The guest house experience was disappointing on several levels. From the moment of check-in, the staff's lack of professionalism was evident. The room, touted as comfortable, was anything but – with worn-out furnishings, a musty odor, and subpar cleanliness that left much to be desired.
The amenities promised were either absent or in poor condition, making the overall stay far from enjoyable. The bathroom facilities were in dire need of maintenance, and the water pressure in the shower was barely functional. The promised Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the television offered a limited channel selection with poor reception.
Customer service was severely lacking, with staff members displaying indifference to guests' concerns. Requests for assistance were met with apathy, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere that left a lasting negative impression. Overall, this guest house fell short of even basic expectations, offering a substandard experience that I would not recommend to others.
It's good (all rooms are clean), and it's best because not far away from railway station, not bad and has bathroom and toilet facilities but has expensive rent of the room than other room rent centres.
Worst rooms and room service. Each and every facility is paid even water. So, it costs same as other hotel but they have good facility, rooms and services
