Seven Star Holiday Resort

Absolutely beautiful place in the serine lovely nature surrounded by lovely lush green mountains, we had arranged our school friends reunion of our Jamnagar Xavierite's 1987 passout and it was just the perfect place making it more memorable cherishing our past and younger with aging in just the right place, staff was superb, service good but location was a heaven on earth.lovely clouds settled on the mountain tops and drizzling rain made the place even more beautiful.

Capacity of 200+ people. Tent rooms to accommodate 5-6 people. Rooms too r big. They have one 4 bedroom bungalow for big group. Veg n non veg food. Biggggg pool and raindance with DJ

Great stay, Food was also good, Dj was fine, Pool need cleaning there was a lot of dirt in the water. Lots of space for out door activity.

I would say i had a pathetic experience in this resort, these people are making visitors fool

Sending the wrong images, wrong claims giving 5 beds

We visited for a corporate get-together and they charge 1600 per person then after reaching we realised this is not the property which was shown, we immediately told the staff

They started reacting and arguing, if you don't want to stay you take your money and check it out, these were actual words not even single word change

Then the tone which they were talking, we used the same, some how they accepted that miss communication happened then afterwards we had booked 2 big rooms

But they only gave 1 big room and 2 small (without Tv and very small inter connected room) after half an hour discussion we mange to get 1 big room

Then comes food and drinks part

Food below average
They will charge 30 Rs per bottle
Then 80 Rs for ice bucket

They have thier own resturant and everything still they are charging for it

Basic things they changed 700 Rs.

There are a couple of good things like you can go to the rooftop to have a couple of drinks and pool ks pretty decent and late night DJ

Big problem is, at reception and in the surrounding you will see bouncer standing, roaming and checking on you. As if people in seven star come to steal their stars. And if that happen then this bouncers will apply their method.
Anyways.genuinely food is not upto the mark, also you cant expect more from them.
I think ala carte service should be good. I dont know personally because i couldnt ask for it because in the start they took 1800 from me. So im finished.

Not a worth visiting this place.

A resort build in 3 acres near karjat in hilly area is a well build resort with all the facilities available. Charges are pretty easonable with ample of facilities like ac rooms, swimming pool, dining area and a ambitious hall to fit in all people. I have been for a wedding and enjoyed a lot during my trip.

Wish I could have negative star options here.
Worst experience ever had here.
You can’t call this a resort.
1. Not at all cooperative
2. Rules are like illogical.
3. No ice provided.
4. No hygiene. Specially on pool side
5. Owner or the care taker of the place is too much rude, like he don’t want us the next time or to suggest someone else to come.
6. They behave like they have a real seven star property here.
7. Pathetic food quality.
8. Things which were promised were not provided.
9. Not at all good for bachelors.
10. Staff were well trained to make guest’s experience more worst.

No latches from inside to Toilet doors. No giser in some rooms bathroom. Fans regulatars not working. You use fans Either in full speed or Don't use it.

Don't visit this place. Fake promises made by mr Saurabh. If you ever want to feel like concentration camp please visit this place. Highly disappointed

Could be improved: -
1.0 no outdoor space for games
2.0 food is average
3.0 evening and morning tea to be added in package.
4.0 bone fire and barbecue space
5.0 rooms are with tents and makes lot of noise in rain.
6.0 bathrooms could have been better maintained.
7.0 bed spreads and blankets are very old and could have been maintained.

Very good place excellent staff good food only one has to be careful while entering the wash room next to the swimming pool its very slippery

Only good things is views; other than this everything is not good,

1) Just have one swimming pool which also have time limits
2) It's very costly
3) Food is so so!
4) cleanness is not there
5) some of rooms where having TV & some not

If you are going by any copon or any holiday packages please note that lunch is not included in your package so per person 350₹ extra will be charged to you.
Check in timings for normal booking is 11 Am & check out by 10 am
For holiday packages people it's 2 pm check in & check out by 1 am.

Accomodation is good for relaxation.food quality and taste is also good.staff is supportive.overall it is good for family and friends trip

Nice resort. Very Safe for families & girls. Great management food is delicious. Manager & staff was very helpful. One should visit for a very peaceful day.

Its just okay! Food is great. You would enjoy better if you come with a big group.
Dont expect the hotel staff to carry your luggage from you car to your room. Cause they don't.

It was a superb experience. To be honest we got out for the first time after covid. And were really happy that we chose this place. The rooms are very clean. Friendly staff and delicious food what else can one ask for. True value for money.

Food and all cost is high. Quality is not that good. In non veg there is only one item chicken available every time kunch and dinner. Room ac in some room is nit working. Pool is fine big. There is karaoke in evening at weekend. For alcohol consume there is open terrace. On pool tjere is not allowed consume alcohol. There is garden and ground for playing. Resort is good. Staff is fine.

Pros- Very nice place. Nice atmosphere very nice service, good food and clean rooms.
Cons- Timings are are very strict. If you failed to do breakfast upto 10.30am, you will not be served after that. Then direct lunch at 1.30 pm.

Nice place to go for outing. Amidst hills, pool and games are available.

Good place to spend time with friends and family. Have options of cottages, tent and a bungalow. Food is average. Have a swimming pool and best part is the live singing program.
