Giving one star as there no choice for Zero. On my my flight from Riyadh to Mumbai, they left my check-in luggage in Riyadh. And there is literally no phone number that you can talk on to this airline. No email where you can write to. And the Lost and Found department at Mumbai airport is their partner in this fraud.

We had a 2: 45 am flight from Mumbai to Jeddah which got delayed by an hour due to "technical fault " this is absolutely not acceptable, for the first half an hour we were made to sit inside after boarding the flight without any air conditioning, people with claustrophobia were facing so much difficulty, this is just so disappointing. We have a next flight in 3 hrs from Jeddah, so worried.

I flew business class (I paid for an upgrade) and also economy class Mumbai - Jeddah - Istanbul.
Vegetarians BEWARE!
There is no way to order a special meal.
I tried several times by calling and also on WhatsApp and spent an hour on their website until they finally admitted the special meal service is " unavailable at this moment ".
They also added that they are " happy to serve me " (serve me what exactly? !).
Someone should tell the CEO of SAUDIA that there are 850 million people in India who are strictly vegetarian.
To not have a Vegetarian option on flights from and to India is nothing less than an insult.
SAUDIA is probably the only airline in the entire world that has no email or customer service via email.
On board there were many small but never the less inexcusable glitches.
I was asked if I wanted juice when boarding but I said I prefer to have coffee.
The air hostess tried to push the " American Coffee " and seemed to be distressed when I asked her for Arabic Coffee.
She brought the traditional Arabic Coffee and when she poured it I immediately realised why she wanted me to drink something else.
For the first time in my 40 years flying I experienced an airline that FORGOT to stock on coffee (incredible but true).
The great irony is that literally a minute before I was served coffee-devoid-of-coffee there was an ad on the screen that advertised the year 2022 as the 'Year of Coffee in Saudi Arabia" (you really can't make it up can you
The so called 'Arabic Coffee' was a bright yellow liquid with a handsome amount of cardamom but not a trace of coffee (see the photo attached).
Around ten minutes before landing at Jeddah Airport there was severe turbulence that lasted 12 - 14 minutes.
The lady with a four month old baby that was sitting near me was not wearing her seatbelt (there was also no seat belt for the infant baby).
For the first time in 40 years flying with more than 40 airlines on a thousand flights I was genuinely scared what would happen to that baby if his mother flew off her seat (his head would probably crash against the divider).
The air hostess told her to put her seat belt on but she didn't because she was holding the baby in a certain position.
If the air hostess was properly trained she should have helped to put the seat belt on instead of just asking and walking away.
The appetisers were not good and the hummus caused me stomach gasses (the worst thing to have when flying. I suspect the chickpeas were not soaked properly and/or not cooked properly.
I personally will avoid SAUDIA based on my recent experience for at least a couple of years especially seeing that the new terminal in Jeddah has only fast food outlets and cafes (not even a single decent eatery where healthy and nutritious food can be found.
