Sentosa Resorts and Water Park

Pool was dirty.in pool or water park works was there, pool was so slippery, I don't know why they give 5 start for what.even for diet coke which is 40/- they charge 80/- in normal cafeteria which is they have.when I asked is it imported or the manger lied to us he said yes.but when I asked why do u charge 80/- he said we charged like that.washroom was so dirty.pool water was dark green.no maintenance.so pathetic.

This is very close to PCMC people. Good maintaine pool and rides not upto the mark but good.ample car parking space good for beating October heat.

Facilities immediately need attention:
1. Extremely dirty pool. Mediocre rides.
2. Below average breakfast food. Very busy at not so helpful staff at the breakfast.

Stuff the restaurant is good at:

Room service, Room space, Room cleanliness. Reception.

The staff of sentosa resort is so good specially shankar he always take care of us what we need good service I also suggest to my friend and I really enjoyed the food and services

Sentosa is known for one of the leading brand in PCMC to cater all your hunger requirements starting from morning breakfast till late night dinner.
There is separate place for bar so that you can spent quality time for discussion.
Planning to visit with family nad kids that perfectly ok. Morning breakfast you can have it in separate fast food launge.

This is multi purpose venue you can book for small kitty parities to grand celebration ans marriage.
Summer time you can enjoy in waterpark.
Road Touch to Pune Bengaluru express Highway with ample space for vallet parking. Do visit once to experience the delicacy.

Made a quick stop here on the way to Mumbai.
Had dinner soup and fries. Food can't quite quickly. Restaurant was clean, air-conditioned and comfortable. They also have outdoor sheltered seating.
Staff are courteous.
There's ample parking.

Good parking space and ambience is good too! It was very easy to locate this location as it is close to the expressway.

1. They have luxury rooms.
2. They have hall for minimum 50 people not less than that.
3. Due to Covid19 all water related slides are closed.
4. Over all it is good.
5. Cooperative Staff.
6. It is quite expensive.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. We never had such a bad experience with the customer service at any restaurant before. The restaurant manager was too rude and said 'we are arguing' with him when we shared our concern about the food quality and slow service. The taste of food was ok, but service was too low and chaotic. We could hear the waiters complaining to each other.
I would never recommend anyone to visit the restaurant specially for Dine-in

Excellent food and ambience. Very huge. 4 beaches and water park. All sorts of activities in all beaches. The cable car ride is awesome. The buses for rides inside the island are free. All enjoyed very much best season to travel is from October to February

Well place is really amazing if you are looking for a function. But water park is okayish.

If you are looking for wedding it will be more like destination wedding.

Located just a few kilometres away from Pune on the Mumbai Highway, This place could be your perfect Sunday getaway with Good Food and beautiful Ambience.

Being a regular Sunday, we had a wonderful time in the water park and exploring the resort.
Weekends could be tidious for the management, but the service was well handled and the comfort was really good as the Name of the place.worth the travel.

Great place to visit with family. Nice Waterpark, away some food and very cooperative and friendly staff. Highly recommended for family outing.

Close to Mumbai Pune highway. This is basically a water park with less number of rides. There are 2 swimming pools, one for kids and other for adults. If you are planning to stay here overnight then it might go out of your budget.

Nice resort having great rooms in specific money any one can book the room vip rooms are also available

Waste place not at all worth for the price you pay. Zero service from staff, after you ask 100 times anything then only they will give you what you have asked for. Water park is good for pool parties but not at all recommend for stay.

Water Park was so awesome my family enjoyed that resort and I we are planning that one more time we are going to visit.

Wonderful Water Park Resort with different types of slides.nice rooms, good ambiance and delightful service.

Location is very easy to find. Nice ambiance and overall feel with good and professional service. Overall experience was very good.

A good place to spend a day with family or friends.
It is located at Mumbai Pune highway, probably the only resort in the Pune area.
You can organise your family functions, enjoy the resort, a good picnic spot.

We had
Nonveg Platter - Nonveg platter contains few types of tandoor items, like chicken tikka, sheekh kabab, chicken kebab and many more. I would suggest to try this if you are here.
Chicken barbeque wings - Again one of the good dishes chicken barbeque wings a bit sweet flavour which matches the proper flavour of spiiness as well, so soft and juicy chicken with lots of flavours.
Paneer Irani tikka - Tandoor paneer with malai texture, too soft and properly made with all spices.
Murg Musallam - The second dish i would suggest will be murg musallam, it has a good quantity around 4people can eat. It is divided into rice and other side consists of finely chopped chicken with thick gravy and its something different one to try. Loved it
Butter chicken - Butter chicken had always been favourite for chicken lovers, bit sweet, bit spicy, with overloaded butter
Chicken biryani - The only biryani i love is chicken biryani and this one was upto the mark to satisfy with the flavours.
Gulab Jamun - who doesn't need a sweet tooth after somuch of spices, hot sweet and soft gulab jamuns was the end to our trip to sentosa

Pros: 1. Good water rides, rain dance etc.
2. Safe for kids.
3. Enough parking space available.

Cons: 1. There is no food and bisleri water available inside the water play area.
2. Changing cloths facility is not good enough. This has to be taken care immediately.
3. Slippery spaces inside the pool.

We went for new year party. Starters were good and variety was abundant. DJ made the night extravagant. Main course could have been better.

All good atmp. Nice ambience, neat & clean but room service is problem if promisely improve then five star

Visited on weekwnd They.have live melody music show. Food was fine. Have opted for outdoor seating but there were flies flying around the table. Mostly people are there which were staying on the resort.

The resort located at Mumbai-Pune Expressway. It is easy to locate as it is exactly on the national highway. Transport is also easily available.  

This is perfect for all age groups, from youngest to oldest everyone can enjoy to the fullest here.

As we enter the resort they made three partitions named Breakfast, Fast-food and Lounge-Bar.  

Once you get inside, it is a area well maintained where you can enjoy the beauty of nature by just sitting on the grass. Also one can spend time on play ground. One fine middle part they specially made for large groups which is under shelter and where they painted different funny food related pictures. Also they have cottages here.

The innermost part is a Sentosa Water park. Timing for this waterpark is 10 am to 4pm. This includes Water rides, rain dance floor, wavepool and the most which I liked is waterfall structure they have created.

Staff members, Receptionist, stewards, servers all were polite, friendly and quick to their service.  

After exploring the enire premises one will definitely crave for food. I can surely say that they provide fabulous food here.

I tried following delicacies:

MOCKTAIL

#Fruit Punch: My all time favourite so I tried this and was a fresh, perfect thick and loved presentation.

STARTERS:

#Non-veg Platter: Delightful platter comprising of five different chicken dishes and mutton seekh kebab. Chicken was scrumptious, perfect to their flavors. A fullsome platter one can not wait to have it as it shouts out "eat me" by the way they presented it. * Must Try*.

#Chicken Lollipop: Just unbelievable that I who is not that great chicken lover had 3 pieces of lollipop without a realization. It is really a great made by a chef. Tender chicken was perfectly marinated then fried and served with schezwan chutney which again amazing and unique  made by chef. *Most recommended*

#Prawns Tandoori: Succulent, juicy, fresh prawns were well marinated and tandoored perfectly. Served with unique salad as a sider which enhanced the taste as well as structure of whole dish.

MAINS:  

#Murg Mussallam: Chicken gravy with rice and egg which is firstly boiled then fried attracted all of us a lot. Gravy we had with naan tasted welland was zesty. Chicken was cooked perfectly. Rice was also nice. It is a perfect whole meal served in under one name.  

DESSERT:

#Caramel Custord: Lipsmacking, yummy caramel custord presented well with cherry and it was perfect to end with such an amazing meal.  

Overall wonderful experience with Sentosa resort team and we spent our time well, collected memories from here will be with me forever.

Located at Mumbai-Pune highway, it is a self-sufficient place. It has great ambience & is a good picnic spot. So i went there early morning along with my friends. We had breakfast here which included Veg Cheese Sandwich & Coffee /Tea. Then we headed to the water park consisting of so many diversions such as pool, rides & rain dance. Costumes & lockers are also available at the changing rooms. It was an adventurous experience. Then we had lunch which included naan, paneer masala, veg & non-veg rolls with vanilla ice-cream, gulab jamun & certain mocktails. Overall, a day well spent!
The best thing about it is the location. Great fun experience that too in city itself.

Sasta sundar tikaau. Booked a family room here for 6000 rs and got complimentary unlimited breakfast and access to their water park. The resort has awesome interiors.

Good food, great place to take a lunch or dinner break while travelling from Mahabaleshwar to Mumbai

We just stopped by for a quick lunch at Sentosa while coming back from Lonavala to Pune. It was decent food, good taste but the food quality we felt wasn't upto the mark. After some hours of eating we didn't feel so good.
