We booked a trip to Kerala with Samrut Holidays in December 2022. We were guided from the level of planning the locations to suggestions on the hotels as per our requirements catered to our specifications. The warmth and care was genuine and won our trust instantly. Throughout the tour we had not one reason to complain and it will be one of our most memorable trip!
"The Leaf" at Munnar was a place in the middle of lush greenery. It had the warmth we were looking for. The food was delicious and the rooms were extremely clean. The service was prompt and the property was gorgeous with multiple walkways. Each villa has its small private space outside to relax and chill.
"Hills and Hues" at Thekkady is on top of a mountain at the border of Keral and Tamilnadu. The border literally goes through the hotel premises! This place had a breathtaking view and the location was like a fairytale. Wooden bridges, stone walkways and white walls. The staff here pampered us through the stay and catered us with some special requests in food and drinks. The room was beautifully crafted with a wooden floor and a beautiful layout with two huge glass viewing windows overlooking the mountain. There was a sit-out space which was perfect for enjoying the view and a cup of coffee with the early morning chill.
A special mention for our lovely driving partner, Sathyan, who was always ready before time, drove like a dream and was ever so helpful for anything we required. His suggestions for local food joints were impeccable and authentic. Not once did we feel like he was doing something out of the way for an extra buck.
A big thank you to Samrut Holidays for this wonderful experience. I suggest Samrut to everyone who wants an unforgettable travel experience and not just an ordinary trip to a location!
