The hotel arrangement was nice but the tour plan they share that was not good in Manali they said us solang valley even though they know that we don't have snow in there.we spend our extra money to go siso and if we want to buy something or the adventure activities if we want to do driver stop there car there know shops where they take commissions and we can't able to do bargaining.in kullu we don't have nice things to explore, if they aranged any different place instead of manikaaran.we would have been more happy.

Over all experiences was ok, do your homework before stepping in to Kashmir trip, no one is trustworthy. Local people try to pull in traps. First go to tourists information centre they will guide you better than your agent.

Visiting Manali for a staycation/workation was one of the best decisions. SaiShraddha Tours gave me the best hostel satys which were comfortable and safe for girls to stay. Very beautiful place to visit is Shangarh, the hostel/hotel Mysterious Meadows was very nice, the nature view is mesmerizing and the food is really delicious.

We booked an 8 day package with SaiShraddha tours for Uttarakhand where we visited different locations like Haridwar Rishikesh Nainital Bhimtal Mukteshwar Jim Corbett.

The tour was planned from DELHI where Cab, Hotel, Food, site visits, tolls, Parking was part of the Package.
A dedicated cab was arranged from Delhi, where all locations were covered and dropped till delhi airport, The driver was with us in the entire journey who was knowledgeable and helpful.

All arrangements were perfect, Hotels were great, specifically Acorn by Shivraj in Nainital was the best.

Mr Sachin was available round the clock for any kind of support

It was a smooth journey and excellent trip with Saishraddha tours Arrangements were nice and we enjoyed a lot!

Thanks a lot because we felt so comfortable although being so far from home. Everything worked out in time and perfectly. The driver never had to look for either a hotel, guide, or any other sight seeing place. We felt very safe and were treated like VIPs. The car was always clean, washed and the fresh water that was placed every day at our seats and all the hotels were also clean and nice, the food was also delicious. And the arrangement was perfect, we enjoyed a lot because of you so we are very thankful.

We liked the trip very much, the trip was good, the hotel was well booked and the children had a nice place to play, the enjoy alot.it was great to see all the points shown.the experience of trip was nice.we would love to to come on your next trip

The trip to Ooty Mysore was full of entertainment. It was really a memorable experience. Excellent service from SaiShraddha tours. Starting from the day one everything was very nice. The hotels were really very nice. Special mention of the Sachin Uncle. He was really very humble, polite and good in nature. Definitely we are going to do more trips with SaiSharaddha tours.

We travelled Shimla and Manali through Saishradda tours in May 22. Excellent arrangements throught the tour and everything was as planned. Cost also in budget.

This tour agency should be added as the synonym.
And oh well. From two days BEFORE the tour started, this agency started showing its colours. We were supposed to take a flight from Pune to Delhi on 13th April. But when we checked the details on the site, to web check-in, we discovered that it had been changed to 14th April. In that daze of missing the entirety of one day of fun activities, we were disappointed. We were angry that the esteemed airline hadn't contacted us about rescheduling the flight.
But the truth was much different as it was this agency's operative that failed to put in their own email address wrong. I repeat they TYPED their OWN AGENCY'S EMAIL ADDRESS INCORRECT. This should have been a red flag for us but we decided to move on.
On our way from Delhi to Manali, we had a fantastic traveling bus called Bharat Benz. This was a last minute booking, so keep that in mind.
Our driver was a great one and a great person overall, but they wanted to change drivers between barely three days trip. We had to convince them to keep him throughout the trip. This in itself was strange.
The campsite in Kasol was meh. The food was good, but it wasn't safe, we did not recieve what we were promised and staff got high. We had to stay awake because we were afraid of our own safety at night.

Nothing rip off worthy.

Think again. On the way back, from Manali to Delhi, this Volvo wasn't a last time booking. It was planned. The agency had enough time to ask around about the Volvo operators. Their reputation wasn't a great one in the market, we knew because our fantastic driver, a local told us. This Volvo was out of a nightmare. Seats were small, AC wasn't working well. This was in summer. AC would stop working and we couldn't even breathe well. The driver stopped two times, 30 minutes at first and 1.5 hours the next, that too on an abandoned road where we could have been looted or assaulted and no one would have known. Both the main driver and his backup were missing the entirety of the time the Volvo stopped. At 5: 30 am, the bus suddenly stopped in the middle of the ghats, with little to no human contact. The tour agency refused to take responsibility, suggesting no alternative. Our flight at 3: 00 pm had to be cancelled. This bus, mind you, was a death trap, the mechanic said. Another passenger who had used this operator's bus on the way of arrival had experienced the same thing before. The bus didn't start until 12: 30 pm. In that time, there had been no attempt from the agency's side to resolve the problem. We had to cancel the flight at 3: 00 pm, and book another flight for the next day at 1: 00 am.
We did not receive any apology, nor any refund from the agency. They were SMUG. They were unhelpful. I applaud the audacity of this agency saying 'we cannot do anything ' in the time when we truly needed to brainstorm options, in the situation they put us in by not researching the market. Or you know, calling locals.
We went to this agency under the impression that we'd be supporting a small business and it'd be cost efficient but all we did was waste our money. If we had gone through the big names in the travel industry, the cost would have been the same but at least those people would have known how to take responsibility.
Please do not reply with 'Don't post negative review'. If you hadn't given us negative experience, we wouldn't have posted this review.

A. That is called travel insurance. That can be covered by any fraudulent organization.
B. It's literally your responsibility. Even if you hadn't booked that hotel, we still would have booked it on our behalf since it was recommended to us by our relatives.
C. The change was due to the number of people and not die to benevolence.
D. The reason you had to pay an extra fee was because you couldn't be bothered to fill your own email id correctly, do not try to paint the picture as if we were at fault.

2. You tried to change the date because we hounded you with calls. All calls to Air India prior to yours were solely by us. It is your duty to look after our accommodation, which I'm confident we would have done better if we didn't trust you.

3. Whether to sightsee or not was our decision. One additional day was required for sightseeing and rest. Because we missed one day of our trip the trek didn't happen and snow activities were rushed.

4. We have phone recordings of you admitting that we weren't liable and no cancellation fee should be paid by us. Do not trick people. It was due to your organization's mistake, so you must take responsibility.

5. I haven't said once in the review that we wanted a hotel in Manali and you didn't provide any. Do you not understand simple language?

6. You have mentioned this point again and again. Isn't it indicative of the sign that the only good thing your organization did was booking the Sunpark Hotel?

8. Your commitment clearly isn't reflected in your actions. I've written the whole review based on that.

9. Kesari and Veena world take responsibility. That's why they are known as good companies. What is in your hand however is market research. Which you haven't done. You cannot erase our awful experience by not taking any responsibility.

10. * It was your responsibility to make calls? Our parents did more efforts and calls individually than your organization did. Big organization like Veena World or even smaller ones who are still regarded with respect are such because they prioritise travelers, not money.

It is beautiful how you seem to admit your mistakes and in the next sentence you say 'It wasn't our responsibility'. Be grateful that we didn't file a complaint in the consumer court, although we are confident that the victory of the case will be ours. *I admit that it was our fault to choose your travel agency, but to repent I have to warn others from doing the same*

This agency is unprofessional, all bark no bite. My daughters have suffered due to their incompetency. Management is the worst. Wouldn't recommend anyone. Beware of the worst agency ever!

As a traveller we are aware that if the airlines cancel the flight on the last day it is the airline's responsibility to refund its each passenger atleast 10000 rupees for their loss. But in our case the airlines did inform the given mail id. But sai shraddha tours filled their own email id wrong due to which we werent notified about the change in the airline schedule this wasnt air india's fault. The whole issue was caused on the mere note that the agency did the mistake and we had to lose the whole day without any refund.
The agency is trying to validate but this mistake caused a greater loss for us travellers

Waste of money, unorganised, unsupportive, worst travel agency.
My daughters had chosen this agency and had to face lot of trouble during their journey.
Don't ever try with this agency.
It's owner is very rude and money minded only. It's better to plan your own trip.
This agency doesn't have proper knowledge or contact with the airlines and tourist accomodations etc. No proper plans of tours and no support systems available.

What Pravin chandra told is truth but nothing. You have to accept what we faced. You have us Donga instead of houseboat which you have mentioed as super delux but it was filthhy. We did not get breakfast and dinner their. In so called 3 star heritage we have to adjust with sharing toilet and bathroom. Driver was not picking suitcases also even it was raining bad. So much negativ points. And we will share it. What ever client go through you must accept and learrn something from it. We trusted you. That was not worth

We had planned kashmir tour and it was really disappointed
For the ratings it's below to zero
Paid for 3 star hotel given below 2 star hotel which room having toilet outside in sharing
Booked house boat in dal lake and given donga in zhelam river which was worst in condition
Taxi driver was not cooperative

Amazing experience we had with SaiShraddha Tours. Everything was well arranged. Nothing to complain about.
