Doctors are polite in nature. You can recover within 2 or 3days. There is cleanliness in hospital. Nurses are well caring.

Since he came travelled and thought we knew it’s change in whether may be a viral, we went for a checkup to avoid any complications later. Dr recommended to go for blood tests worth 9K+.

I visited this hospital during pregnancy but due to poor response and careless people I lost my baby, even they people don't able to differentiate labour pain or normal ache.worst place for pregnancy treatment.

I am regular customer of this hospital since 6 month for my spouse care and care and maintenance of her pregnancy time is very effectively and service are very carefully and treated like a home. Earlier I was visited many hospital but no one found such availability, of doctors, Nurses and other hygiene maintained staff.
I am really impressed this hospital and I will advice to my colleagues who also serving with me.

यहँ हास्पिटल में लुटमार बहोत है। कोई भी टेस्ट करानी हो तो, यहाँ पर, बाकी जगह से डबल रेट है। उस हिसाब से उपचार नही है। कन्सलटिंग डॉक्टर रोज नही आते, असिस्टेंट या नर्स ही उपचार करते है। हर एक पेशंट को जरूरत ना होने पर भी, ICU में डालते है और बेहिसाब बिल निकालते है। यहाँ की बहोत सी मशीने काम नही करती, जैसे ECG, और अन्य कई । यहाँ पर सुरक्षा व्यवस्था ठीक नहीं है, रात में असामाजिक तत्व के लोगों का मँडराना चालु रहता है। सुरक्षा कर्मी गहरी नींद में रहता है। मरीजों से मिलने के समयपर भी रीश्तेदारों को मिलने से मना किया जाता है।
यहाँ के संचालक डॉक्टर का कहना है कि, जिनके पास पैसो की कमी है, वो मेडिकल हास्पिटल में जाए, । मैं तो हैरान हूँ, ये बात सुनकर, जिस जगह से ये डॉक्टर पढकर आया और अपनी दुकान लगायी, उसकी इतनी घटीया सोच!
मेरी तो यहीं राय है कि, इस अस्पताल में गलती से भी कोई ना आये।

A hopeless hospital and must say careless doctors. I lost my husband four years back due to implantation of infected stent. After that treating him for Tuberculosis and never ever looked whether the stent is creating any problem. Though I am layman in this field I didn't understand anything so it was easy for the doctors to make me understand whatever they felt best. Never ever take your patient to this hospital as the most worst part in this hospital is its worst maintained ICU. Patient get infected in ICU itself. Though the hospital has a huge benefit of its location but go little ahead and admit your patient in wockhardt hospital or any other hospital, never here.

When I went to Sengupta hospital for covid 19 vaccination well managed clean and nice sitting arrengement and staff is very helpful specially diksha sister, ashlesha sister, aman brother and papil very helpful thank you to all.

We had been to above hospital on5/3/2021 for covid 19 vaccination. Although our scheduled appointment was on 4 th March, it was rescheduled by the hospital due to previous backlog. Up to 4 th March it looked little crowded. But when we went to the hospital on 5 th for vaccination the picture was totally different. It was very systematic, with ample and very good arrangement for sitting. Every staff member was very polite and cooperative. The vaccination procedure was hassle free. I had a very good experience in the total stay. Particularly Mr. Ashish appeared very caring.

Worst experience twice, no service atall no management. I would like to share an instance my father tb diabetic patient. Asked for pot for urine for 30 min but not given. He tried by himself then they came and scold and tied him onto the bed. Most of the test they are referring outside, even ultrasonography facility not there i have to carry patient to outside. Tpa desk attitude is simply awful.
Worst experience overall i went twice only for doctor arvind kumar but really it will make you cry by their attitude and service, charging heavily on unnecessary thing sometimes even falsely. I would like to draw attention of the management pls come and see what pain a patient family feel.

The nurses and wardboy behaviour are very rude.the wardboy said" yeh mere bap ka hospital hai or dobara yaha is hospital me ana nahi". When we ask for junior doctor on sunday the nurse said "there is no doctor available.and you can go home" and they didnt even bother to fill the form after asking several times and instead the doctor was availabe we were not allowed to meet him.

I come to this hospital for regular checkup. I am very happy about here's service of staff n doctor. Dr. Sengupta is very polite n give best treatment n suggestion about our health.

I had visited the hospital for health check up but my experience is extremely bad. I was asked to wait for more than 2 hours as Dr.was not available. It appears that they don't care for patients.

When U go in emergency they immediately admit U and all test will be done to make Ur bills hefty although they are not related to the disease and when U go in OPD U have to wait for hours not for turn but for doctors presence at seats Becz the hospital feels that the consultant charge are very low. I would not like to prefer this hospital for visit. There are many hospitals in the city. U may visit these hospitals.

I was suggested by my health insurance provider for this hospital, I went with my family members on a scheduled date.
The moment I walked in I was greeted at the reception and was put on with the regular tests.
The pathology lab was smelling with the pungent smell and was not maintained at all. I am VERY UNSURE of the way they were taking our samples as they were not following proper protocols for it.
The lab is infectious. I repeat INFECTIOUS!

The shocking moment was when the nurses over there didnt know how to get the blood pressure off the patient. Also the ECG machine's probes were RUSTED. I repeat RUSTED. The shocking part to this one is the DOCTOR upon being complained was making excuses about having 100 patients go through ECG and the cleaning can't be processed!
Also the doctor boasts about being a gold medalist and worked in USA! I hardly believe it!

My advice, myself not being a doctor can arrange a health checkup at my home. But please don't refer this hospital to anyone and neither make the mistake to go in by yourself!

Also the staff nursing and the correspondants are very untrained. They dont know the manners to handle the requests.
Good luck collecting reports with the pathology department. And they dont have an intercom within themselves!
And most importantly IT IS NOT A JOB OF A RECEPTIONIST TO CONNECT WITH THE PATHOLOGY DEPARTMENT. The patient should dig up the contact details on their own.

This hospital don't even deserve 1 star rating. The doctors here are not good. They don't visit the patient even in the visiting rounds. The nurse are not well mannered. I suggest not to attend this hospital and waste money.
