I have travelled from london to Mumbai via Jeddah on 16th Dec. One of my main bag carrying all clothing for my both small kids with all the gifts were miss placed and did not arrived. Every day I have been enquiring asking about the status of my bag but no one is bother to respond and now they have even stopped picking up the call. No one is taking responsibility for the job. Everyone is giving different information and asking us to write every where. First time I have travelled with Saudia and it is worst experience I ever had especially the way they are dealing with the matter. It’s been almost a week but there is no support.
Very pleasant experience. The staff was courteous and helpful. Explained things very well and checked various possibilities for me. Thanks to everyone concerned.
A very rude airline, change flights daily! I canceled all my flights for a lot of money because I would not flight with such an unserious carrier! Never ever book again!
Visited Saudi Airlines office last Saturday and had a great experience overthere, although my reservations didn't completed due to credit card payment failure. I have booked the flight for me for this Thursday which also git cancelled and I was informed by the airlines staff respectively, now have a flight on this Saturday, 22.
The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. The only one thing that I was not so happy with was that the women were not in hijab. Saudi airlines is the official airlines of Saudi Arabia, it is the right platform to show the Muslim culture to the world. The hijab should be a part of the uniform. In shaa Allah
