I had dinner with my wife n my son, we enjoyed the food n the service, but had to go home fast coz my 2 year old son was not feeling well so we asked to make parcel our food, but the rest everything was perfect, once again thank you for making our dinner night awesome!

We had booked the banquet and had the most pathetic food. Service is also very bad. Hardly AC was working or kept on I can say.
Inspite of confirming the number of people, the food was in shortage

Good Hotel with clean rooms.
They have individual stand alone restaurant downstairs from where we can order food.
But the only thing is that the rooms are small.

Amazing people and a safe place to be, nice with everything, but not as per international standards, but mumbaikars will love it

Perfect place for a business stay, good service, food of restaurant is good, malls theatre discos nearby in vicinity. They give discount to regular clients.

I REACHED AT HOTEL AT 12.00 AM

WORST STAFF ON RECEPTION. THEY DNT KNOW THE POLICY
THEY FIRSTLY TALK 3500 RATE. WE KEPT THE BAGS GIVEN THE ID N WE WENT FOR DINNER. WHEN WE CAME AFTER THE DINNER. RECEPTIONIS STAFF SAID I TOLD YOU 4500.

After that he just abuse for 30mins

When I was in hotel till late night some random guy knocking my door and I was just open the door that’s guy he said what’s your name I was just shocking like late night 3 a clock what is this behavior safety zero I will never visit again poor Service

Food is very average. Do take care while having drinks. They serve duplicate hard drinks sometimes for sure. Rooms r ok not bad.

Nonesense staff and recepcionists were very rude. Dirty and shady rooms and they have wet laundry. Wild rats were running off my room and the room has very slow lights dark room. I will suggest anyone not

Well had booked a double bed room.but precisely 2 si gle beds were merged and made a double bed, the curtains had alot of stains, wifi is given with login credentials for one person other person couldnt login with same.after 2nd day the wifi creddential expired asked twice d same day they said will send n dint recv.d same thing happn on forth day so we dint asked further. Food is really nice. Rooms are lil small but d rest its good

Prices are too high in comparison to rooms and services not affordable for every one. Rooms and facilities provided are not as per prices.

This is the shitiest hotel in Mumbai.
Infact this hotel is only for shady people doing shady things in the hotel and not for family.
The staff doesn't bother to hear your requests or complaints.
Infact the room cleaning staff stole my personal towel and few water bottles and when confronted, the guy at the reception was like 'sir hamara staff aisa nahin kar sakta'.

In addition to the above -
* Cramped rooms
*Very Very Very old A/C hich will not cool the room even if you keep them on 18 degrees
*Food is pathetic
*Staff will anticipate tip for any small request you place at the reception.

Wow is the answer to all rhe review. Their staff, preprations of food taste everything is good. Finally we found one place where we want hangout every now and then.

We booked this hotel for 5 days for stay during my wedding for guests n family members. We had an amazing experience. Reasonable. Very cooperative staff. Clean rooms. But need to work on room lighting though. Little dim to get ready. Otherwise everything was good. Special thanks to Santoshji, was very considerate and easy going person.

We 11 people were staying there for company metting. In This hotel all rooms AC are old and not working properly. Cold water was not available. Fan not available in the rooms if ac is not working. All charges are very high

With a good options in rooms and restaurant with delicious food.
Service is great. Advantage is that hotel is on the main Road and connectivity is great.

It's for room only they don't allow food from outside and the food they give it's like they listen to half what u order and give u what u didnt ordered if you Complain they say now it's punched worst hotel in Malad they charge like 4000to 5000 for room and give u 2 star service very poor experience just today

It was horrible and distasteful stay in the hotel, staff, be it front desk, waiters, room service were non interested, intrusive and unhelpful. Starters, food including breakfast was at best below par. Nothing to take home from stay here in terms of ambiance, hygine, a bad experience, not recommended

Not clean, very small and congested room.
No any fire safety considered.
Bad smell in room.
Hotel staff also not responding if you make any complaint.

Ambience, quantity n quality of food is good, prices are regular. But choices of food is less. Proper family restaurant. One must visit once.

Had buffet breakfast which was really good and almost had everything that we can have for breakfast.

Perfect stay at weekend.highway touch easy to find.humble staff.service is bit low but adjustable.room were very small compare to price of hotel. But for couples no disturbance at all.peaceful stay.breakfast is decent. T. V is too old.and not working.anyways Worth it. For families, couples.and friends.

In expensive Mumbai this is ok. In 3500 with complimentary breakfast is fine. Room ambience is just ok. I got non LED TV, window a.c. Do not attract but bathroom and bed quality is good

Very shady place. Very low lights in the room. In humid environment, since there was no window on the roo, there was no source of fresh air. Rooms were smelling. Maintenance of the room was very poor. Entrance of the hotel will give you idea that you are entering to a shady place. Staff was also not soft spoken. Definitely not a good place to stay.

I agree with majority of reviews here. Food quality is pathetic. Just visited to try out newly launched breakfast buffet. That too is disappointing. Highly priced and very few items in buffet. Food of roadside stalls is much better than Sampoorna. Just completely avoid this place for eating. PATHETIC is the only word used to describe this place. Service and other facilities are also bad. There are much better options in the same locality.

Hotels are not good or bad, but their services should be equivalent to their tarrif and the brand image they market. This is a very bad choice for anyone looking for a professional hotel with some standards. Staff behaves like they are doing a favour. Dirty, mismanaged and pathetic.

First of all this place was hard to find even after this place being in the main road. Uber taxi didn't even find this place and instead went to a different location.
Second, the service from the reception was not bad because it was horrible.
Third, the television was not working and I had to call the reception 4 times to connect it and in the last they sent one person and he had to change the set-up box in the room because they have not recharged the set-up box.
Fourth, I had reached the location around night 9 pm and I was asking them for the WiFi password. I called they multiple times and still the WiFi password was not given.
Fifth, the dinner of mutton dum biryani was so bad that I had to leave it without eating it.
Sixth, when I went for breakfast fast. I saw people sitting in the reception and when I was asking them about the service, they were not bother to even listen to their customers.
I am very surprised by this kind of an attitude. God bless you all if this is the way you want run your business.

One positive point was there was a person in the restaurant during breakfast who was ready to listen and one person who visited the room to fix the set-up box who were helpful. Thanks guys.

We went there on 10th April, although non veg starters were good but chicken biryani wasn't something to relish, this is per my non vegetarian colleagues. Reason for giving 2 stars was particularly the Veg food, you really need to raise the bar. As of now it looks like you just have veg options but no cook to make it. I ordered Paneer Chilly and Triple schezwan rice but both were below average in taste. I was surprise that butter cheese garlic nan didn't had cheese stuffed as told. No effort was made by staff to replace or check if it was stuffed. I didn't like that because i found cost on higher side but taste below average. Thanks

This stay at hotel will take care of you like a mother, it calls you several times in a day and assures that you are coming back to the hotel as your check out and payment is left and you haven't ran away because they think if a customer is late to the hotel at night they aren't coming back and have left their luggage for them to use.

I attended one function here this month.overall hall is clean, food taste is average. One bad point is we found manager spraying air freshener when starter and coldrink was served. Everything was falling over it and he wasn't bothered. It seemed as if it is their regular practice. Pls watch this in case you have a function here.
Another pathetic part is their security staff. They are no less than beggers. When our important guests were leaving after function, they went down and were waiting for cab. Meantime 2 security staff gathered and started demandingd tips. After denying they waited till our cab came and gathered near car door and did not allow guests to enter easily in car and kept demanding tips. After scolding one of the security (seemed junior one) left the spot with angry face and another one kept quite near the car.
Overall hall And food is average but pls monitor above mentioned points.

Average hotel at a prime location, close to Infinity Mall. They have many rooms of which the facilities needs improvement, however, their service is nice. They also have a banquet hall and a large restaurant. The ala-carte dishes are priced quite high considering the taste and quantity. They also serve liquor here which again is very expensive.

Awesome place to visit with family, office colleagues and friends. Very cooperative staff and food was LAJAWAB.

We visited this place as they have a great offer of breakfast buffet. They just charge Rs. 159 per person for the breakfast buffet which is unlimited. Yes believe me it's that cheap. Now talking about the spread in the buffet, they have reasonable options and extremely good for its price. They had freshly made uttapams, dosa, idli wada, fruit salad, omlette, sandwich etc. In drinks they have coffee and tea. Trust me it's worth the price, go for it. Note that the buffet is available till 10: 30am only.
