This hotel never lets you down cause of its exceptional food and service. My Family's favourite hotel for Buffet Dinner. We never had a dul movement whenever we are at the property.

The buffet spread and taste was good. They serve starters on table and the service was very very slow and the staff at times were not reaponding. Overall value for money.

Good hotel. With delicious food and variety of food options. Not to expensive as well.having a good sitting capacity. However service is an issue.had visited on a weekday and the service was slow had to remind them to get the food served

Very good food, perfect for large gatherings and office parties. Service is prompt and menu has a lot of variety. None of the food items offered, disappointed us.

The hotel is located right next to the highway and just a few minutes from the international terminal of the mumbai Airport. It's jn a place which has lots of food options but still they have the best food taste and quality in and Around the city. The serving staff is very warm and has your best intentions in mind while recommending or catering to your needs.

Their vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes are equally delicious. I think if you are in the mood to try an all you can eat buffet this is the place to be.

Changing times, things have changed from past.been there for buffet.kind of average experience.

Very disappointing hospitality service, the person in charge responsible for taking seat reservations for buffet system alloted us 3 seats after confirming that there are 3 seats available. Then after allotting us our seats, group of six people came in with an enquiry for buffet and he gave our alloted seat to them and then informed us that all the seats for buffet are booked out. This is so unfair. We have faced this same treatment in past also. The management should look into this matter since this is affecting your brand's credibility.

The food quantity was pathetic, not a single dish was as ordered not up to Mark!
Not recommended for vegetarians

This used to be one of my favourite.but was really upset last week.they have reduced the price and the charm of this place is really lost. 3 non veg starters and 3 veg, most of them loaded and fried with thick batter, could hardly feel the meat/fish, no chaat counter, the welcome drink in one small glass that too so sweet.no ice cream, no sea food.no non-vegetarian salads anymore. Not sure why price was reduced and this cost cutting menu was fixed.all my excitement to visit this place was dead.not more than one round of starters we could relish.we were done.will take a while to think of coming back to Sai Palace again.

Excellent service, excellent veg and non veg food, nice ambiance, portion is more than usual, keep it in mind while ordering the food.

Worst food and more worst behavior of staff.food was of no quality.no standard.
Unhygienic food.and the chef never came in speak to us.

We had ordered paneer with black bean sauce which tasted gross and the managers reply was.aise hi aata hai

The food was amazing, it was delicious, then we celebrated the birthday, the service was fast, the maintain of spice and oil was perfect.

Have been here alot. This is the go to place for any family function and events. Their open terrace party arrangements are really good. Have tried their buffet as well as the restaurant. The ambience has always been good and hygiene is maintained. The staff is really courteous and service really good. The food is quite decent, it was better a few years back but its not the same now. Considering the price you expect the experience to be wholesome. Everything else being good it lacks in the main area that is the taste. But still would recommend.

Food quality not good.in one of our function attended there afternoon many people had gastric problem immediately in the evening. (bad quality of oil used for cooking).

Decent business stay since it was close to my office. Breakfast had variety and was good. Staff was very kind and courteous. They had all the basic amenities and kits available in the room. Food was also delicious although had limited options for solo travellers. Just a point lesser since it wasn't exceptional but pretty good stay.

Bakwash hotel. They will not give you plates or spoon if you order food from outside. And they dont hv too much food choice in there kichan. So if you want to stay this bakwash hotel so you hv to take plates or spoon form home or be hungry

Hotel is good, rooms and food is also fine. Just in room you cannot set AC temperature below 23℃, some people like me will get disappointed with this.
But many will get irritate with the house keeping, the housekeeping staff is not active you need to call them many times if anything is urgently require or you have to check your patience level.

We were told a day before that a buffet menu is available for lunch and the next day when we reached they had canceled the buffet
Secondly they don't even allow bookings so once you arrive you are made to wait for an hour

Friendly staff. Good ambience. Variety in dinner buffet. Worth the spend. Offers a good number of starter dishes. Must try if u are a dessert freak. Kids loved the caramel custard pudding, fruit salad and soufflé.

It's a fine dine family restaurant. You can order alcohol too though. The food served is delicious. Service is great. Dim lighting.

Visited this hotel for dinner party. Very good ambience, staff and serving. Liked the food and preparation right from soups, starter, main course to deserts.

My experience in this Hotel was fabulous. The service was up to the mark and Mr. Kailash took care of us very nicely. The ambience was pleasant and the climate was warmth. The food was good.
I liked the glass in which they serve Tuborg beer was amazing.
It was a fun time with family.

Good hotel in the heart of the city, close to the airport. Good breakfast buffet. No swimming pool though.

One of best hotels with delicious breakfast spread (though they've less variety). If you're looking for good service and good rooms at a very reasonable price this hotel is best for you. Their room service is good and rooms are very clean.

I guess they serve breakfast to people other than the guests at their hotel, which makes the place overly crowded. Then again that's a sign of a good place right!

One of the best place for food with great ambience in Andheri East. I enjoyed the evening with colleagues. If you want to try seafood, prawns which is speciality here according to my colleague, one should go once.

20 of us went for a celebration dinner and opted for their buffet. First of all accommodating a huge group is not always possible for all restaurants, but they accommodated us and many other huge groups too. It was not even a weekend yet full and that says a lot. Completely value for money for what they provide in the buffet.

Food quality was great and so was the taste. Variety of veg and non veg starters was so much. They also had chaat corner a huge dessert spread. Moreover they give a free glass of wine. Ambience is grand and spacious.

Once you enter this place, it cuts you off from the hustle bustle outside. The restaurants are a bit noisy when full, but are still relaxing with the greenery visible from all views and no traffic. The staff is very cooperative, and the food is great. Ambience in the restaurants is perfect for a family meal, and needs a couple of visits to try all the varieties of food available.

Premier restaurant in Andheri (East). The restaurant is popular for tasty food and excellent service. Good ambiance. You can order dishes of your choice or buffet. Separate bar menu available. Staff polite and trained. Valet parking is available.

Sai Palace is located close to Western Expressway. Getting there is easy even on busy days and timings due to its proximity to Highway and Metro station. Ambience is very impressive. We had Sunday brunch. Very good variety, great service and hospitality.

The Image serves great quality food. The quality hasn't gone down one bit since years on end now. Been a regular visitor for the food, the ambience and location.

Sai palace is located in Chakala, Andheri East. It has a good ambience. They serve good and tasty food and varieties of of desserts. I enjoyed my visit.

Sai palace which is in Andheri and Malad is good but Mira Road one is horrible the staff they argue and even beat there clients

This place can shock a first timer. The decor and ambience is par excellence. Be it a corporate meal or a family gathering, this is a great place to be. The staff too will delight you. Allow them to guide you thru the menu and throw up balanced suggestions right from the starters to your main meal.
Do not expect to get a table right away if you reach after 8.30 pm. There will be a wait but well worth it. Order carefully as the quantity is substantial. One can well end up filled just with the starters. And do try the Chinese. Highly recommended!

Good business hotel, located very close to solitaire corporate park. Traffic in Andheri East can be one of the worst in the world, so the location is very appreciated. The hotel has well-appointed modern rooms with helpful staff. Our room had an electric massage chair as well. Overall a good experience at a good price.

Went to sai palace for lunch. It's a nice restaurant with good interiors and food. We ordered veg food. In all a good experience.
