I booked the bike servicing schedule yesterday, I get this reply from them that the car will not be available today, I want to say briefly that if it is not working, why are you booking? Why not if you don't want to give on time service then why do you schedule book and how can the supervisor there speak directly without any knowledge.
: Is there an online bike service schedule or is it offline? It is wrong that they say no directly without checking anything. It is wrong for the customer, whether there is any cost or not. It is only their job to solve the problem. It is expected that someone will pay attention to why they are not doing anything. Give good service

Totally disappointed with the staff present in showroom. They don't even have communication skills.
Improve your quality of staff who can't even explain properly.

Very poor on service. Costs double of almost everything. Not at all a good experience and wouldn't recommend anyone their service

Purchased Xpulse 200 4v Rally Edition yesterday April 10th, 2023 which they arranged with help of Hero Motocorp's team Mr. Suraj, Mr. Vikram and team.
Bike is Rally Edition (The SUV of 2 wheelers) and it was required to be unitly produced so extremely rare to find. Gifted to my younger brother as his own 1st bike ever.
Special thanks to everyone for making it happen. It's a big leap for me.

And ther service is not good I haw thard time complete in my bike but ther staff is ans mee ther your bikes kilometres riding is over iff the parcesinh but my bike problem is big and the staf iss not helping the customer and the company is wary bad do not patches there bikes

Sehgal Autoriders Pimpri-Chinchwad is the worst I've ever came across. Specially Store manager and servicing manager. Requested for Xtreme 160R disc brake caliper on 23rd March 2023 due to disc brake heating issue called the store manager twice regarding that as part was unavailable and even now after 50 days my issue has not been resolved.will suggest go to another bike showroom for your Hero bike.

Worst experience regarding service, I did 3 services every time they took my bike for 2 days or more.

I bought the latest XPulse 200 4v on June 2022. And due to some wiring problem I am going to service center but they are not responding to me and my new bike is still very bad

One of the largest dealers of Hero two wheelers in Pune/PCMC, but they don't have even a display piece for Xpulse 200T 4V, which has been launched and even delivered to customers in other places in the country.

Please do not do any deal from Chaya Pawar (Indusland Bank). She is very rude & least bothered in case of any refund. During booking she will speak politely. Once booking done, she is not responsive.

Worst Experience. Never go to showroom for service you're vehicles and don't waste your hard earned money. Zero quality servicing. Doing nothing in the name of servicing and not sure if they are changing oil also. For small work also they will say keep your bike here will give tomorrow or few days.
Please service your vehicle in private shop.

I bought latest XPulse 200 4v on May 2022.
While taking delivery I found the right tail indicator was broken and not working.

When asked for fix, the engineer was apply feviquick to the wire. I was not okay and asked for change. He took the bike and went the warehouse and said replaced with new one.

After 5 days the indicator stopped working and even after 1st servicing where i asked for change of indicator they just fixed it and the very next day it stopped working again.

This experience has put a negative image of the hero dealership and would ask everyone to check for the minor details before buying any new vehicle.

I loved it coz I had also given my vehicle for servicing and the staffs are quiet decent. But they usually don't have the stock inventory with them which was quite disappointing

Staff is not good. They are always busy with some other stuff although they know we are waiting at the desk to have discussion about bikes. They simply say just wait.i mean seriously you are there for serving people not to let people just wait.wait and wait.pathetic staff and nobody is taking incharge

The way they helped me to get the vehicle is too good. Especially Richard sir, he understood my requirement of BH series registration and help me in all means with patience.

Very wrost experience. Don't give your bike there for service.staff not co-operate as well.they always do some issues about your bike warranty.

Experience was good but my bike nut bolts was lost in showroom they can't fit properly also I recognize when I came back to home. The supervision staff have less knowledge about bike & Nitrogen gas not available their.

I had very bad experience with My Splendor with service centre, Pimpri Chinchwad Ksb (I don’t want to mention the service centre) actually they created a new problem in it related to battery and the showroom itself is using the used parts of the other bike and installing it in your bike instead of replacing the new one

Bad service centre. I'll not recommended anybody in my friends and family to this third class service centre

If you can't get a part for a new bike, then why build a new bike. ह्या showroom मधून गाडी गेहू नये ह्यांच्याकडे नवीन गाडी विकतात पण त्याच पार्ट खराब निघालं तर बद्दलवण्यासाठी 1 महिना घेतील मी गाडी पाडव्या दिवशी घेतली तर ती अजून बंद आहे त्याचे लोक विकतात फक्त नंतर काही घेणेदेणे नाही गाडी चालू किंवा बंद असो मॅनेजर शी बोललो तर तो म्हणले 4 किंवा5 दिवसात पार्ट मिळेल अजून मला 15 दिवस झाले अजून त्याना मिळाला नाही फालतू लोक आणि showroom आहेत या सेहगल मधील चुकून कोणी bike गेहू नयेत

Showroom is good but serviceing department is worst.

The customer is not listened to. The manager in the workshop here doesn't know anything

This place is good. All the staff here is supportive. All things are managed well.
Parking place is not enough, it is on the road, showroom is near to KSB chowk, little hard to find.

Don't come here for Bike service. I have xpluse 200 and I delivered bike for week once I got confirmation from service center that all the parts are received from hero. When I visited workshop they haven't installed single part on my bike and at the last moment they said we forgot to give job Card to mechanic. Also few of the parts they said it's fault when it got from hero we can't I installed it now and come again after 1 week.

Never trust on them even for simple issue mechanic don't resolve it. When have to come again and again.

Hero please take action on this.

Many charges takes by them and consumables charge Rs 50 takes and suppliment not use and get bill of that also less amount and viscuss oil drawn

Bike servicing is quite time consuming but you will get good service for your bikes.

For bike servicing you usually have to go through arguments with management.
This is the drawback here. The mechanics are well trained, well experienced and do there job properly.

I always make conversations with mechanic to whom my bike assigned. This helps me n mechanic to resolve my bike issues.
Pros:
1) In stock latest models.
2) Good sales Team with soft skills.
3) Offers throughout the year.

Cons:
1) Management is bad for services. But mechanics are well trained, and experienced.
2) Area is not maintained, need to make some cleanings of unwanted materials, scrap yard.
3) Gaps within their teams. (No one is on the same page.)

I got my Xpulse 200 from here. Staff is supportive and the main thing if you're buying the bike on finance then consult from your own bank or other banks also for interest rates

Servicing staff are totally careless. Not proper servicing and totally third class service are provide not proper service for bikes.pls your service facility improve.

Waste of money & time, never understand bike problems and repeatedly need to go for service for same issues, totally waste of money

Bought Xpulse 200 BS6 recently.
I met Mr. Richard Lawrence on day 1 and thereafter till the end of buying process, everything was pretty great. He is very professional and explains everything in detail. Also the salesman Raj, made the document related processes hassle free. Overall Buying experience was great. Will update about service experience at a later time.

Sehgal Autoriders = Fuel Thieves, I would never recommend servicing at their Service center, their service advisors (who creates Job card for servicing) didn't recorded fuel level on the Job card, when asked about where is remaining fuel their answer was " we tested your Pleasure for around 35-40 kms and hence fuel 4 (liters) was consumed", when I dropped my scooter, fuel tank was Full, I don't know I purchased Hero Pleasure or Mercedes-Benz. Reason for servicing was being a new scooter purchased in March 2020 it had a starter motor problem, so how trials for 30-40 kms were made? I clearly shows Service personnel have used my scooter for personal use and looted a tank full of fuel.

Very Bad and carelessness service about vehicle repairing as well as customer to staff/ employee interact. Not co-operative staff

I had given my scooter in Sehgal auto and found scratched on my brand new scooter, very poor handling of vehicles and no value for customers as they have a lot if workload.

Servicing is not good at all. They don't take care of your vehicle. Even they don't refill the tire air. But showroom experience was good here.

I change my some parts of piston.this work is done very well but they increase my acceleration power so if i start engine then scooty automatically goes in forward without giving acceleration.and also my average is decrease after your service.

Actually I was not going to give even a single star but it's just becoz of the staff support. Pleasure had given for service with full tank fuel but at the time if delivery it was below the half tank, their was no call regarding the issues in the vehicle which was expected, at the time of delivery when I have asked whether they found any issue before or after the service they said that the vehicle was alright, but which was not. It was really a worse experience in a authorized dealer of Hero.

Very very bad servicing, non technical staff, expensive as computer quality on work,
Also my fuel is missing on my (when I am going my fuel tank is full but now when it deliver to me it's half is goon)
I have doubt they are not replacing the part which I am telling to them to replace (brake shoe & air filter)
It's dous not give me one day delivery
I am going to service center at 2: 30 and thay give me delivery on next day 12: 44 pm

staff. Technician has zero knowledge about bike servicing.
Services adviser called me and said your accelerator wire got damaged and have to replace it.i gave permission for that. But when i reached there found used accelerator wire was fine.they changed the wire due my argument.but they cut the liner of accelerator wire.this kind of work are doing there.if you have extra money then you can visit here.i want to put here negative star.

I service my wife's pleasure always from last 10 years there only, They are so lousy people that they will service your 2 wheeler good but the kind of care they took while servicing is always worst. Everytime we lost nut bolts of front area, washing always poor, indicator beep will always never ever work after they service.
Charges are as per industry. In the name of hero club card they offer 4 free labor service and few discounts but vehicle sounds like never serviced.
They shall surely will return old part, of any of vehicle.
Customer experience is very worst. They shall never ask you to sit, no water, no updates on whats going on.
Service advisors are poor people those who have to face customers. Workshop manager and hero's csm are extinct species here.

Buy Hero pleasure bike form here, provide good services in all respect, from last year not disappointed up to till date. Only they are not calling the customer on time.

Not too friendly and needs maintenance. The staff also has little less need of customers. The calls they make are just for record. They make no attempts in any customer to make them buy the product.

Hero motorcycle showroom and service center. One of the old showroom in the pimpri chinchwad. Best for hero motercycle scooter. Servicing also done here. Good service center. Attaind all problems and solve the problems. Overall good showroom and service centre.

Went to pay my emi. The person there of hero fincorp didn't put forward the payment and I was charged penalty for it.

Its a good hero 2 wheeler sale and service station, but the cost continue to pace up. The service level is improving but its pace is not in level with rise in cost. Recently they have started interactive complaint handling and hope it meets expectation of customer.

Guys Don't go here for servicing/Repairing your bike, Scooter.
Yesterday (1st November 2018) i went here for my bike service and there was a Clutch plate/Piston Related Problem in my bike (Xtreme Sports 150cc) which causes the lower pickup Mechanic have explained me all these things then he asked me for a Hero joyride card i declined it because of Overall service cost was going over 4000/-. At the delivery time the guy told me that there is no problem in the clutch plate/Piston He handed over bike to me at 7'o clock (at closing time). Today (2nd November 2018) I've tried riding my bike over speed of 60kmph but it's not going above. Same pickup problem I'm facing. They just wanted to sold the Hero joyride card. Haven't worked on my bike.
