Good management of buses. Fortunately our bus of Gujrat travels arrived well on time and had a comfortable journey.

Wrost experience.staff is very arrogant. Even though bus number not share reason tickets booking is online. Due to online booking they not getting commission. They openly told we only share details if you purchase ticket from us.

I have travelled 2-3 times by their travels. Not so good experience. Always Delayed pick up. 30-45 min delay for sure. When I asked them for delay, tht guy told Mr only to call d driver n follow up with him, rather calling him n asking current location.less responsible behavior.
For good ac sleepers, u need to pay at least 700+ rs.

This is located outside Prem Sagar society, located at lower ground floor of HDFC bank building.
Helpful people, nice service. I am their regular customer.

Service is good.
You can book Purple, VRL and other all AC, Non-Ac buses to travelling within Maharashtra or over it.

Worst bus. Worst customer service and even the staff is rude and helpless. Wish I had something less tha 1 star to rate. Strictly not recommended.

Arrogant guy at the counter won't help you if you have booked your tickets online. He had put a board charging people Rs 20 for answering questions related to online booking, pick up point, bus timing etc. The shop is near HDFC Bank. Icici, Axis Bank and IIMS college is near by. The shop is situated on Chikhali Kaspate Vasti BRTS Road. PS: You will get better help from your bus operator than this guy.

Guy is very rude. If you haven't purchase any ticket from them. They won't give any information about Bus arrival or departure. They will told you to contact same where you have purchased ticket (like redbus, mmt, etc).

Extremely rude staff, they don't talk properly, Don't take any responsibility for online bookings, don't provide necessary information to the passenger.

Third class service.if bus fail in road no response from agency.your money will not refund.and the employee working there are argue elders in bad manners

Firts time travelling through this agency. Honestly speaking it was my worst journey ever, not because of the foul services but the situation was not in my favor. A different bus arrived at the boarding point because the original bus might have got some technical trouble. But later on they arranged the buses and everything ended up atleast better than the start.

Central point for most of the travels, seating place available. Lot of snacks points nearby. ATM is nearby.

Not proper communication with customers as well as travel companies. No proper communication for doubts of customers. Need to improve this.
