They make you wait for a long time even after appointment. I am writing review after going there for 4 times and rescheduling appointments due to long waiting period. They should follow proper timeline. Rest is good.

No respect for peoples time. The virar branch asked me to wait 45mins despite prior booking.all the people writing good reviews, don't know what good service mean. The staff at the counter talks condescendingly if asked anything. I simple went out without getting operated and decided to go to other clinics who respects client service and their time.

And this happened every time. You have too wait miNimum 30 minutes every time you come here with appointment.
