I have been there so many times but giving my review for hotel first time. I travelled from Bandra to all over Kurla to do lunch in Sahara. We have ordered chicken balti which was quite tasty and the service was also good.
This was my 1st experience at Sahara means by dine in earlier we took parcel.it was a nice experience ordered cream chicken barra, mugalai tandoori and pizza in started All starter was good and tasted well but pizza was not upto the mark when my child picked up one piece so all topping fall down and smell of chicken was coming from it.for drink we ordered lemon soda and mango juice.for main course we had dragon fried rice with gravy not so spicy and good in taste.then last for dessert we had sizzling brownie with vanilla ice cream. So I would recommend this resto for dine in as the staff is very polite and help ful coz my one yr old was crying but no one got irrated and behaved badly.even it is reasonable with good quantity and quality.
It was the worst experience I have every been, I am a vegetarian and I ordered veg biryani. But I got chicken in by veg biryani and thay where not regrate about that. I hope thay will change there cook method of veg.
Nice place to enjoy a delightful meal especially some authentic nin veg dishes. Don't forget to taste their deserts. Pretty good. The place is bit crowded during weekends so plz come early if you want to enjoy a relaxing meal
We tried the Mutton and Chicken dum biryani and it was a nice authentic blend of aromatic spices, long grained rice and generous pieces of mutton / Chicken accompanied by bulbous dum aloo. The rabdi Malai served in an earthen clay pot was lip smacking good!
Also tried the Hyderbadi Biryani a bit on the spicy side but delicious all the same.
Definitely visit again.
No car parking in the area so best to come by bike.
One of the nicer and traditional tasting Mughlai food joint in Kurla compared to the unnecessary innovative Mughlai food served in the newer fancy joints in the area. Chinese is also quite good here

Visited Sahara hotel A/C Family section. Ambience is great. Staff is courteous. Food is great. Personally I like chinese and chicken starters out there. Mutton pulao is outstanding!?
Place was nice. Very continent to reach from Kurla station by auto. The ambiance was not that great (not cosy) but food was very tasty. Service was commendable. It is quite expensive but worth going once especially if you are a non-veg lover.
I had been to Sahara hotel with friends. Visited this restaurant on recommendation of a friend. Ordered out chicken lollipop for starters, chicken gravy and mutton gravy with naan for main course. Also had sweet lime soda and salty lime soda, Malai kulfi and kesar pista. Ice-creams were really good.
The restaurant and food is good and the food quality and quantity excellent. I have one request for sahara restaurant make one feeding room for baby. Your quick response will be more Appriceted.
I had been to Sahara Hotel yesterday to dine for lunch together on the occasion of friendship Day with my friends. We had chicken Lollipops for starters, chicken Hyderabadi, mutton do Pyaza & Naans for the main course. The Naans was not properly made. We also had Malai kulfi, kesar pista & Sahara shaan ice cream. We also had sweet lime soda and cold coffe
It is one of the best mughlai restaurants in Kurla West the food quality is quite decent and rates are extremely pocket friendly, great value for money
Worst food had in my life.after taking food, i felt like vomiting. Worst packaging, non hygenic.please no one order any food from this restaurant. Lets teach a lesson by downgrading its rating.
Good food. Good ambience. Went for lunch which had a wait time of 20 mins on a weekend. Have variety of menu when it comes to non veg platters. They do not serve beaf or pork. For 2 people you can have stomach full of food for less than 500 bucks. The quantity of food is pretty enough
Sahara hotel known for Moglai Non-Veg food. They have varieties of Non-Veg dishes. Famous dishes like Murg Musallam, chiken Sahara Special, Sikh Kabab and many more.worth visit this place during Ramzan.
Ordered online while surfing on Zomato, took a random chance and ordered Tandoori Chicken half. As usual Zomato service was quick efficient. Opened the brown packet to find the Tandoori chicken wrapped in foil with a onion salad and green chutney. The chicken was amazingly tasty well done not to much of masala. Taste was really good and the onion salad was enough not measaly low on quantity. 2 Big juicy pieces of chicken were value for money.
4It is a local restaurant that serves fairly good food at affordable prices.simply put a corner shop. Their biryani is excellent but inconsistent in flavor and quantity if you are in the area and looking for value for money. Then a decent option.
Yesterday Night was the worst Night for me as I am a regular customer of the Sahara hotel yesterday night dinner was very badly made by the chef there was no taste in the food we ordered Kapsa Rice and Chicken Crispy both were sweet in taste. I will never suggest to Eat Kapsa Rice and Chicken Crispy at Sahara hotel Kurla (W)
We tried the shawarma and it was good, but the dal ghost was not upto the mark, maybe because we were the last ones to eat it before it was over. Will surely try it next time again.
A very old restaurant. First used to be just a non AC joint, and now has expanded to a full AC family restaurant! Amazing food and amazing ambience. I highly recommend their *butter chicken* gravy! Finger licking good food. The tikkas and kababs are very tasty and the naans and soft. Along with everything it's a pocket friendly restaurant!
