplary. I personally express my gratitude to him. I got good experience from said hospital. I am thankful to all the staff.

This is a Trust Hospital. So no one is bothering to take action against nurses who are not doing their duty properly. No necessary injections r given to new newborn babies, In maternity section Nurses r not giving proper information about vaccination of newborn while giving discharge. All Nurses are quarrelsome, no manners of speaking. If you call in hospital for any help regarding opd or any other related thing staff will not entertain u. If you r interested in taking maternity service u have to make concern Nurses to do necessary injections doses vaccination on ur own, concern staff will not do their duty on their own. Pathetic staff.
