Pathetic, simply pathetic. I had the worst experience with them in all aspect. I had a simple braces treatment where my upper jaw teeth were already alligned, we just had to fix 1 tooth from lower jaw and small cross bite, the treatment was promised to be completed within 1 year, now its been 3 years and the have literally ruined my jaw and teeth alligment. They took money from me in advance for the treatment which was not even needed at the start of the treatment only, they had realised that we wont be needing that within a year even then they refunded me after 3 years that too after several follow ups.yeh log doctor kehene le layak bhi nahi hai

I hd completed my treatment approx in July 19 n never felt or was happy with my upper crown n partial Denture. Good my cap of one teeth came out n I visited Dadar branch. Cause of Dr Dipika 's treatment now my half denture also fits perfectly. It was very loose fitting from very first day. Thank you very much Dr Dipika madam. I will recommend to my friend n relatives.
I recently visited Sabka Dentist Clinic and had an appointment with Dr. I can't recommend her enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional. Dr.was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every procedure in detail. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment and answered all my questions with clarity. The clinic was also very clean and followed all the necessary health and safety protocols. I had a great experience and will be returning for my future dental needs

Worst dentist ever request everyone don’t do any of the treatment, if you think it is cheaper yes it is but they don’t follow any precautions and they give fake promises of voucher and all. All branches are not clean and hygienic So humble request don’t do any of the treatment you’ll cry later
Good service at affordable price. Just that the time slots needs to be worked on, as even after taking an appointment for a dedicated time slot, I had to wait for an hour for my turn to come up.
Very bad customer service. No proper management of patients. No importance given to time of patients. Resources not available in full stock. Had to leave the procedure mid-way. Not recommended at all.
Never imagined that the process of getting braces and the follow up appointments that follow will be so smooth, hassle free and quick with almost zero discomfort. The doctors (Dr. Bangera & Dr. Priyanka from the Dadar Shivaji Park Clinic) always make sure to clear your doubts, don't try to sell unnecessary expensive procedures and make your dental visits something that you look forward to. Calling more than one time for appointment, they don't know appointment fixed or not, wasted one hour time at clinic, tooth cleaning service is not good, doctor and staff behavior is not professional and good and overall experience is bad, waste of money.

Pathetic Service! The dentist are very slack in responding to customers. When it's time for making payments, the company follows up very strongly with the customers but when it's time for them responding to the customers they are very slack. Also they open and shutdown branches at their convenience. Because of which the inconvenience is passed on to the customers for which I've been a victim. Trying to reach out to their escalation team but I still haven't got any response. Would suggest to rather take treatment from a local dentist rather that trusting this brand and facing all the the drama once their branch closes.

Nice. Went for 3M braces treatment costin around 30k, average priced or even lower than others. Took 2 years and one tooth removal (because of crowded teeth) to arrive at good results and perfect teeth. Dr Qumi and Dr Shaheen were good orthodontists who took their time and were patient with the process.

My daughter had got braces from here. After a few days, left side of her lip started looking slightly cross. When I asked the dentist about it, they said it's normal when the procedure is going on & it'll be fine eventually after using retainers. When we contacted them after using the retainers for the said duration, they said this is normal in her growing age & it has nothing to do with the braces. Which is illogical because we know the shape of the jaw changes due to the tightening of braces.
They frequently changes the doctors. Within 2 years of her treatment, they changed 4 to 5 dentists & everytime we have to explain the history of her treatment. Recently, when I took her there for routine checkup, they sent us back after making us wait for more than an hour because we were 5 minutes late.
They gave us another date of appointment, so we reached there 15 minutes before on that day, still they made us wait for almost an hour. When I asked them why they're taking so much time, but they ordered snacks & ate it with the receptionist inside for the next half an hour even when the doctors were free when we went there. There was no one on the counter at that time.
After her appointment, my daughter asked about her lip going cross while smiling, they replied rudely to ask their senior doctors. They again gave us appointment after a week to meet a senior doctor, we again waited for more than an hour & this time, a lady named Deepali didn't allow me to enter the clinic even when the sitting area was vacant. So I had to stand outside of the clinic for an hour.
When the doctor called my daughter inside for checkup, that Deepali arrogantly stopped me & said there are 4 patients inside, & when I saw inside, then there was no one in the checkup room, which means the receptionist was lying. Even that doctor didn't answered our query, instead they tried to loot us by suggesting one more treatment to fix the tilted smile.
Well-behaved and cooperative staff, trustworthy and experienced doctors, well maintained and hygienic clinic. Overall a good experience. Got my root canal treatment done here in 3 seating. One less star as the treatment cost was a bit on the higher side. But definitely recommended.
Update after 2 months - About treatment - I had got root canal and ceramic capping done 2 months back, the tooth cap was already scraping the filling done and was even paining. Root canal is supposed to be removing the decayed nerve causing sensitivity and pain. If they had done proper root canal, how come the pain? It was even an expensive deal to start with, not expected to return with complaints so early. Will look for some other dentist who is more reliable.
Very pleasant indeed! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the dentist was honest and straight forward. Have always enjoyed coming here and it makes coming to the dentist much better! Also there are different types of dentists available here.

Got my mother's full mouth implants from Sabka dentist Dadar west by Dr Rupali it's been two years now and she has absolutely no problems. Recently went in for a follow up and I have started my aligner treatment from Dr Dipika, she is excellent at her work and makes u feel so comfortable.also they take all the covid precautions.absolutely recommended for all your dental issues

No hygiene measures taken while visit. I was asked to keep my shoes outside of clinic but at the same time other patients were sitting inside after my visit with their shoes and sandals on. No mouthwash was provided after treatment.
My visit to this place was a way good than I had imagined the. The ambience was best as well as the staff and doctors were co operative too. I had my braces treatment over here and until the end I was supported by the staff and doctors with proper appointment as well as proper treatment. I am glad to have my braces treatment with them. I am going through SD aligner treatment in sabka dentist dadar west (clinic) from Feb 2021, recently I m using my 17th set of SD aligner, I have experienced excellent result till date now. I must say that clinic has very nice staff with experienced doctor, as they are very supportive and co-operative.
