Sabka dentist - Kalyan (West)

Visited today at sabka dentist kalyan. Asusual it was an amazing experience. Doctors are awesome over here. Thank you Dr. Dyna and megha for the treatment.

They fool with 500/- teeth cleaning offer where they don't complete it in one go and ask you for another 500/- for 2nd sitting. Also other treatment like root canal are very expensive here. They don't give any voucher worth 10k as promised during call.

Kalyan West clinic is one of the worst dental clinic, they make you wait for more than 2 to 3 hrs for 2 min procedure

The dentist assigned to me seemed unsure and confused throughout the entire process, which left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. Their lack of confidence was disconcerting and made me question their competence.

Furthermore, I felt that the dentists at Sab Ka Dentist were more interested in upselling unnecessary treatments than genuinely caring for their patients' dental health. They attempted to pressure me into opting for additional procedures that were not required. It was clear that they were more concerned about making money than providing ethical and honest dental care.

Aside from their lack of professionalism, the overall environment at Sab Ka Dentist was far from satisfactory. The clinic was poorly maintained and unclean, which is a major red flag when it comes to a healthcare facility. The waiting area was cramped and uncomfortable, and the dental equipment appeared outdated and unsanitary. This only added to my growing dissatisfaction and unease.

Moreover, the customer service at Sab Ka Dentist was severely lacking. The staff members were rude, inattentive, and seemed uninterested in addressing patients' concerns. They lacked basic communication skills and failed to provide any sense of comfort or reassurance. It was evident that they were more interested in rushing through appointments rather than establishing a genuine connection with their patients.

To make matters worse, the billing process at Sab Ka Dentist was a complete mess. I was charged exorbitant fees for subpar services, and there was a complete lack of transparency when it came to explaining the breakdown of the costs. It seemed as if they were trying to take advantage of unsuspecting patients by charging them unreasonable amounts without any justification.

In conclusion, my experience with Sab Ka Dentist was nothing short of a disaster. The lack of professionalism, expertise, and integrity displayed by the dentists, combined with the poor hygiene standards, unimpressive customer service, and questionable billing practices, has left me with a deeply negative impression. I would strongly advise anyone seeking dental care to look elsewhere for a reputable and trustworthy practice that genuinely prioritizes their patients' well-being.

A lot of appointment for single treatment and Saturday/Sunday closed, that was irritated and difficult to customers.

Kalyan West clinic is one of the worst dental clinic. They call you multiple time before you visit Clinic. Post getting the appointment and visiting the clinic, they make you wait for more than 2 hrs and then keep on asking for next appointment just for tooth cleanup. Service is worst. Local clinic is far better than this Sabka dentist

Very bad experience they don't have Patient time value My appointment was 2: 30 they tell me come at evening or wait for 1 hour because doctor is late for having lunch

The process and all was good.
Only thing that was disappointing was the wait time it took 1hr which was totally not expected need to work on that please give preference to consumers rather than other product selling vendors.

Very bad clinic. No meaning of taking prior appointment. You have to wait atleast 2 hours, even having fixed appointment time slot.

I feel like my money is wasted and my time too. These are fraud doctors with fraud degrees. They have taken 70 k from me in advance and since past 2 years there is no movement in my teeth. They have wasted 2 years of my life.
They are not even helping me to get it done faster, giving fake commitments every time.

Practice was meant only in terms of marketing to call people for personal visits. Things would had been better if patient would had an experience of treatment. Things which was specified was normal and exactly the same what other dentists provide. Hence nothing out-standing of Sabka Dentist.

The staff is amazing. They have been very careful and mindful of all the precautionary measures that need to be taken of during this Pandemic. My root canal treatment and surgical extraction of wisdom was organized, stress free and very comfortable. Dr. Mohini is truly a wonderful dentist, both with her work as well as her nature.

I have had my braces treatment for 2 and half years. When i have consulted they have said the treatment will take only 10-12 months. They are completely dumb people. The treatment get failed multiple times. They have took 1.2 lac for my braces treatment, where i have been told 70 K. Doctors are not skilled at all.

Overall it was good experience staff was well behaved and dr was also polite and professional if you looking for best dentist in kalyan so sabka dentist is the best
