Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel

Booked for three people for a family, paid before check in but an extra Rs. 2000 was charged after checking in, Though it was negligible amount, it was not a trustable move.

I visited FEAST restaurant at Sheraton Grand. The experience was awesome. Food was great, alot of choices to try. Good Salad options as well. They offered a good deal and my colleagues also enjoyed the lunch. We spend some good time in quiet and peaceful ambiance. The staff was courteous and welcoming.

I went there to attend a wedding party. Soup was one of the items. The soup spoon however was metal. First time seeing so. Needless to say, it was quite a harrowing task to drink the soup with the hot soon touching your lips.

I had taken lunch (veg).
I loved the variety of starters and deserts.
The regular lunch was a usual stuff. Rotis and nans were soft. Over all good 5star hotel.
The dining area is little conjusted but otherwise an excellent experience.

The Hotel is good, food is good but the parking facility is inadequate. I had a very bad experience recently. Went there for a buffet party. As there was no parking on ground floor, I was compelled to park my four wheeler in the basement. It was totally dark here and it was poorly maintained. While coming back, my petrol pipe started leaking and I had to rush to a mechanic. It was diagnoised as a punctured petrol pipe due to rat chewing. Obviously, the problem started when my car was parked in their basement. The management is expected to clean the basement parking and make it free of rodents.

My experience at Feast was amazing. I had booked a dinner buffet for my mom's birthday.
Mr. Santosh took good care of us and was courteous enough. I availed Zomato plus offer and got a really good deal.
Pros-
1) Beautiful ambience and limited but luxurious seating arrangement.
2) Variety of food is offered. From exotic salads to desi sweets and 6+ ice creams. Along with 2 live counters for pasta and chaat.
3) The service is great and quick. The staff is attentive and caters our requests in time.
4) The food quality is beyond delicious. I really loved the bbq wings, panner makhmali, seekh kabab.
Cons-
1) The lids on the metal containers were heavy and there was no place to keep them while getting the food. I nearly skipped refilling my plate because I had to lift that lid up.
2) The ice cream compartment was hidden. There should be a sign or a board to inform the patrons about it.
3) Some of the food on the counter was a bit cold. Seems like the heating was not evenly distributed.
4) Even though I enjoyed most of their bakery products, the brownies were literally rock hard.
Otherwise I had a great time at Feast.recommend it to everyone who is looking for a luxurious buffet.

Located at heart of the city one surely feels Unique experience everytime you visit here. Cordial and polite management. And last but not least a paradise for a true culinary experience!

Beautiful sprawling hotel with parking multiple restaurants, bakery and banquet. There's a rooftop open air restaurant and bar called Chingari which also has a pool.

It was too good. We are so much satisfied about the hygiene and the ambiance of the Hotel.good staff, good Food quality everything such a beautiful experience.we enjoyed a lot.plz visit ths hotel only when anybody searching for 5 star accomodation.

Regular here. I love their desserts buffet a lot. Each and every item from the menu is delicious and love the presentation.

Very good location very near to Pune station. One of the best hotels in Pune. Very elegant reception lobby. Rooms are spacious and well designed. Only think I felt lagging was food. Food taste is not upto Mariott mark. Tea served for breakfast was basically tasteless.

Expected a better service specially when limited guests were there. Food was good. Room and hotel ambiance is very nice.

Even the rooms are really spacious and have the best amenities, feels premium.

I loved the breakfasts here, and also excellent service.

The best part is that it's at the heart of Pune, right outside the Pune railway station, so it's very accessible to every main center in Pune.

Rooms and staff are good but food quality is not as expected. It is acceptable accomodating the pemdemics role in making things difficult hense given 4 stars. The roof top pool is great.

Utterly disappointed. I went here for a wedding function enquiry after calling them and ensuring they are available. There was no one to attend us. Moreover, Miss. Pooja (whom I called in first place before coming over) said she has other guests to attend and kept us waiting for a long. Terrible experience

The quality and taste of the food is excellent. Especially the desserts, were really good. Only let down was the starters. Should have a little more options in the starters.

The ambience is really good with a pool side view I did not took the photo of. Also you can have a city side view as well. The staff is really good and pays attention and keeps checking on you now and then. It is such a photogenic place. Finally the food, both veg and non veg is delicious. They serve flavours. The place have really good vibe. It feels grand and traditional at the same time. They serve you with a candle in between which in turn gives you the experience of candle light as well. Enough lights will help you enjoy the dinner and click good pictures. This is a must visit

The most amazing stay possible. If you are traveling with a pet this is the property to stay at. There are three restaurants, a fitness centre, a sauna and a large deck, as well as some lovely gardens. The food at the restaurants is great, with Indian, east Asian and Italian options, though they do not know what a lemon, lime and bitters is.
The rooms are good too, big, clean, nicely appointed and overly effective aircon.
Free wifi, they have the usual room service, laundry and dry cleaning, car and driver hire etc.
I wish they'd paid a bit more attention to detail when finishing it; there's paint drips on the marble and fittings are either not sitting straight or had been installed several times judging by the grout.
A footpath out the front would have been nice, too.

I went there at the restraunt Feast for buffet, as it was my husabnds birthday. Due to covid I couldn't think of any places and then we went there. It was amazing, especially the food, services. Well the hotel is serving its name no wander. A nice experience

As expected dinner at Sheraton grand was a great experience. Great hospitality, great hygiene, great food, great ambiance, everything a five star hotel should have. It has all that you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Pathetic service, we went for New year party, but the kind of food they are giving to customers is tasteless, staff are least bothered. Local Dj is playing some very common wedding songs on new year eve. No proper arrangements for tables. Very disappointing

It's a nice hotel which serves both as a business & a leisure hotel it is very near to the City Airport as well as the Railway Junction you can enjoy the various kinds of food in this particular hotel they have a great roof top restaurant Chingari which serves authentic north indian cuisine, they also have a restaurant called Brasserie which serves authentic continental breakfast and food.

We had a breakfast buffet. It was delicious and irresistible, however food could have been warmer. The best thing was chef had managed to keep both Indian, Maharashtriyan and western cusines, which showed respect towards all culture. We were impressed with that sort of commitment and creativity. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Interior and arrangements were very nice. We also went to terrace to take a view of area around it was beautiful indeed.

Great place ever. They give a royal service from the beginning. Just book the table before you go. We had a birthday dinner there in hotel Chingari. It is a terrace restaurant really gives you the peace you needed. They also gave us a complementary cake for celebrating the birthday. It is a Indian restaurant so you get the best indian food there. The biryani I could have eaten is here. Overall great place. It's expensive though, but it's worth your money.

One of the oldest hotels in Pune. It has very good and lavish interiors. I had been here for the corporate event of my office. They have a very tasty buffet with huge varieties.loved this place a lot.

A delicious Brunch with super delicious Sea foods. Chef Mark, l has done great Job. A must to attend on any lazy Sunday. We enjoyed it.

I stayed there for a week to jion new office. We really liked the facility provided by Sheraton and staff was really cooperative. Rooms was big in size and all corner of hotel well maintained. You can also enjoy pool side restaurant.
Also there is a restaurant in down where you can enjoy a continental buffet.

Service is very good. Rooms are clean with no smell or odour. Even smoking rooms do not have any trace of tobacco. No fuss to change to non smoking floor. I also managed to get complimentary access to the Club. Bed is very comfortable. If you like train sounds, you can get them here as the station is nearby. Food is very good, with some local specialties served for breakfast. It will be a tough choice between this and the Westin.

One of the oldest and one of the best hotels in pune. The hospitality is just too good. And food and staff is very helping. I went there for a brunch. It was a wide spread with multiple options.

Quite good but would expect a bit more service at the club lounge. Also no bath tubs in the room though the room is quite large and probably could accommodate one.

Sheraton Grand is truly a grand experience. From ambience to food, everything is top notch. The dinner buffet provides an exquisite variety of both vegetarian and non vegetarian delicacies. It is almost impossible to savour each and every dish they have to offer in a single visit.
