Worst experience at this property to hold a wedding. Would give half a star for the quality service provided at each point in comparison to the cost charged. Poor quality food, Liar & Cheater Management lady, Not recommended for anything.

Management is the worst, they don't have staff for guest luggage drop off. They tell the lady housekeeping staff to pick heavy bags, which is not acceptable. They clear the lunch and dinner in front of guests (during wedding, they were clearing the lunch and not letting guests have it). Try to have basic manners. Photo booth, decorations and all were decided before hand, but still on the day of wedding it was some round of flowers with a light in between and they charged 25k for that. Manager lady just keeps staring at the guests while having dinner and just keep turning the lights off even when guests are yet to have dinner.
Before the payment they talk all politely and as payment is done everything you ask for is chargeable or just not available. They don't have returned my security deposit which was supposed to be returned during checkout. It has been 7 days since the wedding and they are not answering calls or texts.
If someone responsible is reading this, kindly take action else I have to take actions accordingly.

Conclusion: DON'T THINK OF BOOKING THIS RESORT (SPECIALLY FOR WEDDINGS), There are great resorts in Lonavala which provides services.

Staff is very good. Location wise little offside. Pool timings should be extended. Very limited time. 9-11 am and 4-6pm

Rooms too small and costly. Service very very poor. Food quality very bad. I have ordered veg kadhei. Have lots of beans only. Far away from market place. Very bad experience.

We had checked in on Friday.
The high tea that was servedwas a let down. The Batata wada were cold and the serving personnel were totally indifferent most unfriendly. The rooms are crammed no space to move.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good hospitality, great weather, amazing experience. Rooms are available at very affordable rates. A must visit when in lonavala.

Attended a cousins Wedding at Serenity resort few months ago.
The whole experience was Amazing.
Gud management, Super Decore nd Delicious Fud!
The feel of the venue was like a Fairy tale Wedding.
It Sure was a Memorable Event as promised by them.

Good and budget friendly resort. In rainy season, it looks tranquil and scenic. There is a mountain beside the resort, which makes it a picturesque place. We opted for a family room which had 2 rooms and 1 hall and 1 balcony on the 1st floor. Family room can accommodate 6 adults, which has 2 queen bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa cum bed and iron sofa chairs. Stay was comfortable. Spacious parking and in-house restaurant facilities are there.

Sereniity resort is Pathetic resort I have ever seen, no good service, no maintanance, no facility at all. Its like normal economic Hotel and not resort. Staff is not cooperative.we came here for relax but had very bad experience. Bed sheets were not clean, after repetative follow ups, they have changed badsheet, in the room TV was not working. Staff is not technical and they don't know how to deal with this. They always say will send Maintanace person and than we come to know that manager is not on duty. Request all not to visit this Hotel called resort. I would give 0 rating to this resort.

Rooms are too much congested, there is no sufficient space for luggage and other activities.
Location is so far from main lonavala where we can not access easily without autorickshaw.
Service is so poor. Staff is not properly respond to problems with customers. Staff is unable to deal with customers in ethical manner.

Please prefer this resort if you have your own vehicle.

Food available in restaurant is tasteless, very disappointing. Food service is too much slow. After order, minimum 45 minutes to serve meal. Total service is very disappointing.
I have checked out in 4 hours of check-in time.

I was der for 2 night at serinity. Premise was v v nice surrounded al over by plants bcos of dat it was looking v beautiful. Villas r v gud to stay. I have taken a delux room which has balcony, rooms r small but loved to stay with garden facing. Staff was excellent. Al d people who r working der r v hard working n v polite with members. Food was really excellent. Wil surely visit again. Thank u for d gud treatment u gave us.

Resort is superb, with pleasent atmosphere. But the food is not at all tasty. I ordered french fries they wher just half fried without salt. Just one star for food

This is not a resort.only a bunglow complex being run and marketed as one.
Not suitable for big groups who need some common space.

We stayed in garden room Eco friendly price in august 2021 and what atmosphere in lovely resort beneath of nature. Rooms are good. Staff very supporting. Food quality was good also special Jain food in breakfast and dinner. Walking distance from tungrli lake. Location of resort in calm area away from hustle and bustle. Recommend to visit again.

Very good resort in Lonavala with pocket friendly rates.we went in August rainy season.beautiful climate.swimming lover can enjoy lot in this climate. Also it's very safe for children points of view. My 6 years old daughter enjoy a lot in pool.family friendly I must say must go once

This place is very good atmosphere was- auseome specially mr.and mrs shaik sir given us good response in every aspect and they are good co-operative in Nature and staff were also very good food was also very tasty

Had a bad allergy reaction because the room had moth balls everywhere, and the staff didn’t come to remove it after our call, even though we were waiting them for hours.

Rooms are small and there are a lot of mobile network connectivity issues and their wifi was not working, so there were a lot of problems. Food and room service is decent.

Overall decent resort along with an average size pool and food court. Room size is small for a couple also if possible go for a garden view room for few extra bucks which is extra in space and better in view. There are 2 rooms and full cottage also available in option for bigger family or groups. Car parking is available.

Food menu is good but the taste is ok. You can drive to Lonavala main road for better taste.

Garden area is not accessible but the entire property is covered with greenery so photos will come nice ultimately.

Staff is co-operative and holds good hospitality.

Try to book online on MMT or goibibo as you will get good deals.

Very good resort. Isolated from crowd. Peacefull surrounded. And awsome weater in mansoon session. Clean and hygeen rooms. Service also very good. Only issue which i feel is food quality (sabhji) was not as per cost. Complimentry break fast quality was good.
1. If you planning to stay here you there are some places nearby this resort which you will feel very good like mansoon lake is there behind resort at 5 min distance.
2. Also there is another Dam just next to lake in another 5 min distance.
3. There is gold valley view point next to lake.
4 as road is very small parking issue might occur in weekend.
Many more but you can feel it after visit.

The place is excellent to be with your family. That's why it was my 3rd visit to the same resort. Normally I don't visit the same resort more than once.the place is quiet and peaceful and away from the city traffic.one of the quieter places in Lonavala.enough parking space for safe car parking. & Tasty food. Overall amazing Resort.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, it was a trip with good memories we have taken with us from food to service, the staff was absolutely good and the rooms were very clean and everything available there, didn't feel the need to go out, indoor games and swimming pool. Ofcourse the high tea with cornbhajias were excellent!

Its a nice and classy place to enjoy a peaceful vacation. The room were spacious and clean. Guest scanning for safety was a good sign. The room service was good. We liked the ambience of the place especially during the evening. Various food options available during morning breakfast lunch and dinner.
Staff is good and cooperative and provide really good and quick service.

Njoyed family outing at this beautiful resort. For me and my family it was like staying at home away from home.
Room were clean and spacious. Gardern and swimming pool is also well mainteined Food was excellent specially tandoor roti they serve hot and were very soft.
Once u are in the resort u don't feel to leave this place.

A marvellous property, a well spent holiday, a stay at this place was a disconnection from the world, and connection to relaxation, beautifully built at the footsteps of an hill, the property gleams of serenity! Close to lonavala market. A safe haven for the complete family, I had 10 kids travelling with me and i did not have to worry about them the whole holiday, because the resort was such a family friendly resort. The food was good all the meals had options and it was fresh and warm. Value for money. The swimming pool, garden area, the porch in every villa, the seating arrangements, all in all everything was really nice. Kudos to team sereniity resort! Changed my perception of holidaying in lonavala. Stand out property and stand out crowd! Also the owner Ms. Ratna personally looks after the needs of the guest! That's reason probably it is such a great place. Looking forward to visit again.

Alhumdullilah, last weekend we spent in sereniity resort, we had an excellent experience.
The place is extremely beautiful with lots of trees, mountains view with a cool and calming feeling.
We took the villa and the rooms in was neat, spacious and well furnished.
The place was also child friendly. I especially liked the use of pebbles in the pathway. Morning walks barefoot on those pebbles was a very nice form of acupressure. The landscaping of the place was very well thought out with the division of pavement, rubble and garden.
Alhumdullilah, the food was scrumptious and fresh at all times. The staff was very polite and very helpful at all times.
The swimming ‍️pool was the best place and we had a nice time in it.
The owner, Ratnamala was an excellent host and took personal care of us.

Very nice well maintained property with pleasant views. Nicer clean rooms, good outdoor pool, kids play area and indoor games. Good food menu for breakfast and dinner. Polite and attentive staff. Lots of nearby attractions and view points in Lonavala and Khandala Highly recommended for short weekend outing.

We stayed at Serenity for the weekend, and it was amazing. Great food, very good service, and very apt management. The owner made sure our entire stay was comfortable.

A perfect Place for gateway from Mumbai. Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms and ambience is beautiful, clean and spacious. Breakfast is also good. Have indoor games also to play like pool, chess, ludo, carrom and table tennis etc. Nice place to hang out.

It was very bad experience during check in procedure du to their slow & dumb process we got keys @1pm. The foo5is just ok ok. The window AC in room starts aa if tractor is started. No shower working swimming pool is not maintained properly.unhygenice place to go. I would suggest that try Karjat or Igatpuri side better resorts options are available

The staff was polite and understandable.
The rooms and bathroom were not as per the pictures mentioned in the photos section.
Rooms and Bathrooms are ordinary ones just like the lodge and not up to the mark

We had a 2 days stay on 22nd and 23rd of December of around 30 people. They served us stale food due to which more than 15 of our family members fell sick with vomitting and loose motion. And the manager was least bothered.

It is very nice resort near to all tourists places, must go and enjoy lonavala. By auto it will take 700 for all places.

Going for the normal rooms would be okay.but dont waste your money on the super delux.it doesnt match our expectations.

Property is good view is awesome.
No food options apart from what they serve.
Food is tasteless.
No proper breakfast lunch n dinner.
Swimming pool is very small
No proper room service.
If you wish to go u can but have ur food outside or else u will end up with disappointment.
