Food is good, but very poor management take times for the dishes without proper communication. Staffs are not very friendly
Will avoid to come here from next time

Very bad quality food service and also used very cheaper quality rice for daal khichadi.

Don't eat a food from shivsagar restaurant opposite Xperia mall.

They have a wide menu- Indian, Chinese, South Indian, Continental. Ambience is good and the service is quick.

Do not visit this restaurant at all. I visited with my parents on 21st December, 2021 for an early dinner. It was very embarrassing and an unpleasant experience. The guy seated at the reception was staring at me and my mom in made us extremely uncomfortable.

The prices are way too high and the chef doesn't know how to cook the simplest dish. We had ordered Cheese Nachos with Mexican beans, Onion rings, American corn cheese balls and ice Nachos had only beans and white sauce. It didn't had any veggies. White sauce didnt had a taste of cheese. Onion rings was not at all crispy and had a bhature like coating over the onions. There was no salt in it. Corn cheese balls was also not good, cheese was leaking from the outer coating. We also took away shivsagar spl pav bhaji. The quantity was less as compared to the price. They charged us Rs. 30 for the mineral water bottle whereas the MRP was Rs. 20/- Ice creams had ice crystals in it.

In nutshell, do not visit this restaurant at all.

Good for family, who looks for pure veg and alcohal free fine dine resturant.
Well maintained and hygienic resturant. Although taste of north indian dishes is not authenticated, still taste is good.
Good option to visit with family, if you are looking for option In Dombivali area.

Horrible experience of service. Don't order manchurian in Jain, there pre-prepared balls already have spring onion & they serve it as it is. Other things were available in jain & taste was also appreciable but then again I will state that if you want to visit this place, have maximum level of patience. They will lie at you again & again when you ask them that when my order will arrive. This experience of slow service is even at 3PM on Sunday when actually lunch time is over.

Food quality is excellent. Prices are a bit expensive though but its value for money based on its food quality and ambiance.

Lodha Pallava was missing an nice restaurant. Shiv Sagar filled it with it varieties and good taste food ~~~

It was my first dining at this restaurant. I expected to get a feel of rich taste and fine dining at this place as it is in Palava's prime location and the brand name Shivsagar. But to our surprise all the dishes served were terrible in taste. We even decided to order other dishes thinking that they might be better and we may enjoy. But the result remained the same. All the main courses had one common gravy.no change of taste at all. If you are taste seeker.do not visit this place.

Excellent place for breakfast. Invariably any menu items you choose, you will find it satisfactory.
Parking is a bit of hassle though.

A great place to eat specially south Indian, paneer dosa is superb and fruit jelly with ice cream is one of the best dessert.

If you are mumbaiikar you all know how this frnachise have served us since years with their taste an food quality.there is no doubt this one also have the same awesome geans of shivsagar brand.

It is a must visit place for vegetarians. A good atmosphere for family reunions and family celebrations. Good amount of veg variety is available. Ambiance is good, staff is supportive and friendly also polite. They also have Punjabi and Chinese Jumbo and Mini thalis available in some specific time. Overall a great place to visit.

For veg items, you can choose this restaurant, i never eat this type of veg food with this much tasty really love it

Awesome food. There are very few restaurants which serve good vegetarian food and shiv sagar is one of them. This is the newly opened restaurant near Palava city. The ambience is good and the staff is also well behaved. Overall I had a great experience here.

This is one of the upscale vegetarian restrarunt where one can get all variety of veg food from North India and South India typically. Right from breakfast till dinner. They have good Ambience and place is cozy. Service was good. Staff is well trainned. Only kind of food quantity with price this equation does not match. Taste is good. Sitting arrangements are well defined.it's next to dominoz pizza and opposite Xperia mall. On the main Street. If one is coming by car then parking will cost 50 Bucks.

No doubt it is located at a good place but it has lot of promising area of improvement to deliver food for value.

Food was great, freshly cooked tasty and well presented. The waiters were attentive and service overall was good. Ambeiyance was also good. Overall a good meal and great value we will certainly be going back.

Just OK place. They are more focussed on delivery for online orders and let their sitting customer waiting with long period. Not a good experience. Had to wait 25 min for just a sabzi and 2 rotis. Very bad taste and no hygiene at all. I ordered cheese pakoda pav bhaji and veg kolhapuri with dal tadka and jeera rice. Pav bhaji was said no butter but all was with extra butter. Cheese pakoda was having raw cheese inside. Veg kolhapuri had a dish washer metal wire inside. Jeera rice was so tasteless that it was having 50 gm of minimum jeera quantity in it. After all this they charged me 840rs only/- Really no manners at all and Will not suggesting any one

Sitting arrangements in group they have lots of places.
Taste of food is too good. Special chaas is super.
Spring dosa is good. Then fried rice and Manchurian is good.
Basically food taste is nice.

No rice sambar thali in the afternoon lunch is not the place to be for South indian and Shiv Sagar is being South India restaurant this should be common manu item across globe.

Ok Restaurant to have vegetarian food around Palava area. Disappointed with the Mangalorean Gadbad Ice-cream, doesn't do justice at all to the original one from Udupi/Mangalore

You need to pay Rs 50 for parking to have breakfast.
This hotel is not even inside the mall.

When informed hotel staff about the same.
They will give discount if bill will amount to Above Rs 500.

It's a pure veg restaurant in Palava city, Food was delicious and good staff service with good ambience, it was a good experience.

Good food. Good ambience. Slightly expensive but worth the taste.
Only one complaint that the washroom is right in front of one of the Tables. Proper partition could have been created.

Good place, decent ambience. And ready to serve waiters. Went here on a weekday evening, hence not much crowd was there serving time was okay but has scope for improvement.
I tried 3 varieties starting with Sada Dosa, Pav bhaji and Gobhi Manchurian hence I feel I am qualified enough to make proper judgement

Overall a good experience. Way better than my first visit with my brother when waiter gave a wrong item (paneer chilli instead of paneer ghee roast)

Food was good. But bit slow service. They need to improve on serving faster. If service would had been fast I would had rated 4. Cost is also a bit on higher side. Looks like rates are hiked as its in Palava.

Although I am a non vegetarian but loved all the veg food here. Very neat and clean. The staff is awesome. They have free parking. Good portions are awesome.

Food quality is good but service is very bad. Before you could finish your starters they will start serving main course and then will make you wait for 15-20 mins before serving you bread. There wasn't any single specific waiter assigned to table rather multiple people taking orders at their will and making a complete mess of a situation.

Great place to eat at Palava City, Dombivli. This area was really missing a class one veg restaurant and Shiv Sagar finally plugged that gap. Quality of food is top class and pricing is fair. The service needs to improve which I believe is a function of some more time given that they are newly opened. Highly recommended for breakfast, snacks or a meal.

Big name & big cheat, special biryani I literally had to search for the items assured in the biryani, when challenged, the waiter was trying to look the items like baby corn & mushroom for me, really disgusting. I ordered triple schezwan rice but was served without manchurian ball. When I ask why are they not served, the reply was we don't, I say who are they to design the fish there way, really pathetic. Freinds be careful before entering newly opened dictating hotel.
