Our picnic with my staff and students turned into a deeply upsetting experience when we entered the pool, and our eyes started burning intensely. Even after leaving the pool, our eyes remained painful to open. What added to our disappointment was the fact that they were responsible for managing both the amusement park and water park, yet the amusement park was closed. This situation left us feeling like we didn't get any value for our money. We had many other water parks closer to our locality to choose from, but we had opted for Shangrila Park, which required a grueling 2½-hour journey each way, primarily because it promised both amusement and water park fun. However, the letdown we encountered made us question the choice we had made, and it was genuinely disheartening.
I had given it 3 stars cause the reason is that firstly the food doesn't taste good as we give a lot money but in return we don't feel satisfied after having food n secondly the changing room of girls in not that good. But there is an medical room n alot to play.
The food court lacks proper seating arrangements, and the overall maintenance of equipment and facilities at the location leaves much to be desired. We visited this place just last month in August 2023. While its natural beauty is undeniable, there is a clear need for improvement in terms of services and other aspects. Without these enhancements, it might remain a beautiful destination but fall short of becoming a truly exceptional spot for a day-long getaway.
Have visited the waterpark only. 1100 per person seems costly. Food is good, can be better. Only veg food is available in the package. Water slides and rain dance are enjoyable. Amusement park was closed. Best attraction is the wave pool, a lot of fun.
Lockers available at 100Rs her locker. Conc- People smoke and drink in the locker room.
The resort is very large, however when we visited, some rides were not operating. Since it is away from City, it is less crowded and gives you a lot of breathing space. Food package is good. However thanks to road department, it takes 1.5 hrs to cover 25 km from Thane. It is right on the Nashik highway. One can board AC buses to Nashik and alright here. No cab service. However you can get autos.
Good for family entertainment and break.little old in age wise. 17kms from Kalyan station on the nashik highway. Lot to improve on hegiene inside the property.no attention from the management on swatchtha of the property. Food quality needs to be improved better
It is a good place for a one day picnic if u want to go to the waterpark. It is located near the city and can be used for one day trips, group fun, school picnics. The food provided by them was hygienic and delicious. Rides over here are moderate and friendly for all age groups.
Good options for rides and food. Resort was clean and maintained well. Needs improvement in term security as many bachelor groups may create nuisance for couple or families.
Vgud resort. 3-4 types water parks, wave pool, rain dance. All in all, nice place to spend 1day with family. Especially children's will love it. Rate is also not so high. Food is tasty
Waterpark is above average. Taste of food is ok kind of. Specially more on sweeter side that may not be loved by most of the people. Better visit to inside restaurant of resort for meal.
Since The Covid 19 Pandemic, This Is One Of The Resort That Is Open, Remaining Are Closed. Since They Are The Ones Opened, They've Created A Kind Of Monopoly.
I Went There Recently, And The Experience Was Very Bad.
1. Entire Resort Is Not Opened. 2. Amusement Park Remained Closed Even Though There Was No Rain. 3. Only 2 Water Slides Are Operational i.e. One With Dual Float And One With A Mat. 4. Wave Machine Remained Off, Means No Wave, Only Pool Was Operational. 5. Only Shallow Water Pool Was Operational. 6. Breakfast Only Had Idli, And That Too Was Not Properly Made. 7. Lunch Was Better As Compared To Previous Visits. 8. There Was Only Tea Served During Out Exit.
Overall, A Bad Choice To Visit (At The Moment) As Most Part Of The Resort Remains Closed. But Guess What, When You've Opened Your Resort, Then You Should Open It To Full Capacity As There Was No Reduction In Prices.
Not Recommended To Visit Now As They Charge You Full With Almost Everything Closed.
Visited yesterday with Family. Observed and experienced weird behaviour of bouncers. They use very unprofessional language and treat every guest in unethical manner. If you are spending money you are expecting good service and great memories with family. Shangri-La management should work on bouncers soft skills and on profiling skills.
It's good but many drawbacks. •Needs more cleanliness •No smoking should be imposed •Toilets and changing area should have good ventilation •Slides needs to be renovated
Over all nice place you can enjoy here a lot but because covid 19 the vibe are gone. Worst part of this resort food they don't have quality and the taste are dull even they not provide variety in food menu always the same things they gives and there working people are ok. Only 60% resort opened now you can enjoy slides, small pools and waters wave that's sit and they offer you entry fess without food 600 (11am to 5pm) and with food 850 (10am to 5pm).
