Terrible service. Worst nightmare
I was travelling from Mumbai to Aurangabaf in Sanjay / Musafir travel bus.
The bus picked me up at 12: 45 am instead of 12: 05 am.
The. Bus had breakdown in middle of mumbai - pune highway at 3: 00 am because of engine gear box issue due to non regular service by them.
First driver told me to book Ola cab and told that he Would pay then later his boss disallowed him and I had to unnecessarily bear₹ 150 cancellations charge by Ola cab.
Also we had to bear extended tour expenses because of delay…
There was no proper cooperation by Bus driver.
After much debate and heated arguments we got alternative arrangements after more than 2 hours.
Till then we were stranded in middle of highway trying to convince his manager for alternative arrangements.
We also had a lady passenger with us.

This whole process of trying to convince to rightful alternative arrangements was very frustrating.
I had an important meeting at Aurangabad which got cancelled and I had to face embarrassment and financial loss too.

I am a frequent traveller to Mumbai for work purpose.

I would never ever in my life book this tour operator in my life due to this unprofessional and irresponsible approach by tour operator.

Also this bus is highly unsafe and unfit with no proper services and check before journey.

Not recommended at all! Avoid this bus and save your time and money!
