Rooms are clean & neat. Room service is good. Toilet working condition is not that good.

Hotelier's approach is very cheap.they are cheating to their innocent customers to give High rates for old hotel rooms.really uncomfortable stay in pune

Very bad experience. Don't recommend anyone to stay here. First of all, the lift wasn't working in this hotel, and the first room they gave us was very bad, like everything was broken, fan wasn't working, AC remote wasn't there. The second room was better, but then they charged us extra for it even when it wasn't our fault in changing rooms. We also were given our room at the top floor, so every time we had to climb up and down the stairs as lift wasn't working. During check-out, we even had bring down the luggage by ourselves. The service was very bad. The first 3 days, they didn't clean our room. And after requesting again and again, they cleaned our room on 4th day. Wifi also wasn't working properly at the top floor. And they don't provide any amenities which they have mentioned online. The room service was also very bad. After asking for water bottle, they came after 2-3 hours. And the staff became too personal with us since we were girls. I didn't like that one bit. The environment of the hotel also wasn't good. Location of the hotel was fine. Another negative thing about the hotel was its owner who was very rude and arrogant. He argued with us about money and even rudely told us to leave the hotel, if we didn't like it, even when we had already paid half price of the stay. It was one of my worst hotel experiences and I don't recommend anyone to stay there.
