People having immense compulsion would only go. Worst staff having nonsense level of attitude. Your work is only depend on appointment after taking dates also they will just ask you to take another appointment due to some ridiculous reason. Making a hospital, sunny deol's movie where you just have to take "Tarik pe tarik"

This hospital don't even deserve single start. Worst experience of my life.more than treatment for them making people standing in que is important. I would never suggest such hospital.they just ask people to go from here and there.it would be better to go in private hospital and spend thousands more than wasting time over here.also we have to wait 2 months more for actual treatment till then bare the pain

I have done my treatment on very special day 26/11/08 and i very much satisfied with the Staff and Doctor's with treatment. But today i visited and am very much disappointed with the Junior Doctor's team and X-ray point. A lady with 6 months baby gone for X-ray at 9: 50 am and got the report by 11: 10 after lots of arguments her appoint for treatment as at 10: 30 now she as to wait till 1: 00 pm greath team work

Treatment very slow they give next appointment after 20 to 25 day's so that meanwhile lots of pain in teeth and so on.

For teeth Hospital is very good. But in the morning for new case paper que is very long but no control. Staff also not coming on time. Today only the staff is come on counter no 30 approx 8: 25 am. But regarding treatment is very excellent.

This hospital does not deserve even one star. It was my first time in this hospital for the dental treatment, with the worst experience ever. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS HOSPITAL ESPECIALLY FOR THE DENTAL TREATMENT. The patient are the practice model for the dental students, they just cheat poor and middle class people by asking them to pay lots of money and does not treat the actual problem.

I really don't like faculty of their room no 206 that whenever I go there i always feel unsafe of not coming my name for activation even it is they are not thinking he/she might be sitting there waiting for so long

It is just a waste of time and money to go to St. George Dental Hospital. My Experience. First time i been to this hospital with my 2nd kid and that time i was given 3 month time to come back for X-Ray.it means you carry your dental pain for 3 month and if you are alive for another 3 month, you can come to us. 2nd time i been to this hospital for my 1st kid and this time i was deducted 300 Rs for CBCT and it was informed that right now the machine is nor working.you can try after 3 to 4 days, i tried it after 3,4,7,10,15,25 days but that machine did not started, so i said ok give me my money back.i was given reply that it can not be returned. You can wait for 6 month, because this receipt is valued for 6 months. Now i understood what game is going in this hospital. Actually new patients are projects for the students who are studding dental. If your case is critical you are ignored or you are said that this machine is not working or that machine is not working so that others doctor who are outside the hospital can handle these patient. If any one want any proof i can upload the papers for the same.

They don't have filling material from 8 to 9 month every time I call they say no they don't have material very bad why the hospital is open when they don't have any materials

Specific to GDC:
Don't go with any students! (Working there)
It will be good if you go through the system i.e. AppointmentPranali.
Students studying there needs a specimen body in order to complete there practicals, though they work under the instructions of their seniors, but it is risky.
So, if anyone tries to approach you or tries to complete your work as soon as possible then be alert, you could be their specimen. Any mishaps can happen. So its better to tell them straightforward "Sorry, I don't need help".
Don't make your valuable life to vanish by such small steps.
If possible then go with reputed Dr. If not then go with the system. It will be time taking process but choose what you can invest in the treatment: your money or your time.

Building is nice, huge space outside and just besides the VT station. But can be better hygiene wise. Doctors are also unhygienic, they use same apparatus to other patients and handle it without washing hands. Visited here with someone for Dental care, all are trainee doctors and not much knowledgeable. Also, for baisc treatment it is fine but they don't do tooth implant.

It is one of the leading hospital in the mumbai which treated thousands of covid patients during first, second and third wave of covid pandemic. It have all the facilities working 24 hourly. All trained nurses and doctors are available 24 hours for the patients care.

This hospital treat like 5 star private hospital. They charge to fix a teeth of worth Rs. 9000 while private hospital charges maximum 4500-7500.
This is not a govt hospital. They are cheating in the name of govt hospital.

Do agree that the duration for treatment is too lengthy however the fees charged for the dental treatment is very less as compare to the private doctors. Since it is governed by government many patients visit and get benefitted by this facility.

Long queue not because of more people but because each work done here is mainul through paper and pen in this digital era where lots of time could be saved easily through computer and patient could be treated even appointment here are given by checking register a simple software would do the work easily and efficiently no matter when you it will take around 6month to a whole year for even small treatment not just one month you need to wait for xray appointment but 4 months for RCT

Worst experience ever in this hospital i came at 10 oct 2018 for treatment of tooth (root canal) till this date 01 june 2019 treatment is not done.most of them are workless they should resign their job Maintenance is not good and also the staffs should attemp their patients properly they gives very long duration for treatment. Till that date the portion which is for treatment get extra damage just because of them.

I'd give 0 stars. Worst covid treatment provided, if your patient is in critical condition then don't consider this hospital. Apart from patients, the family is also treated badly, they won't inform the family about the patients condition until it becomes severe or go out of hand. As if the doctors don't care to save the patients life they're only doing their duties, whether the person lives or dies, not their concern. Don't want to offend anybody but have lost my faith in these "frontline warriors" after losing a parent.

My uncle Ramchandra Parab has been hospitalised from last 30 days In St. George hospital for low oxygen levels, initially he was tested Positive for COVID. But now from last 25 days he is keeping good. All his reports are normal, his oxygen levels are normal, he is showing no symptoms of sore throat, dry cough or Fever. His samples were taken for 6 times for COVID test reports, twice he was tested positive and in between twice the test reports were misplaced or there were no results observed. This is what the staff said. Now on 13 th July 2020, the swab samples was taken for the 6 th time and still we haven't received his test reports. My uncle is all fine, but now is getting mentally ill, sitting in the hospital for no reason.

Patient with severe symptoms and co-morbidities who require special and constant monitoring are admitted here.

Appreciate the efforts of doctors.but in ward no 12 staff are so rude and there is not even a single fan available for people coming with patients.

Pathetic hospital and non professional attitude.just trainee doctors here who are on internship and never finish the treatment of poor patients, infact make them wait forever giving dates after dates even for a simple procedure. If one can afford please go to a private doctor and save yourself from this bunch of reckless interns as they don't care about your health but only their trainings. They will never be good doctors with such patethic treatment

Hardworking and honest!

Would like to specifically mention hardworking nurses at St. Gorge Hospita, Mumbai. They work like machines and perfectly. Not to forget, they take real risks with there health and family on stack! No matter what but, they do there jobs very well and I am proud to review this. People with low ratings, seems to be few of those thousands who go there for treatment. Beimg such a busy hospital, they might fail to give you VIP treatment. Incase you need VIP treatment, please consider going to a private hospital as, in this hospital, everyone is treated with similar respect!

Nurses here are irresponsible and careless.
They fail to do their work on time.
Besides their behavior is ridiculous.
Some of the doctors are good and few of them are pathetic.

Very bad treatment.all wardboy fully drunk alcoholic.they take 20 50 rs for ther personal work like bedi, cigrate, alcol proved by ward boy to patient. Dr r very false they will not inform right report my brother ankle operation fail but they did not inform us But I don't know why they don't have all medical inside the hospital. They will tell us tha you have to purchase medicines from outside of the hospital medicals.ther is no proper english tolet to sit the patient.only one tolet to use very bad condition no pressure pipe to use. Municipality hospital.very old hospital it is. They are multi-specialist. Neat and Clean hospital. Very huge space. And the view from hospital dockyard is awesome. My sister was admitted there. But I don't know why they don't have medical store inside the hospital. They will tell you that you have to purchase medicines from outside of medicals! Good service they provide to petience and who visiting this hospital to meet the petience.there is ladies ward seperate.
