Comfortable rooms.
Clean and well kept with ample open space for vehicles.
The bathrooms were also clean and the food offered was hygienic and tasty

We visited shirdi on 3-5 th December 2023, stayed in the hotel Sai neem tree.
It was a nice experience staying there.
All facilities are beyond compare.
Hospitality is excellent & incharge there Mr. Nilesh make the environment for guests more memorable by his humble nature and cooperation

A wonderful hotel with excellent service. This hotel is less than 2 kms away from the temple. They have free service to drop and pick us up from the temple all through the day. We just need to call them and they will be there. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. So I would highly recommend this hotel.

Superb experience I had. We were 6 people staying in 3 different rooms. We loved the space, cleanliness and service of the hotel and it's employees.

Neatly maintained hotel. Staff at the desk are very courteous and helpful. They have a complimentary drop and pickup from Shirdi Sai Complex near Gate No. 3 along with tie up with a shop to keep the footwear and cellphone. This facility is offered even at 3 AM in the morning for Kakad Aarti.

Rooms are decently spacious with clean toilet. Air-conditioning works well even in hot summer.

Food is very tasty in their restaurant Masala Tree and the food spread for complimentary breakfast is good. Room service is good.

Only peeve is that there wasn't 24 hour hot water supply in the bathroom. Perhaps they depended on solar heater. The hotel can improve in this regard which would make this a super place to stay.

Really great staff, hotel is well maintained. Food is decent but the service is what is really great.
They provide complimentary car service to and from the temple.
Also I forgot some of my stuff in the room and I got a call from them about the same. They were kind enough to courier my stuff back home. Can't expect a better hospitality.

The rooms were neat and the washrooms were also clean. The breakfast was okay. Needs little improvement on that. The guy at the reception and the staff had a positive attitude. Only drawback was the internet connectivity. Else was a comfortable stay

It is very comfortable and feels premium with all the furniture in there and the complementary things placed.

Had taken the suite room. It was spacious and comfortable. The buffet spread wasn't good. Free drop to and from temple anytime on need basis. Takes 7-8 mins walk to gate 2. Breakfast spread and taste could be lot better

Very pleasant stay. The elevator show is very pathetic and dusty. Cleaning is required big time

As per hotel description, suit room has two bed rooms along with two king size beds and suitable for 2 families, so, booked the suit room for 4+1 (two families) members. But, only one room has king size bed and another room sofa cum bed which is very inconvenient for another family. Suit room not good for two families even though they charged price of two rooms.its for single family only. We asked 2 separate beds for another room, they arranged.those are ok. Maintenance in not good, even in bathroom also. Some work is going on always beside the room, that is very inconvenient.
Breakfast is average, they will not maintain any name plates for all items. Restaurant is average for Lunch and dinner. Good spacious restaurant but maintenance is not good at all, few house flies always there. Reception is good and responded on time. They will provide cab facility to temple (pick and drop), that to only one place, they will not drop to any other gates, we have walk some distance again for few entrances, don't know why they have restriction for 1 or 2 kms. They arranged the the cab to out station visit form that place, driver is very good, but, he stopped for lunch at bad restaurants for 2 days. Very good garden area is there, overall maintenance is average.

Hotel is good, however they even charge for water. Expensive, you will get better hotels at this price.

Nice rooms and service at shirdi. Near gate number 2. Hotel also provide shuttle service from hotel to Mandir. Food and room service is good, provides wifi.

Highly recommended for Sai Samadhi darshan. Very good hotel with neat and clean rooms & bathroom. They provide free pickup & drop from hotel to Sai Baba temple. Bit costly but worth it, room facilities are great. But, the restaurant's food is just okay.

The staff are polite, helpful and service minded. Food is good but a little bit costly and quantity is less. The quantity is to be increased. I wish all the best for the hotel.

Pros:
- Spacious room
- Decently clean toilet
- Drop and Pick up from Temple arranged by Hotel
- Walking distances from Temple
- Breakfast spread is very good and so is the ala carte menu for lunch and dinner
- Staff is quite courteous
- Has a decent parking space

Cons:
- Room floor wasn't adequately cleaned when we checked in and had a dusty feel but the same was resolved the next day this was pointed out to reception.
- Water at the toilet wash basin and shower is quite hard.
- Bed was queen sized
- Was charged 100₹ for a lost key card. Can't remember the last time a decent hotel getting fussy about a lost key card.

Overall the stay at Sai Neem Tree was a satisfactory one and I would consider come back when I visit Shirdi again.

The best hotel in shirdi shrine place. I always prefer for me and my family sai neem tree first option to stayction.om sai ram.

It was our first trip to India after 20 years and we were worried because of weather conditions and having kids how will be the service and all but this hotel took me by surprise a top notch experience we all had we booked two rooms but everyone and everything from start to end was top class

Perfect place for staying in Shirdi. Hotel is near the temple, it's a walking distance. Hotel staff also provide a car facility to drop and to the temple anytime. Cleanliness rooms, bathroom and nice staff.
